Arrived on site to test unit WDP540HAMZ4 for not functioning. Upon arrival customer stated start button does not work. Verified issue; start button non-responsive. Split door and found vent foam gasket not sealing properly, causing moisture to enter door and corrode control. Replaced control (W11637581) and tested; all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed. No leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit WTW8127LC1 for noise. Upon arrival customer stated unit still makes noise during spin. Video was provided; noise consistent with slider and rotor chatter. Attempted to remove rotor; bolt seized, requiring full drivetrain replacement. Replaced gearcase (W11449841), stator (W11195971), clutch (W10754448), slider (W10734521), and rotor (W11260238). Ran calibration cycle successfully; no abnormal noise present. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site (Unit 1113) to test unit NTW4519JW2 for no power. Upon arrival maintenance stated pump is running constantly.Applied power; drain pump immediately engaged, indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Cleared error code and reset control; upon cycling power, drain pump continued to immediately engage. Inspected pressure hose and found no kinks, punctures, or restrictions, with valve confirmed not leaking, isolating fault to a failed pressure switch on the control. Replaced control (W11607637); upon reapplying power, drain pump no longer immediately engaged. Ran calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit WTW4307SW0 for not starting. Upon arrival customer stated unit got thrown off balance and now will not start a cycle. Initiated test cycle; motor engaged but basket did not rotate. Attempted to manually rotate; major resistance present. Was able to break free, with basket now rotating but making scraping noise. Gained access to internal components; found tub ring and outer tub damaged. Further inspection showed basket holes not punched through. Off-balance load caused damage to dispenser drawer, outer tub, and tub ring. Will order additional components to ensure completion on return visit. Ordering parts, no parts installed, office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11782061 (Dispenser assembly) and 1 W11782062 (Tub ring) and 1 W11782065 (Basket) and 1 W11674387 (Outer tub) and 1 W11713299 (Suspension) and 1 W11712753 (Gearcase) and 1 W10808317 (Belt)

Arrived on site to test unit WRS335SDHM07 for not dispensing water. Upon arrival customer stated unit does not dispense water and will intermittently not dispense ice. Ice bin is full and when water dispenser is engaged valve did not energize. Found voltage present on dispenser side of valve, but solenoid not opening. Replaced valve (W11645245) and retested; water now dispensing properly. Also found when ice is being dispensed, it will intermittently stop due to water paddle being engaged. Informed customer to be aware of this design, noting large cups will cause the water paddle to engage unintentionally. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit WED4307SW0 for not starting. Upon arrival verified issue, cycle will not start. Tested thermal fuse and found it reading open. Replaced fuse (WP3392519) and retested; cycles now starting. Ran cycle on high heat while measuring temperature; found temps surpassing 220. Tested airflow and found no suction at exhaust. Customer had recently extended vent pipe; when inspecting pipe, found sheet metal directly on vent pipe cutting off airflow. Removed and retested; proper airflow returned. Advised customer to have vent pipe properly mounted to prevent restriction. Unit is now running as designed, job complete.

Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Replaced RC gasket (W10830274) and damper (WPW10196393). Formed gasket to frame using heat gun; gasket is now properly sealing. Ran test 3; damper opening and closing with no abnormal noise. Advised customer on proper door opening and closing procedure to prevent future gasket failure. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit WTW8500DC5 for broken lid. Upon arrival inspected unit and found lid splitting and coming off hinges. Replaced lid (W11102314) and tested; unit confirmed functioning as designed. No leaks detected, job complete.
