My k type thermocouple showed top shelf 38f, drawer 35f, amd deli drawer 34f after numerous opens for testing. Set to 33 and -1f freezer at 0f actual. Advised customer is experiencing produce wilt from freezing on cooling cycle. Advised temp be turned up and more reliable thermometers be used.
