"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRMF3636RZ00 freezing foods in the fresh foods section. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the RC secti9n on the to0 shelf=39 degrees, 2nd shelf=41 degrees, right deli drawer=43 degrees, left deli drawer=42 degrees, bottom crisper drawer=43 degrees, vdnt at ics box=8 degrees, ice maker housing=8 degrees, FC=7 degrees. I checked the temperature settings and found them at FC=0/RC=38, which are manufacturer settings. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked the thermistors, and all checked good/passed. I pulled the unit out and tested the thermistors at the P5 connector and found 7.2 kohms for the RC thermistor and 16.4 kohms for the FC thermistor both are within range of temp readings. I found some vegetables in the right deli drawer that had moisture built up inside the container and recommended that the customer put the vegetables into the unit dry. I checked the defrost time settings in diagnostics test 7 and found the unit cooling for 96 hours before going into defrost. I changed the defrost time to 8 hours in subtest 2 of test 7. The customer advised that they can't get crushed ice from the dispenser. I tested the dispenser solenoid and found it operating properly. I checked the ice bin and found the crushed ice divider was missing. The customer provided a broken piece of plastic they kept, and it is the missing divider. The unit is operating as designed. I opened the freezer and found ice and water leaking from the fill tube down the backside of the freezer wall. I checked the fill tube and found a fill tube extension had been added to the fill tube but installed wrong, casuing the water to leak into the freezer. I visually inspected the icemaker and found no issue with the ice maker itself. Fixed the fill tube extension placement and tested the icemaker. I found the icemaker harvest and fill as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Drain is clogged and causing blockage running into the FC. RC had temps that were varying by 15 degrees depending on location, which was causing condensation on the lower side. Vents were completely blocked by items, causing cold spots. I tested the dispenser, and found the auger Motor is buzzing and not moving. Tested ice maker and found ice maker is not functional either. I explained to the customer that the reset hinge is located on the left side, and if the door is not closed properly, the left side is typically where an air leak develops. Upon inspection, I found that the door gasket was sealing properly with no visible issues, and I advised the customer to continue monitoring the door closure. The customers additional concern was condensation developing on top of the freezer door gasket; I inspected the mullion and found no issues with condensation buildup at that location. I explained to the customer that we will need to install foam strips underneath the gasket to reinforce the seal and plump it up, which should prevent condensation from developing; however, if this procedure does not resolve the issue, the freezer door will need to be replaced.
