Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they went to use it for the first time and the basket bounced all over the place and the front left leg is broken. I opened the lid and pushed down on the tub assembly and it bounced all over inside the chassis. Tilted unit back and found the front left leg broken and the chassis damaged from possibly being dropped during installation (photo). I removed and replaced the suspension rods and front leveling leg and tested. Unit is operating as designed; however, the cabinet will need to be replaced due to the front leveling leg standing bent backwards and it has a lot of stress on it being bent. Also while removing the rods, I found the front two rods were broken at the springs possibly from being dropped during installation. Arrived onsite for vent hood light not staying mounted. On inspection found the right light hanging down. I pulled the light out bent the barbs that hold the light back in position. Reinstalled the light. It is holding fine now. When heat from the cooktop hits these lights the barbs will straighten back out again and the light will fall out again.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not washing. On inspection found F7E2. Ran diagnostics cycle and it erred out when the spray arm was supposed to start spraying. Installed new pump and motor and retested the unit in diagnostics mode and now the spray arms are working now. The diagnostic mode finished this time. "Arrived on site for a range that wont ignite the front burner and has flame height concerns. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint about the left front burner taking a while to ignite. Attempted to adjust the burner head with no luck. I replaced the burner head and found the unit working and operating as designed. I attempted to check the burner height lengths and found no abnormalities with the flame heights. I attempted to adjust the gas valves to see if I could increase the rate of flow out of the burners. Found I was unable to adjust the burners to where it more gas will come through. I checked the offices and found the offices were correct. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Rob SR# 7737461206. he advised that based on all my checks, the unit is working as designed, and that by swapping the unit over from natural gas to propane that the strength of the burners are going to lessen. He advised that on a natural gas supply and orifices, the large burners are 20,000 BTUs on propane those large burners drop down to 13,000 BTUs. He advised that there is no way to change it on this unit and that the only way to increase the size that are flames is to convert back to natural gas. The customer advised that there are no natural gas lines in the city and are unable to do so. He advised that the unit is working as designed and to make no repairs. Call complete."

Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Around the unit through a drain in Spanish found the unit working as designed. Went over loading techniques and advised the customer that the issue appeared to just be that the unit was completely unlevel, causing the tub to bang against the front panel anytime the unit was going into a spin. Upon arrival the customer arrived me that the vibration she was worried about was the back panel of the cabinet flexing when the unit is in spin which is normal. But still the unit will not spin smoothly and will at time stop and not finish. I am ordering the gearcase and the basket. Since we have been unable to duplicate the noises we have no good repair we can perform. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to remove and replace the center burner orifice and the front right burner orifice. However, upon my research, the orifices are correct and the complaint is that the burners dont get hot enough. The issue is that the grates set too high off the burners and there is no correction for this issue. I advised the customer and provided the orifice number breakdown provided by the installation sheet and showed them the numbers on the orifices that are with their cooktop. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested the temps in the FC=24 degrees. I placed my gauges on the sealed system ports and found the high side had dropped slightly since last service call; approximately -3psi. I monitored pressures for several minutes and very little change occurred. I inspected the FC evaporator and found no frost pattern. Spoke with in house tech support and based off the type of frost pattern and my pressure readings, they recommended bumping the system with refrigerant to get it to exact pressures. I bumped the system tough the high side and monitored the frost pattern and there was no change other than it being slushy. I evacuated the system and installed a new UV dye drier and vacuumed the system for approximately 33 minutes. Installed 5oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored the system. The evaporator began to get a good frost pattern and unit was beginning to cool. Pressures were good at 0/175. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and contact our office if the unit fails again. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

All noises unit is making are normal noises when agitates from clockwise to counter clockwise. Ran drain and spin and unit is operating correctly with no odd sounds. Cannot duplicate the issue at this time. Customer will monitor unit and get a recording of noises to assist with diagnosis. Customer will ensure proper loading and not overload the unit. Arrived on site to test unit for console not responding. Replaced control and unit now responding as designed. Completed diagnostics with no issues. Installed high drain loop. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for unit having poor installation and damaged panel. Notified customer that installation and cosmetic issues are only covered for first 30 days for ownership. Unit is a year and 9 months old. Warranty will not cover cosmetics. Customer will contact builder.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with leds out in both sections. Upon arrival I found this to be true. I replaced all of the leds and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed

"Arrived onsite for unit not functioning on any cycles. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran diagnostics and found stored error codes F0e3, f3e2, f7e9, f8e1, f2e1. Cleared and tested. Ran auto test and passed. Ran normal load and was progressing through, ran quick cycle and was progressing. Ran a load of towels and asked customer to monitor. Called customer later and she reported that the cycle completed but took longer that normal, it seemed to start over. A rapid wash 38 minutes took an hour. Based off of codes and customer issues, if symptoms persist unit may have possible control issue or motor issue. Customer will report back. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for a dryer that is making a electrical buzzing noise when in use. Upon arrival I ran the unit and found that the noise was there. Upon further inspection I found that the buzzing is coming from the solenoids on the burner assembly which could be a sign that they are failing I am ordering the assembly and setting rerun for 10/05/23; ordrng 1 W10823508 (BURNER-GAS)

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not allowing fc door to clos properly. Upon arrival confirmed failure, found bowing in middle divider liner and spoke with techline to report findings. Was instructed to order W11159728 gasket, w11661926 cam, and W11687636 fc hinge. Office to reschedule once Availability of parts is known.; ordrng 1 W11687636 (Hinge) and 1 W11159728 (Gasket) and 1 w11661926 (Cam)"

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the control board in the unit and tested to 350?. The unit had no issues after the control board was installed. Informed the customer to use it and if the issue complied back will return with harness and blower.

Arrived onsite for unit not freezing properly and food thawing. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found that customer stated they would find popsicles and ice cream soft or melted as if unit was not cooling. Ran diagnostics and found unit average temperature recording was writhing spec but highs were above normal. Highs were 75/55. Frost pattern was good on fc evaporator. Spoke with service management and unit is potentially having extended defrost cycle. Programmed unit to timed defrost rather than ADC. Customer will monitor. If symptoms persist customer will report findings. Potential electronics issues.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival confirmed failure. Found uv dye and leak at drier. Removed and replaced drier then pulled vac and recharged system with 4.8oz of refrigerant p. Found equalized psi at 50 and run time pressures at 0/148. Informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete
