Daniel - Austin, TX
Gwenn - Austin, TX
Nathan was very polite and didn't mind explaining to us all we needed to know concerning the dryer situation and solution. Sadly another service call with a different company will be needed before we can say problem resolved. A $99 service fee on top of the added price of doing the actual work seems a little steep and not where you feel you can call as needed but more that you have to save up to get things attended to which is sad as I like to stay on top of all maintenance issues.
Mr Brian C - Austin, TX
Luis was great! He knew what was most likely needed before showing up and fixed our issue within minutes!

I had dryer pads on my truck so I installed dryer pad under blower wheel housing, unit was quieter then when I first showed up, but still had a slight vibration noise. Upon my arrival, the customer advised that the refrigerator was tripping the breaker and they contacted an electrician who changed out the breaker. I inspected the unit and found ice buildup on and under the ice bin. I removed the ice and explained to the customer that due to the continuous on and off functions of the fridge while it was tripping the breaker could have caused some condensation buildup in which in return caused the ice build up. No water leaks observed during service. Job completed.

I removed the package of meat and closed the fc drawer and it sealed properly. I removed the door and drawer to inspect the evaporator and found a large block of ice on the Evap motor and fan causing the loud noise from the fan blades rubbing on the ice buildup. I used my stammer to remove the ice and installed a new Evap motor assembly including the thermistor and defrost thermostat. Tested the unit and unit operated as designed. I replaced all fc components and checked for leaks. No leaks observed; job completed. arrived on site to inspect venthood fan falling. Upon further inspection, I found that when the venthood fan is on high it sucks the filter up into it due to the oil build up the filter.
