"Arrived on site for not heating correctly, upon arrival, test unit by preheating oven to 350. Used thermocouple to monitor temperatures. Unit preheated correctly then began to heat cycle. Averaged 3 cycles and get an average of 356. Unit is operating as designed. After series of questions with customer, he said all of his foods are cooking correctly. I believe inspector used incorrect thermometer when testing. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete. No parts needed"

"Arrived on site for not draining, upon arrival,inspected unit and there is water sitting at bottom of tub. Ran drain but motor only hums. Ran diagnostics and get error codeF8-E2 drain motor electrical issue. Drained out all water with shop vac. Removed drain pump and found debris lodged in impeller. replaced Drain pump W10876537. Test unit and fills but wash motor never operates. Am able to drain. Ran diagnostics again and get F4-E3 motor not operating. Need to replace sump and motor. Replaced sump and motor W11025157 and re test unit. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"

Arrived on site to install previously ordered parts. Replaced slider W10734521 and rotor W11260238. Test unit with load of laundry on agitation and spin. All remaining noises are normal for this unit during clockwise to counter clockwise movement during agitation. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete
