Arrived onsite for a dryer with no heat. I tested the dryer and found it not heating. I found an issue with the electrical supply and there was only 21VAC from L1 to L2. There was 16 VAC from L2 to ground but if I punched on the outlet I would get 123.6VAC. I explained to the apartment complex there is an issue with the wall outlet. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a washer no agitating and it didnt complete a cycle. I found the drain hose installed in the overflow drain down at the floor. I moved the drain up to the correct location by the fill hoses. I tested the washer in the diagnostics and found a stored F8E1 long fill error. I ran the service cycle and found the washer completing the cycle working as designed. I found no fill issues with either valve. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for washer making a knocking sound during spin mode. On inspection found no noise in the spin cycle during diagnostics testing. Took the rotor off and found oil in the middle of the rotor. Ordered a new gearcase, rotor,slider and clutch and stator. The greacase and other components were changed out 2/1/2024. Going to change all the components this time. No water leaks detected during service. ; ordrng 1 W11449841 (Gearcase) and 1 W11195971 (Stator) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch) and 1 W10734521 (Slider) and 1 W11260238 (Rotor)"

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not making ice or dispensing water. I tested the dispenser and found the dispenser working but there was no water in the icemaker mold. The customer stated that the water was turned off and didnt understand why it was dispensing water at this time. I checked the wall valve and it was in the off position. I turned it on and water still ran but slowly. I turned it back off and water started flowing again. I advised the customer that the wall valve is bad and needs to be replaced. I tested the icemaker and found it going thru a harvest and stopping. I replaced the FC door due to damaged wiring at the bottom of the door. The customer also stated the RC door was making a noise when opening and closing it. I applied grease to the door cam and hinge to prevent the noise. At this time all is working as designed. Call complete.
