Arrived onsite for burning smell and tested washer. All function are operating during normal test however bearing shaft is bent and it cant spin empty without detecting off balance and resetting the spin cycle. Advised that replacing the tub assembly. was the only way to restore function. Customer not interested in having tub replaced to repair. Diagnostic fee of 139/// plus tax. ///on file.

Wes was a great help in explaining the reason for the metallic taste of our ice. He said that it might take up to a month to successfully flush the line by throwing out batches of ice. In fact, it took less than a week after his visit — a total of approx. 15-20 discarded batches of ice since the refrigerator was installed. The ice now tastes normal! Thanks for your help, Wes.
