"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E2-too many suds. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I turned the unit on in normal mode and checked the concentrate level and found it too high and changed it to 2X. I removed and replaced the detergent pump and retested the unit and it operated as designed. I recommended the customer perform several wash cycles with no clothing items and no detergent in the unit and use hot water in an attempt to clean the unit out and then try a new load.
