I found no leaks during the cycle. I ran another cycle and still found no leaks. I found the inlet valve seeping causing the unit to fill with too much water. I removed and replaced the inlet valve and tested. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC and found it at 31 degrees and there was frost built up on the evap cover. I disassembled the FC section and using my steamer, I removed the frost/ice from the evaporator and found the defrost element molex connector not fully connected to the evap harness connector (photo). I tested the element and found it within range. Reseated the molex connector on the evap harness and reconnected the element and tested. I found the element getting 124V and is defrosting the ice/frost from the evaporator. Using my steamer I removed a majority of the remaining ice/frost and reassembled the FC section. Retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. All water from defrosting was cleaned up. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"On arrival verified complaint of not igniting and possible gas leak. Found during testing none of the igniters are sparking. Sparking is happening at the spark module. This was caused by liquid spilling into the base under the brackets preventing proper ground. Recommend replacing all igniters due to all have major corrosion. Spark module as a back up. Arrived on site for a dryer that will not turn on. Inspected unit and work area. I had to move stuff out of the way to get the dryer to a port of access found the ground wire from the power cord connected onto the neutral. Changed out the power cord to fit the Rent-A-Center plug and tested the unit. Found the unit heating and operating as designed. Did advise the customer that the issue was with the way the unit was set up electrically in the home. Call complete.

WED4815EW1 arrived on site to inspect a dryer not heating. Tested the unit for airflow and found it venting properly. Tested the thermal cutoff and found it blown. Arrived on site for a dryer. That is not turning. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit makes out terrible sound when the unit starts but the drum does not turn. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the dryer drum extremely hard to move. I disassembled the unit and found the blower wheel sitting in an awkward position. Went to remove the drum and found the blower wheel. Sit back down into the proper place. Found one of the clamps on the motor had broken causing the motor to lean whenever tension was put on it and causing the blower wheel to grind against the housing. Arrived onsite for a range with a left front burner(dual zone) that is not working upon inspection I found that the burner would not turn on when set to low. I replaced the I-switch and tested the unit several times and found that it is now operating as designed. I did find some places bags behind the unit and removed them as they may be a fire hazard if the oven gets hot enough to melt the plastic. I advised the apt office manager of this and he will make the tenant aware of this.

The chassis had not been set during initial installation and after correcting, the twist within the cabinet started to settle. "Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making good ice. Upon further inspection, I found a small amount of ice in the bin and it was wet/watery. There was a slab of ice forming on the evaporator and I observed it until it formed and when the heat valve came on, the ice began to sweat, but failed to slide off the evaporator before the heat valve turned off and the recirculating pump came on and forced water over the evaporator causing the ice to slide off. I found the evaporator has build up on it causing the ice to stick. Per customer request and due to the evaporator being dirty, I am ordering the sealed system. WGD5010LW3 Arrived to inspect drying issue. The customer advised me the actual issue was with noise and presented me a video of the issue. I noted a very fast paced squeak appeared after the burner engaged and he unit heated. Inspection of the idler pulley showed discoloration that denoted the likelihood of the bushing preventing rotation. I had a new idler arm assembly on my truck and installed a and tested. The issue was resolved and I could not recreate the issue after allowing five complete heating cycles of the unit to occur. No gas leaks detected during service. ; used 1 WP691366 (Idler Assy) from stock

Removed old tub assembly and installed new. Found the port the dome for the pressure hose on the tub was broken once installed. Will need to re-order the tub assembly and also the pressure hose as one of the clips will no longer stay secured. I attempted to remove the bin and it was stuck. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker and it is operating as designed and the arm went back to the home position. I tried to remove the ice bin again and found a ball of ice in the ice chute and was wedged in the ice bin. Using my steamer, I removed the ice and was able to remove the ice bin. Cleared the ice from the chute and ice bin and tested the fill tube. I found the fill tube is operating as designed. Recommended the customer allow the ice bin to completely dry before placing it back in its space. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Unable to get access as the ice chute cover seems foamed in. Ordering door for FC do to damage possible during repair as well as ice disp and ice paddle as it activates intermittent. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that will continue running after dispensing. Ice/water. Upon testing I could not duplicate the issue but I did replace the ui and the dispenser. And tested it and found that it operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for unit filter stuck. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found customer having difficulty removing filter. Tested and found filter is secured properly. Instructed customer on how to properly remove and secure filter. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for loud noises. Ran diagnostics and found unit slightly louder than usual. Unit is working as designed. Found excessive gaps surrounding unit is adding to amplifying noise plastic tub dishwashers produce. Advised to enclose surrounding gaps if wanting to help with noise. But unit is working as designed and no further repairs required at this time. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I test3d the unit and immediately it began to make a rubbing sound as the drum tumbled. I opened the unit door and inspected the drum seal and found a broken zipper in between the drum and front bulkhead. Removed the zipper and retested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a dryer that runs but will not heat. I found the cut off open. I installed a cut off kit and tested the dryer. I found the dryer working as designed but found the airflow poor. I advised the customer to have the house vent cleaned and showed them the screen at the end of the house vent was almost completely stopped up with lint. Call complete.

Arrived on site for dryer needing previous diagnosised motor and wheel. Upon arrival installed parts and tested dryer. Found it wasnt overheating and ready for use. Call complete
