"MED4500MW0 Arrived to install ordered part. Prior to replacing the cabinet, I discussed the issue with the customer and they had a recent video of the issue. I was able to determine the prior tapping noise that had matched the drum rotation was gone, but there was an intermittent tapping that was very loud. I discovered the motor mount to be the absolute source of the issue and corrected the mounting. Multiple tests with the customer present, showed the issue fully resolved. Operational test good."

"JMW2427LM02 Arrived to inspect microwave issues. I found the microwave would not engage,unless the door was pressed. Attempting to remove the machine from its installation, I found the cabinet sides too tight and catching the outer wall panels, preventing removal. I advised the customer that we will return with all needed parts to attempt the service, but in the event we are unable to remove the machine without damage to the surrounding area, they will need to seek the assistance of a cabinetry professional for assistance with the cabinet. Tech GCO, helper tech and two hours service. ; ordrng 1 W11578578 (Interlock) and 1 W11639552 (MW Inner Door) and 2 W11319474 (MW Hinge)s and 1 GCO (GCO) and 1 2ndTech (2 Techs) and 1 2Hrs (2 Hour Service)"

"WED5010LW0 Arrived to inspect drying issues. The customer advised the issue occurs in automatic sensing and manual timed drying cycles. Recently, it would take two 60 min cycles to dry a moderate load and the issue has steadily progressed since early in the year. Airflow testing revealed severe restriction, preventing a single sheet of paper from being held against 1/2 of the air intake, with the venting connected. Disconnected venting held the paper with authority. Heat cycling with the vent connected, showed a 15/85 heating/cooling ratio with the heating being the 15%, further denoting significant airflow restriction. Thermography of the vent cap also showed an airflow restriction issue, where the maximum temperature of the cap only reached 120?F, after over 10 minutes of high heat operation, and should have been significantly higher, considering the venting system within the customers home. I advised the customer of my findings and they will seek the services of a vent cleaning professional."

WRS588FIHZ04 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the diffuser operating every loudly within test mode 3 and I removed and replaced. The lower mullion required adjustment and I placed sound dampening to further prevent future issues. No leaks observed during service.

"WM3997HWA/01 Arrived to inspect water leaking into unit when off. I verified the issue and then inspected. I found a large amount of debris within the cold valve intake and screen assemblies and removed it. The debris was extremely uniform in size and was all the same color (image attached) denoting it from some type of water treatment system. Discussion with the customer revealed that they had found the same type of debris prior to us performing repairs. I advised the customer that the one year warranty had expired, however finding the same type of debris as their initial findings showed that the issue has been longer term in nature. The customer will immediately contact a servicer for their water treatment system. I advised the customer that this service was performed as a good will and that if further issues occur, requiring the replacement of the valve, there will be a cost for that part and service. No leaks observed during service."

You never really want a Service Call However this was the absolute best one we have ever had. Gerry was excellent. We are really happy he was assigned to fix our issues. All ratings are a 10 On time, great analysis, easy to understand and discuss the problem and how he was going to fix it. If service is required in future, will request the Best- Gerry
