Arrived on site for an oven that is flashing an F6 E1 (oven reached over 600?F). Inspected unit and work area. I confirmed the customers complaint and checked resistance evaluate on the oven sensor. I found the oven sensor out of range. I replaced the oven sensor and ran the unit up to 375?F. I found the unit fluctuating between 360?F and 400?F averaging a temperature of 380?F. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that will not power on. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advisor to clean light stays on, but it will not react to any touch on the user interface. I did confirm the customer complaint and replaced the console. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is making a grinding noise. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had two issues. The first one was is that her lid is cracked where it needs the hinge and the second one is the grinding noise issue. She advised the unit will spend, but that the unit will not agitate. I confirmed the customers plants and ran into three diagnostics. I found a noticeable grinding coming from underneath the unit. I came to access underneath and found the rotor wobbling from side to side. I also noticed evidence of an oil leak from the gearcase. I gained access underneath and found that the rotor had completely stripped on the slider and stater and head caused damage to the stater and slider. Ordering all parts and the office will need to get authorization for service as well as contact the customer if approval is given for a return date.
