Arrived on site (Unit 1238) to test unit WTW4855HW3 for pump running. Upon arrival customer stated drain pump constantly runs unless power is removed. Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11607637) and applied power, drain pump no longer immediately engages. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit MED5605RW0 for door issues. Upon arrival customer stated bottom left corner of door not sealing and lint accumulation present. Inspected unit and verified door misalignment preventing proper seal. Adjusted hinge alignment and verified seal integrity using internal light test; no light leakage observed and door now sits flush against cabinet. Customer approved repair. Unit is now functioning as designed, no parts installed, job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit WTW8127LW0 for leak and grinding noise. Upon arrival customer stated during towel loads unit leaks from front and produces grinding noise. Entered service mode and found no stored error codes. Ran diagnostic cycle; all components properly engaging and no abnormal noise present during test. Inspected lower drive components and found rotor bolt backed out causing improper engagement and grinding condition; rotor teeth show wear. Replaced rotor (W11260238) and verified proper engagement. Customer also reported fabric softener dispenser backing up. Inspected dispenser and found buildup and deformation. Also identified early-style tub ring contributing to leak condition. Recommend replacing tub ring and dispenser to resolve remaining concerns. Ordering parts, rescheduled for 05/06 per customer.; ordrng 1 W11569112 (Softener dispenser) and 1 W11590590 (Tub ring)

Arrived on site to test unit WMH31017HS12 for arcing. Upon arrival customer stated arcing noise is heard behind control panel during initial seconds of cycle. Utilized magic lights diagnostic tool and initiated multiple cycles; no abnormal noise or arcing from high voltage components observed. Gained access to internal components and performed visual inspection; no evidence of arcing, carbon tracking, or heat damage present. As precautionary measure replaced diode (W11256462) and retested through multiple cycles; all components properly engaging with normal operation verified. Advised customer to capture issue on video if condition reoccurs. If callback occurs, recommend replacing capacitor, magnetron, and diode. At the time of service unit is running as designed, job complete.

Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed part. Upon arrival replaced console (W11778760) and tested, unit is now running as designed, job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit WDP540HAMZ4 for not draining. Upon arrival customer stated unit drains during use but water reappears in tub after sitting idle for 12 days. Inspected unit and found standing water in tub. Initiated drain; pump energized and evacuated water properly. Verified drain hose installation with proper high loop present. Entered service mode and found no stored error codes. Ran full test cycle; unit filled, washed, drained, and advanced through all phases without interruption. No functional failure found. Advised customer to monitor; if issue reoccurs recommend returning with valve and control for further isolation. At the time of service unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete.

Arrived on site (Unit 4209) to replace previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival gained access to internal components and replaced motor mount (W11676491), installed sound pads (W11113654) under mount to dampen vibration, blower housing (WPW10211911), drive motor (W11234001), and blower wheel (W11327190). Reassembled unit and performed operational test; airflow and rotation verified with no abnormal vibration or noise present. Unit is now running as designed, job complete.
