"On arrival verified complaint of motor not turning. Found drum was bound up due to belt in incorrect position. Also customer stated unit will stop cycle early after 6 minutes or so. Ran vent test and it came back green. Ran cycle with nothing in it on regular cycle and unit did stop at 6 minutes, ran with wet towel on sensor and it ran non stop correctly. Motor ran perfectly on both regular and timed dry. Unit is currently working as designed. Found belt had been bound up. Job complete no parts used at this time."

Arrived on site for dishwasher not heating and flashing light 7 times. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Inspect3d previous work and found everything intact. Rechecked voltage from control during heat cycle and none cam through. Replaced control and retested unit. Found it heating as designed and no leaks. Call complete

Arrived on site for dryer needin new coin slot and service key. Upon arrival found no coin slot key wouldnt work on currently installed slot as well as unit missing a service key to access inner working of coin slot. Ordering WPW10114740 service key. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making unusual noises. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a video of what was happening and it sounded like an evaporator fan hitting ice. As I removed the products from the freezer, I did not notice any evidence of a defrost issue, but noticed water Residue in icicles, forming on the left-hand side of the freezer section dripping from the fill tube. I gained access to the evaporator and evaporator fan and found water had collected up at the evaporator fan from the ice maker filled tube and was causing the evaporator fan to hit ice up at the top. See photos. I cleared out the ice and tested the icemaker. I found during the fill portion of the cycle that there is a steady stream dripping down the backside of the freezer liner as it was filling. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Jeremy SR# 7738906279. He had me send him some photos of the issue and advised that the fill tube was not a serviceable part. He advised that Whirlpool would be in contact with myself or the customer depending on the next steps. Call complete."
