"Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Upon arrival customer stated after a couple months of owning the unit, ice production slowed down and for the last 6 months has been producing a few cubes a day. Then dispenser stopped dispensing water for a few days, but now is working fine. Tested unit, engaged ice maker harvest and found very thin ice cubes. Also found an E5 ice maker thermistor is bad error code. Inspected behind the ice maker housing and found gapping causing cold air to leak into the ceiling and freeze the reservoir, stopping water from dispensing. Replaced ice maker (W11658802) due to error code and adjusted the ice maker housing to close all gaps. Used light to verify, no gaps and no air leaks. Ran a harvest and a fill, ice maker is harvesting and fills with the proper amount of water. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Upon arrival customer stated unit stopped making ice, tried to reset it but that did not work. Attempted to run a harvest and fill cycle, motor would not engage indicating a failed ice maker. Replaced ice maker (W11700250) and ran a diagnostic cycle, unit harvested and filled properly. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no heat. Upon arrival customer stated everything else works well except the unit does not heat. Verified issue, unit tumbles but does not heat. Gained access to internal components, found heating element reading open. Removed element and found coil has broken. Replaced element (WP3387747) and tested unit, unit is now heating properly. Advised customer to clean out venting system due to lint build up inside the cabinet. Unit is now running as designed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for control issues. Upon arrival customer stated the control does not react to input and has now sunk in. Tested unit, no reaction from inputs. Removed back cover and found brackets have been bent inwards. Straightened brackets out and replaced control (WPW10108190) and tested unit, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no gas leak detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Finished installing the tub and replaced the inner door (W11559689) and door seal (W11664713). Unit has been uninstalled and placed in the garage for repair, could not fully test unit due to no power or water hookup to the unit. Advised customer that after unit is installed to run a cycle and monitor the unit, if there are any leaks or if an issue arises, contact the office immediately. Leave the unit installed so returning tech can properly run tests on the unit. Job complete."
