Arrived onsite and found unit door switch faulty and opening closing with no stimulus while door was shut during preheat. Door is properly shut and door hinges are normative. Unit preheated to 350f but I had to open/ close the door a fraction of an inch several times to reset the faulty door switch. Ordering door switch to repair. ; ordrng 1 W11620712 (Door switch)

Arrived onsite and found unit would not light due to items in the storage drawer interrupting the ignition. Advised customer on design and the solution. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed. No parts needed.

Arrived onsite for ignition problem and found unit operating with failed spark module. Replaced the module. Unit is now operating as designed. W11162730

"Arrived onsite for repeat frosting, found unit unplugged and at 45f in the cabinet. No visible ice. Checked compressor compartment for drip tray and drain tube seal and alignment and found everything properly sealed and installed around the drain tube. No blockage. Exposed evap and found evidence that the unit had not been thoroughly defrosted following the control replacement. Used steamer and blower to melt the ice on the evap and blow the moisture out of the fridge. Replaced freezer evap thermistor and cabinet thermistor. Advised customer on the repair. Arrived onsite and replaced the inlet water assembly with the meter. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. All checks good.
