Our icemaker does make ice, but the mechanism that dispenses it through the door does not work. I called to see if someone could come out and fix that and they said I have to call Whirlpool to arrange it. Sigh. So much trouble to try and take the cover off every time I want ice and so much trouble to figure out how to get someone out here because it wasn't fixed correctly.
