"Arrived on site to test unit for error codes. Tested unit found several stored error codes all pertaining to electrical issues. Also valve and drain pump are not activating. Unit is receiving proper voltage, exposed control and tested valve and wax vent and found no voltage at the control. Replaced control (W11672041) and tested unit, unit engaging all components properly and is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for freezing. Upon arrival inside of FC has been completely encased in ice (see attached images). Door was only able to open 6 inches. "Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Customer stated they had a power outage and when the power came back on the oven never turned back on. Checked breaker and found it tripped. Turned breaker back on and tested unit, unit is now heating and running as designed. Advised customer to connect unit to wifi and to make sure to keep moisture off the console.
