Our service call and diagnosis fee is $149.99 on most items.  For a 2nd appliance in the same home, it's $119.99.

This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time.
Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide.

Tyler is great and he went above and beyond! Took his time fixing my washing machine issue, explained the issue with pics and educated me about my appliance and what I should do if I ever have any issues in the future. And I should add this was late on a Friday when most people would want to quickly do the job and move on to start the weekend. I do not give many reviews- for me to leave a review for anyone it needs to be amazing service or extremely horrible service. I would definitely recommend Tyler and request him for any of my appliance service needs in the future! My personal opinion (if this was my business) I would make sure he is well compensated for the excellent job he does!

Warranty applies only when you have paid us directly for a particular repair. Otherwise, your warranty is only the duration of the warranty you have with the manufacturer and/or extended warranty company. Our warranty does not cover food loss or loss of use. Single family home use only. Your product must be installed as per manufacturer guidelines and properly maintained to be eligible for our warranty.
