"Arrived on site to follow up on ice machine not producing ice. On door open I found the unit very hot on the inside, with no cooling at all. I found green trails running down the back, and green drips in the unit. Advised customer the unit has a corroded sealed system that's full of contaminants and would require an entire sealed system rebuild to resolve. Due to age of unit I recommended replacement / no repair. Call completed, no parts used."

"Arrived on site to diagnose oven that had issues running the oven side. Customer could only get some functions to work through the app, but the buttons did not respond. Found oven button opens settings, and favorites doesn't work at all. Factory reset did not resolve. Replaced console and retested. Verified proper operation. Repair completed. Arrived on site to diagnose range with 2 burners not cycling. Tested unit ajd found right front and right rear burners are not cycling almost at all. Checked infinite switches and found both associated switches were burnt / shorting. Replaced both RR and RF switches. Tested unit and confirmed proper function. Repair completed. Parts used - WP3149404 / WP3149400.

Arrived on site and installed replacement lint screen. Unit working and heating correctly. Repair completed. Parts used - WPW10516085.
