Upon arrival customer stated after a couple months of owning the unit, ice production slowed down and for the last 6 months has been producing a few cubes a day. Then dispenser stopped dispensing water for a few days, but now is working fine. Tested unit, engaged ice maker harvest and found very thin ice cubes. Also found an E5 ice maker thermistor is bad error code. Inspected behind the ice maker housing and found gapping causing cold air to leak into the ceiling and freeze the reservoir, stopping water from dispensing. Replaced ice maker (W11658802) due to error code and adjusted the ice maker housing to close all gaps. Used light to verify, no gaps and no air leaks. Ran a harvest and a fill, ice maker is harvesting and fills with the proper amount of water. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Upon further inspection, the builder advised that the inspector advised the upper rack spray arm is hitting the manifold when it spins and then demonstrated by spinning the arm. I advised the builder that once water pressure goes through the spray arm, the arm slightly drops down and sprays/rotates on a level plain and doesn't hit anything on the rack. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. When the upper spray arm began to function, there was no noise of it hitting the manifold. The unit it completed testing and is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making the same noises that it was at the last service call in 2023. Customer provided a video which sounded like the cam slipping on the pulley. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E9- off balance pause. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I tilted the unit back and inspected underneath and gained access to the cam spring. I found the spring is too short to fully engage the cam to the pulley causing it to grind on the pulley. Both the cam and pulley are in good operating shape. I expanded the spring slightly to allow it to fully engage the cam to the pulley. Retested and the unit continues to operate as designed. I recommended the customer use the unit over the weekend and monitor and if it continues to fail to contact our office. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave making buzzing sound when in use. I tested the unit and found it is functionally working properly and heating. Unit does have a buzz after mag is running a bit. When you touch the wrapper even the slightest the buzzing stops and unit sounds normal. Mag is working properly, but the right side of the wrapper is buzzing against the cabinet. Showed customer if they add a piece of cardboard or anything else that adds even an ounce of pressure the buzzing stops. Unit is working as designed, just needs a piece of insulation due to having some small gapping between cabinets and microwave. If vibration ends up getting worse with the insulation we can replace the mag and see if this reduces it. No parts needed. Call completed."

Arrived on site for washer not draining out water and showing f9e1 in diagnostic again. On arrival confirmed issue and found error present inspected control and pump but found no failures found harness inside the taped split had been stretched out and found that it had been stretched out for some time based on its appearance and was the likely cause of control pressure switch shorting originally. "Arrived on site to inpsect washer not starting a cycle and not filling with water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I ran an automatic test and the test finished without any issue, however when i attempted to start a cycle in consumer mode, the machine would pulse the agitator twice and then indicate 'done' I cheched the condition of the lid switch and it is operating fine and measuring within spec. I verified that the harness is in good condition and that the pump is working as designed. I verified that the actuator and capacitor were good. I replaced the control due to an internal problem on the board. I calibrated and retested the unit, and it is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11513246"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling. Upon further inspection, I found the unit warm and the compressor cool. I checked pressures and found the high side a little low. I evacuated the system, and removed the condenser line from the compressor and removed the drier from the Yoder loop. I installed access valves on the two lines and pressurized the system with nitrogen up 250psi and monitored my gauges. I found no leaks in the system or there's a very slow leak. I removed and replaced thenevaporator and UV dye drier and reconnected thencondenser line to the compressor. Vacuumed the system down to -30/0psi. I installed 53g of R600 refrigerant and monitored the unit. It is beginning to cool and i recommended the customer monitored the unit over the weekend and call the office if the unit fails again. Arrived onsite for unit turning in by itself and display not showing properly. Customer stated when pressing the cycle it wouldn't even show lights. I got access to the inside of the door. I found the panel not to be bowed up and no water trails inside the door. Units control is bad and needs replacement. I replaced the control and all cycles are lighting up and unit is not turning on by itself. Unit now operates as designed. No water leaks present. Call complete. Installed W11637583 Control.