Gerry did an outstanding job on not one, but four repairs. He fixed the issue with our microwave that he was schedule for and then proceeded to address three other little items on our range, lower over door, and dishwasher door. Gerry is extremely knowledgeable and appears to love his work Appliance Express is fortunate to have him as one of your technicians and we were fortunate to have him sent to our home for these repairs.

Ryan is the 2nd tech to come address my appliance issue (still not resolved and more work orders need to be submitted by me) He quoted me a price for the repair and visit. And I reminded him the appliance was still under warranty. The previous 1st tech had quoted me a price as well as he too was unaware it was still under warranty. Apparently the first tech (Tim) never uploaded the proof I gave him that my appliance was still under warranty. Also Ryan was unaware of how Tim diagnosed the appliance malfunction. He came and installed a gasket that has not fixed the issue and merely stated that he was following Whirlpool's tech team advice. I've been a government employee long enough that whenever somebody provides substandard service, it is common to place the blame on somebody else or the rules that must be followed. I was skeptical the foam gasket installation would fix the issue, again it didn't, and asked Ryan what to do if it didn't work. He instructed me to call Appliance Express back. Guess what, they said I had to call Whirpool directly. To top off all of this nonsense, he walked into my house with muddy boots on tracking a mess on my floors. I had to point out the mess and only then did he realize he had booties to put on.

Communication was great. Andrew was thorough and proficient in the diagnosis and repair of our appliance. Much appreciated due to the disappointment of the quality in a 6 month old Jenn Air.
