Arrived on site for sealed system repair. Upon arrival couldnt make contact with customer. Notified office and office will have to reach out to reschedule and have updated contact information for Customer ; O-emld tckt

"Arrived on site for freezer cold but no cooling in refrigerator. Upon arrival,inspected unit and found entire evaporator encased in ice. Customer stated that they have turned unit off to allow ice to melt. Customer states that unit then cooled for a little while then froze over again. Unit will not go into defrost. Ran test. Evaporator fan is operating correctly. Need to order harness and heater and return with prescreened parts. Instructed customer to thaw unit out at least 48 hours with towel on floor around unit to absorb water. Please reschedule as soon as possible . Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 WP12729128 (Heater) and 1 W11260592 (Harness)"

Arrived onsite for a broken strike. Replaced the strike and tested. All checks good. W11457841

Arrived onsite and balanced and leveled unit and tested. All checks good. No parts needed.

Arrived onsite and tested unit for bad vibration and detected vibration corresponding to drum rotation indicating a tread alignment issue. Opened unit and cleaned tread path and alignment for debris and proper positioning. Unit is now operating as designed. No parts.