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven microwave combo unit with error code. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F1E5-inverter failure. Cleared the code and tested the microwave and found the internal light does not work. Using my microwave tester, I found the microwave is not heating. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the inverter board and magnetron and found the magnetron did not short and damage the wave guide. Customer advised that even when they 'slam' the microwave door, the microwave will not start and they get the open close door error. Following the tech sheet for the F1E5 error, I removed and replaced the inverter board and magnetron and tested. Unit is heating as designed. Due to the door closing issue, I removed and replaced the interlock harness and adjusted the right side interlock and retested the microwave and it continued to operate as designed. Arrived onsite for oven not heating. When testing the unit I found it to be heating as designed. I found a F6E4 error present and via techsheet followed general procedure. I found all connections to be good. I unplugged the ui from the control and reseated to ensure they have good connection. I then followed general procedure and set the model number again on the panel in diagnostics. Unit is heating when called to bake and could not replicate issue. I tested the oven three times and all times the oven started heating as designed. No issues with unit at time of service. Call complete. No parts installed.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer drain pump constantly staying on. Upon further inspection, the customer had the unit unplugged and when they plugged it in and the control reset, the drain pump came on. I pressed the start button and held it to reset the controls and when I began to place the unit it in diagnostics the drain pump came back on again. I was able to check error codes and found F3E1-pressure system fault and F8E1-low/no fill. Cleared the codes and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I attempted to test in a normal wash cycle and the drain pump kicked on again. I tilted the unit back and inspected underneath to find all components in good condition. I raised the top panel and removed the tub ring and using my flashlight I inspected the basket and found all holes punched. When I pushed down on the tub assembly and the tub came back up, there was too much movement in the assembly. I am ordering the main control and suspension rods and office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. "Our arrival verified complaint of unit, not spinning out or finishing cycle. On inspection found the arrow code f seven e one.This is the tachometer error. "On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. Took a photo of mod/Ser tag, product exterior front, product surroundings, product area of potential concern full, mid, and close, and breaker outside. Verified voltage and polarity are correct, On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight twists in power cord removed). Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements and main control. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, repair has been completed per instructions in SP w11490386 , spoke to TL 7740716359 and spoke to safety 7740554478, and submitted picture of breaker and advised of sp W11525530 for GFCI manufacturer. Advised customer if it happens again to replace breaker. If problem persists call customer service. unit is working as designed job complete replaced bake element w11182108 , broil element w10856603, and main w11696067. On arrival verified complaint of RH crisper drawer unable to close correctly. On inspection found RH crisper plate has failed and preventing the drawer from closing. Replaced plate and u it is now working correctly. job complete installed w11759114

On arrival verified complaint of over cooling in rc section. First inspection shows all fans are running. Temps are 33 in rc section. Ran diag and checked damper function is good. Checked thermistor at rc section and found it is correct at 8.8k ohms. Also found ui is intermittent in response to touches and going dim. Replaced ui and main. They were in control kit w10864261. Further inspection found rc gasket right is torn. Ordering gasket W10407212; ordrng 1 W10407212 (Gasket)

On arrival verified complaint of unit not cooling. Visual inspection shows burned start device and audible short cycling compressor. Start device sent was defective and missing pieces. Used WP2319792 from SS stock. Compressor then started up and began running. Advised customer to monitor temps. Arrived on site for wall ovenwith no power. On arrival found 40 amp gfci breaker tripped. Restored power and found no errors in diagnostic. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking. Upon further inspection, inspection i ran the unit and found that it is leaking from under the door. The spray arm is most lifelike the cause of this water overflowing a causing the small leak. I also found that the tube is slightly warped on the left side with is creating a small gap between the door and gasket. I am ordering the spray arm WP99001788, cap WP99001428 guard WP99001796 tower WP99001787 and returning with gasket. "Arrived on site to inspect washer making noise and leaking water. Upon further inspection, inspection placed the unit into diagnostics and observed no error codes.i ran component activation and observed a leak at the water inlet seals. I gained access to the underside of the unit and found that the motor shield was only mounted with one screw allowing it to bang against the bottom of the machine and floor during spin. I mounted the shield properly. I checked the condition of the suspension and suspension tests good. All other components test good. