Washer Repair

Arrived on site to replace faulty parts. Replaced basket assembly and tub ring. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. Informed customer not to overload unit. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site for washer making a strange noise and not filling all the way. Upon arrival found no errors but did find slider not engaging properly and splitting. Also found pressure sensor on control failing to gauge water lvl. Replaced control w11627517 and slider w10734521. Found unit working as designed with no leaks. Call complete

"Arrived on site to test unit for not advancing cycles. Found F7E1 error code. Inspected under unit found pulley shield and belt have been thrown off. Also noticed screw holes in the gearcase have been stripped and no longer hold the pulley shield causing belt to be thrown off. Will need to replace gearcase to fix this ongoing issue. No parts installed, ordering part, rescheduled for 05/03.; ordrng 1 W11454741 (Gearcase)"

"Arrived on site for making some noise and not operating. Upon arrival,inspected unit and get error code F27. Found too much of wrong detergent is being used. Disassembled panel to reset code. Reset code and test unit. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present. Job complete No parts needed."

Arrived on site for washer not turning . Found drive motor locked up . Ordering motor also gearcase and hub if needed . Unable to test unit due to motor locked up . No water leaks detected at time of service. Call to set return if any cancellations. Set return 5/7; ordrng 1 MVWP575GW1 (Motor) and 1 W11454738 (Gearcase) and 1 W10528947 (Hub)
