Arrived on site to test unit for unit not getting to temp. Calibrated unit and unit test good Average temp when set to 350? its 357?. Job complete. NO PARTS USED.

Arrived on site for oven not starting or heating . Found door latch broken and UI buttons not functioning properly. Ordering ui and door latch . Unit is in warranty per SC. No cosmetic or instructs . Call to set return . No parts installed today .; ordrng 1 W10883049 (Door latch)

Arrived on site to inspect unit for burners not heating. Upon closer inspection found cord was hooked up backwards. Swapped cord around but after doing so one on the leads pulled out of eyelet due to improper crimping. Informed customer that power cord will need to be replaced to get rid of power supply issue that is currently apparent due to cord not being set up properly. Job complete. NO PARTS USED

Arrived on site replaced drain pump W10876600. Ran diagnostics all checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete