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker bin clumping up into one solid form, abnormal sounds, torn gasket, and loose handle. Upon further inspection I found that the unit was not level and the rear fin was not making contact with the back wall which in conjunction with the torn gasket, most likely cause temperature spikes which in turn caused the ice to thaw and freeze back into a solid form. I verified that the ice maker chute door is fine and sealing good. I raised the front feet, replaced the gaskets and tightened the studs, and set screws. The sounds that the customer is experiencing are normal soumds that the refrigerator will make and is nothing to be concerned about. The unit is now operating as designed. Arrived on site with parts ordered by previous tech. Removed evaporator cover. Replaced evaporator motor. Evaporator gaskets are in place. Confirmed wires were behind cover. Repaied per Service Pointer W11685264 . Test 141=11678319. Board not needed. All fans working with no noise. Reset and verified operation. Small noise in mullion. If problem continues sealed system expert needed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for makes noises and gets stuck on spin cycle. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and get error codes F7-E1 basket speed fault. Ran a spin and agitation test and can hear motor energize but no movement to basket. Raised unit and found cam pulley with no retaining nut and cut into shield . Also found belt off and out of form. Also found pulley on motor is worn. Put all pieces back together to be able to further diagnose unit. Used spare nut I have on hand to secure cam pulley All other functions operate correctly. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with drying issues and noisy operation. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I ran a test mode and all components tested good. I tested the incoming water temperature, and it was 85 degrees. The dishwasher needs an incoming water temperature of 120 degrees. I advised the customer of proper detergent and rinse aid usage since the customer was not using the rinse aid. I also advised on liquid detergent since it will dissolve more easily with their water system. I noticed the loud noise being caused by the diverter disk. I am ordering the diverted disk and cover. Arrived onsite for oven not heating. Upon arrival customer stated it would sometimes light and then when cycling it doesn't re light. I found the ignitor to be bent out too far and to be sparking to the corner of the cover. I replaced the cover and tested the unit. Unit will now re light and lights on first spark. Arrived on site for leaking water. Upon arrival customer handed me bellow retaining spring..Reinstalled and secured bellow spring. When trying to power on unit am having issues with power button responding. Am now able to get in diagnostics. Gore error code F0-E2 over suds. Found dispenser and drawer with overflow of detergent. Explained to customer of detergent use. When trying to run a quick cycle start button was not responding. When unit begins to fill get an odd sound from dispenser. Ran unit with no laundry or detergent and getting suds. Allowed unit to run and cannot duplicate leak. The oversuds issue is the cause of leak. Will need to replace console assembly due to intermittent issues not responding. Also ordering valves and dispenser drawer. Also needing 2 men due to being stacked in tight cabinet. Arrived on site to test unit for cooktop and oven both not heating. Found both L1 and L2 wires at terminal block burnt due to terminal nuts not being tightened. Removed burnt wiring and installed new ring terminals. Secured connections and unit is now working as designed. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for popcorn results. Upon arrival customer stated they wanted to pop 3 bags of popcorn, they popped the first two, at the end of the second one they heard a distinct pop sound. They popped the third but only half of the kernels popped. Seems like its not heating enough now, have to add extra time for food. Pop sound was only heard once. Tested unit with magic light, unit is heating and no distinct noises during testing. Verified by warming up 2 cups of water back to back, both starting temps were at 72?. Heated up one cup for 1 minute, temp was at 130?. Heated up second cup for 1 minute, temp was at 138?. Contacted techline to document SR#7740715062, per techline no further repair recommended. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=3 degrees and RC=36 degrees on settings of 0/37. Customer advised that the unit it will intermittently stop cooling for long periods of time. I advised management (GC) of my findings andnwas advised that they had spoken to the customer when they called in to schedule service. Was advised to replace the UI and hv control and customer to monitor. I removed and replaced the mentioned controls and set the defrost time in test 7 to #2-8 hour run time before defrost.
