On arrival verified complaint of not making ice. On inspection found ice maker off. Turned on and ran test. Heard water engage but spray behind unit and no water came into the ice maker. Pulled unit and found no water damage but the wall and floor were wet. Pictures in QP and dried the water up. Customer signed water waiver. Turned water off at wall until return. Found water line connection at top of cabinet into fill tube is disconnected. Will need water fill line. Unable to locate part. Service management unable to locate either. Called TL to see if it is serviceable. Part is not serviceable. Spoke to Aaron at TL. Submitted for review. 7738981767
