Arrived on site to install previously ordered part. Replaced harness. Test unit by running an automatic cycle. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to test unit for not advancing cycles. Found F7E1 error code. Inspected under unit found pulley shield and belt have been thrown off. Also noticed screw holes in the gearcase have been stripped and no longer hold the pulley shield causing belt to be thrown off. Will need to replace gearcase to fix this ongoing issue. No parts installed, ordering part, rescheduled for 05/03.; ordrng 1 W11454741 (Gearcase)"

"Door arrived to customer. During replacement, it appears someone has already tried removing hinge screw and stripped out screws. Will not be able to remove screws. Contacted service management for assistance. Am not able to get a good repair due to not being able to disassemble unit. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the control panel and tested Ann functions of the UI. All is working as designed. Call complete. Installed W11413963.
