"Arrived on site to test unit for not rumbling. Upon arrival started a cycle, motor engaged but drum was not tumbling. Gained access to internal components, found broken belt. Replaced roller bearings, pulley wheel and belt using a repair kit (4392065). Tested unit, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not heating. Upon arrival customer stated dry times started to become longer and now its not heating. Verified issue, unit tumbles but does not heat. Gained access to rear components, found thermal cutoff reading open, all other components reading within range. Replaced TCO (279816) and tested unit, unit is now heating properly. Ran a vent test, found vents completely restricted. Advised customer to contact professional vent cleaning service in order to ensure proper airflow. Vent cleaning must be done before the use of the unit. Unit is running as designed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Upon arrival customer stated unit started to freeze items in the top shelf but food in the bottom would spoil due to warm temp. Unit was unplugged and thawed on arrival. Applied power to the unit, breaker immediately tripped. Inspected power cord and harness in unit compartment and found no signs of broken wires or a short. Unplugged P8 connector and breaker still trips. Removed start device from the compressor and applied power, breaker still trips. Due to ongoing cooling issue, suspecting a defrost failure. Breaker tripping could be related. Will need to first replace heater, evap motor, evap harness and control. Then breaker tripping will need to be pin pointed. Ordering parts required, no parts installed, rescheduled for 05/22.; ordrng 1 WP2323198 (Defrost heater) and 1 W11396386 (Power cord harness) and 1 W11545823 (Evap harness)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Upon arrival customer stated RC began to lose temp and now FC does not freeze food. Tested unit, RC is at room temp and FC is at 40?. Inspected evaporator and found coil encased in ice due to a defrost system failure. Recommend replacing defrost heater, control and evap fan motor. Customer will unplug and manually defrost unit 24 hours before service. Ordering parts, no parts installed, rescheduled for 05/22. ; ordrng 1 WP2323198 (Defrost heater) and 1 W11545823 (Harness)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Upon arrival customer presented video of the noise, coming from the diffuser motor. Entered diagnostics and engaged diffuser, noise is present. Replaced diffuser (W11236851) and tested, noise has been eliminated and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."
