Scott did a great job repairing or dishwasher. Initially our Home Warranty Insurance was called. They came out and told us it was under manufacture warranty. They contacted Appliance Express. Unfortunately despite sending an email model, serial number and part needed, Appliance Express did not arrive with the part so a delay of 4 days was incurred before the part was obtained and the machine repaired. Would have given a 5 star for convenience if they had arrived with the part and installed in on initial visit. Scott, however did an excellent job once the part arrived.

This call was for a warranty repair for a newer washer. Scott did some detective work and discovered that we had a bad outlet that blew up the control computer in the washer. We have an extended warranty contract with Lowes on several appliances we purchased from them. When our fridge/freezer stopped cooling a day before New Year's Eve, Lowes initially scheduled service with another firm that had the first available appointment...but they never showed up. So Lowes rescheduled them for the next day; but when we called the firm to confirm their arrival, we discovered they were closed the entire first week of January. It was a frustrating experience to have repairs scheduled with a company that wasn't even open yet still allowed Lowes to book appointments. On Thursday, Jan. 3, Lowes scheduled our repair with Appliance Express but said the first available appointment wasn't until Monday, Jan. 7. This time, we heard back directly from the repair service the same day we spoke with Lowes. Appliance Express was very proactive in confirming our scheduled repair and verifying our model and serial number...and I was pleasantly surprised when they said they could squeeze in our repair on Saturday, Jan. 5. They gave us a 3-hour service window, and Luis called us about 20 minutes before his arrival so we would know exactly when to expect him. Luis was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He completed the repair in less than half an hour, carefully rolling our refrigerator onto a plastic mat to avoid scratching our wood floor and promptly identifying the problem (the starter). He had the correct replacement part on hand and quickly swapped it out...by the time he rolled the fridge back into place, it was working perfectly again. From scheduling and confirmation to the actual repair, Appliance Express (and technician Luis Morales) exceeded our expectations. It was such a contrast from the other firm that left clients hanging while they were on a week-long New Year's break. We were extremely satisfied with all aspects of our repair service and would recommend Appliance Express to others without hesitation. If we require another repair under warranty, we'll be sure to request Appliance Express; and if any of our other (out-of-warranty) appliances ever need repair, Appliance Express will be our first call. I ran service diagnostic test 51 and all test passed. I found the unit had been installed with spacers on the legs. I removed the spacers and leveled the tub and basket in the chassis. I ran manual high speed spin and the unit was smooth. I advised the customer on using warmer water and possibly needing to get liquid detergent designed for washing colors. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.
