"Arrived on site to test unit for not advancing in the cycle. Upon arrival customer stated unit will not drain and spin, always stops the cycle before that point. Ran diagnostic cycle, found when unit is supposed to spin the basket does not move. Tried to manually spin it and found it has a lot of resistance. Removed tub ring and inspected internals, found an article of clothing lodged between the basket and the tub preventing unit from spinning. Removed clothing and tested unit, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not draining. Upon arrival customer stated they were doing a cycle and unit stopped operating, latched the lid and would not respond to inputs. Inspected under the unit, when moving the drain pump wire drain pump automatically engaged indicating a broken wire in the harness. Located the broken wire and repaired with a butt splice. Tested unit, drain pump is now operating properly. When running diagnostic cycle, noticed basket did not disengage during agitation. Unit is not shifting properly. Removed pulley cover and inspected cam, found cam has melted. Failed to bring cam with parts, replaced cam (W10721967) from truck stock, and replaced shift actuator (W11481722) as precautionary. Tested unit, unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not draining. Upon arrival customer stated unit has been thrown off balance a few times and clothes stay wet at the end of a cycle. Has happened the last 20 times. Entered diagnostics, found F0E5 off balance load error code stored. Ran a test cycle, unit is draining properly and all other components are properly engaging. During the spin the basket was slightly off balance indicating that unit need new shocks to fix issue. Ordering parts, no parts installed, rescheduled for 10/04.; ordrng 4 W11094464 (Shocks)s"

"Arrived on site to test unit for MW not starting. Upon arrival inspected interlock switches and switches have shorted. Replaced interlocks (W11578578) and tested unit, unit now starts up and heats. Unit is now running as designed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for error codes. Upon arrival found F0E7 load detected when running clean washer cycle error code stored. Advised customer to run a cleaning cycle every month. Customer also stated that the unit had a long fill error code and water will sometimes puddle up in front of the unit. When activating valve found the water being redirected to high up causing water to hit the lid, then flow between the lid and the cabin down the front of the unit. Replaced valve (W11595805) and control (W11621180) as precautionary. Tested unit, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."
