Found the agitator spinning when the unit was trying to spin the basket and it would not shift into the spin position. Gained access underneath and found the slider broken. Arrived onsite for a dryer that turns on but doesnt always heat and when it does the clothes are not getting dry. I tested the dryer and found no airflow but the dryer was heating. I found the temp at the lint screen only getting to 120 degrees with the dryer on high. I found the temp hardly changing. I removed the vent hose from the dryer and the temp at the lint screen shot up to 200 degrees. I showed the customer. I explained to the customer that the house vent is restricted and needs to be cleaned. Call complete.

I then found the unit would cycle the power intermittently at the end of the external drain pump cycle. I removed and replaced the pump and found the circulation pump/sensor incorrectly reading water levels. During replacement of the circulation pump, I discovered the mounting screw for the reservoir would not secure the reservoir and that the insert was improperly installed. Arrived onsite for a DW that is not drying dishes properly upon testing the unit I found that the heater was good the control sending power to the heater. The dispenser was not leaking. Made sure all other functions worked. The I advised the customer to run the hot water at the sink before running the DW the I found out the the customer would use 2 detergent pods sometimes in the DW I advised her to just use one from now on and advised her that she didnt need to preference if shes using pods and then I asked if she could make this changes and monitor the unit to see If the unit improves as far as drying goes.

Unit was cold on arrival. Ran timed dry and heard no noise. Installed 1000g testing weight to one side of drum to simulate off balance load still unable to force noise. Unit is operating correctly at this time. No excess vibrations. Unit is properly leveled. Unit working as designed. Job complete.

MHW8630HC4 arrived on site to inspect A washing machine with F9E1 error code. Placed the unit into service diagnostic mode and found the following error codes F9E1 F5E2 F0E2. Cleared the codes for testing and found all functions working properly except for the drain. Turned the drain pump on and noticed there was no water leaving the he unit. Vacuumed some debris out of the drain hose and tested again and the unit drained as designed. Also found an excessive amount of soap in the drum during testing. Advised the customer of my findings. No water leaks observed during service.

WMH31017HS09 arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Upon attempt I realized that I could not remove the microwave from the cutout and will need assistance. Requesting second tech or Sr tech for R/S; ordrng 1 2techs (2 techs)

WCG97US0HS05 arrived on site to inspect range going out. Inspected and found the burner caps not properly seated. Adjusted and tested and the burners lit as they are designed to do. Also found that the center burner would go out when turned down. Replaced the manifold and reassembled the unit and tested and the unit operates as designed with no gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for a range with the fan not coming on all the time. The customer stated they see that the fan does seem to start when the oven reaches set point temperature. The customer also stated the unit seems to be cooking everything good. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke with Steve SR# 7737589219. Steve stated the range is working as designed. I tested the range in the convection bake cycle and the fan started running at 240 degrees and cycled on and off every 10 seconds. I tested it on the air fry setting and the fan cycled the same way after the unit reached set point. I explained to the customer that the unit is working correctly at this time.

I replaced them and found that the new ones stayed in place and the I replaced the pealing Ui and tested the unit and found that the unit operated as designed

Arrived on site for a cooktop that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and went to turn off the breaker to the cooktop. Found the cooktop breaker in the off position. Turned the breaker on and tested the unit. Found the unit working and operating as designed. Did advise the customer that the unit breaker had been turned off. The customer was unaware of where the breaker for the cooktop was. Showed the customer where the breaker was and the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a range that is not sealing on the left side. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit took over an hour to preheat and then two hours took something that usually takes an hour to cook. They advised they believed the issue was with the door leaking air. I checked the door and did not find any abnormalities with the door. I preheated the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and found the unit reach preheat within 8 minutes. I watched the unit fluctuate between 405 degrees and 340 degrees, averaging a temperature of 372.5 degrees. The customer complained about the sides of the door being super hot after running the oven for more than an hour. I called Whirlpool Tech line and spoke to Andrew SR# 7737588602. He advised that the unit appeared to be cycling properly, and that in regards to the sides of the doors, being hot, that the inner door runs all the way around to the sides, and what the customer is most likely feeling is the heat transfer from the inner part of the door thats inside of the gaskets heating up the rest of the door I spoke with them about the gaskets themselves as I was able to see light from the top right in the top left-hand sides of the gaskets. He advised that because the gaskets are folded over, there may be a little bit of light that shines through, and that that is perfectly normal. Your boat, since theres no issues with the hinges, inner door, or cabinet, there is nothing to fix on this unit, and this unit is working as designed. He advised to make no repairs at this time, and to refer to the customer over to the cooking surface limits page. I called Whirlpool safety team And spoke to Ann SR# 7737559657. She advised to make no repairs at this time and that this unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise. The machine usually works really well but that he has had three loads. Go off-balance, and all three have been sheets. He advised that when he spoke to customer service, they wanted to send somebody out just in case. I did find the washer unlevel and touching the back and right side panels potentially causing bigger issues with off-balance loads. He advised that he washes several times a week and has not had this issue for the majority part of the time, but just wanted to make sure that everything was all right. Around the unit through a diagnostic cycle on the unit ran as designed. Check the suspension and checked Internet the unit and found no abnormalities. I did advise the customer that bulky loads such as towels, sheets, blankets, and other bedding type materials may have a harder time staying fully balanced, due to uneven weight distribution inside of the basket. "Ive done site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the drain pump and control and found the control panel immediately. Start letting up. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle but the machine error it out after the unit filled with water. Round the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E2 (variable speed, wash motor failure) error code. Attempted to run the unit again after removing and receding the connectors on the wash motor and had the same issue. Ordering a Wash Motor and rescheduled the customer to 10/23.; ordrng 1 W11460946 (Wash motor)"

WRS555SIHZ03 arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon arrival I placed the unit into service mode and ran the ice maker harvest test and the unit passed. Ran the ice maker fill test and the unit passed. Inspected the ice maker and found a mass of ice on the bail arm. Removed the ice and tested and the operational test was successful. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran a test cycle and tested amp draw at the heating circuit. I found 8 amps on the heater circuit and verified the unit heating properly. I instructed the customer to use rinse aid to help the drying process. The unit is operating as designed at this time. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for a DW that is not drying dishes properly. Upon arrived the customer was running the washer and when it cam to the end of the cycle the heater kicked on. Upon further inspection I found that the dispenser was leaking rinse aid. I inspected the sensor and found that it was a little cloudy so I replaced it and tested the ui and found the unit operating as designed no leaks. I then advised the customer on detergent pod use and also to run the hot water at the tap before running the unit.

Arrived onsite for a DW with a upper rack that will not stay in place when you adjusted it. Upon arrived I found this to be true I replaced the adjusters and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed

Arrived onsite for a dryer that has a Loose front pane at the bottom. Upon inspection I found this to be true I was able to reattached the pan with screws. I tested the unit to make sure that nothing else was wrong with the unit and found the unit operating as designed

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is making a noise when running. Upon arrival I found that the back panel of the unit was left off presumably by the tech from another company that came out before us. I waited it the unit began running and found that the condenser fan was making contact with the shroud adjuster it till the noise want away. Unit is operating as designed
