Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing ice and rolling forward with freezer opening. Removed ice bucket and confirmed unit is making ice just fine. Found the bucket was not properly aligned with the auger motor impeller. Properly lined bucket. Unit is now dispensing crushed and cubes as asked. Set down leveling legs to prevent it from rolling. Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not operating properly. Entered diagnostics and found F8E4 error code stored in fault history. Customer stated they had not observed any water in the base pan or underneath the unit. Inspected the dishwasher and verified there was no evidence of water accumulation in the drip tray. Ran diagnostic and operational test cycles and found no active faults or performance issues at this time. Arrived on site for a refridgerator model ED5GTGXNQ00 that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the freezer freezes at the bottom, but the upper freezer doesnt, and the refrigerator is not cold. I confirmed the customers complaint and found evidence of a defrost issue in the freezer. I checked the compressor and found it pulling 1 A, indicating a good compressor. I unplugged the unit and gained access to the defrost timer. I checked resistance going through the bimetal and defrost heater and found 23.5 ohms of resistance, indicating good wiring, a good defrost bimetal, and heater. I found a service pointer referencing this issue (8178769) and replaced the defrost timer/control 4388932 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose a vent hood with a complaint of the fan not operating. Verified that the unit was receiving power and found the hood lights functioning properly. Activated the fan and could hear the motor humming, indicating the motor was energized but the blower wheel was not rotating.Removed the blower assembly for further inspection and found a loose screw lodged in the blower wheel, preventing it from turning freely. Removed the obstruction and inspected the blower for any additional damage. Reassembled the unit and tested all fan speed settings. The blower operated normally and airflow was restored. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher model WDF331PAHS1 not running or cleaning. Upon further inspection, I placed the dishwasher into diagnostics and observed error code F4E3. I verified proper voltage to the motor however the motor was not running due to becoming seized. I replaced the motor and sump assembly. Arrived on site for refrigerator WRT549SZDM06 making noise when running. Examined unit and traced noise to condenser fan blade rubbing the frame during to the angle of the motor. The motor already has the foam gasket installed from SP W11751131, but is still contacting the frame. I added a small shim between the lower right corner of the motor and frame. This adjusted the angle to keep the blade from hitting. If issue returns we will need to install a new frame and motor. Repair completed.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator KRSC700HPS06 with a cracked liner. I inspected the liner and found it was a seam that looked like a crack from the wrong angle. Also noticed condensation on the RC door gasket due to the gasket not seated correctly. I reinstalled the gasket and used adhesive wp279368 from truck stock to seal it properly. No other issues or leaks detected while on site.

Arrived on site to replace tub gasket and front panel. Replaced both parts test unit and unit test good no leaks present at this time job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit WRS315SDHZ20 for no water or ice. Upon arrival customer stated water would not dispense and unit was not producing ice. Verified complaint and found water inlet valve energizing during dispenser operation and ice maker fill requests, but no water flow was present. Inspected household water supply and found shutoff valve in the closed position. Opened valve and retested, water flow restored; however, pressure remained extremely weak. Removed water filter and retested, full water pressure restored to both the dispenser and ice maker fill circuit. Determined restricted water filter was causing low flow condition. Advised customer to replace water filter to restore normal operation. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator model KRFC704FPS04 that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does make ice, but it makes slabs of ice that dont get dumped correctly and clog the ice dispenser. I confirmed the custimers complaint and found several broken slabs of ice inside of the ice container. I pulled out the ice maker and found a small slab inside of the icemaker. I unplugged the machine, pulled out the icemaker, and was dumping the contents. I found several ice cubes would not drop. After trying to remove the cubes, I found calcium scale inside of the ice tray, causing the ice cubes to stick and potentially overfill the tray due to the cubes not being removed. I replaced the icemaker W11557001 and tested the unit. I found the icemaker harvest and fill as designed and did not notice any excess leaking from the valve. I advised the customer to keep an eye on the unit and to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete. No leaks were present during service.

Arrived on site for refrigerator WRS571CIHZ04 with issue of not cool. Upon arrival, inspected unit and found is cooling but not correctly. Ice container is empty. Freezer is completely filled with food products . The evaporator fan is on but there is no air flow. I Found entire evaporator above heater is covered in ice. I thawed entire evaporator using steamer. I tested all components and are good. I believe there was an airflow restriction that caused issue. Customer will monitor unit. Job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making a loud scraping and rubbing noise during operation. Ran the unit and confirmed the noise was present while the drum was rotating. Performed inspection of the drum, support components, and interior cavity. Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW4816FW3 noises. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and plugged it in and immediately the drain pump turned on. I was able to get the control to clear by holding the start button down for approximately 10 seconds. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F3E1-pressure sensor fault and F1E1-main control failure. I cleared the codes and attempted to perform a diagnostics test, but the unit shut down and the drain pump came on. Per service pointer W11766193 for the F3E1 error code, I removed and replaced the main control only to find the new conteol was DOA. I advised the office (PARTS) and am ordering another control and CNOTE-RETURNING TECH TO CHECK DATE CODE ON CONTROL and scheduled return service for 06/05/26. Returning tech to check date code before installing. Once control is installed, unit must be calibrated and tested and note that any other repairs would be serviced as out of warranty. UXT5236BDS2 arrived on-site for venthood, making a loud noise and motor not working properly verified issue with motor Im not spending at full speed control console is fine. Removed and replaced motor also notice that the little metal rods that are mounted underneath the fan blade that keep the grease trap from hitting the fan blade will bend in warp due to heat coming up from the cooktop area, I adjusted these as well, so they no longer rub in fan. Customer stated that they adjusted those before and it keeps on happening. Customer asked if we could replace the venthood, I told him we could not that, is something that he would have to contact whirpool with and talk to them about replacement. all I can do is fix the issue and document. Cx insisted on replacement of vent hood. Advised again that is something he has to talk with Whirlpool about. And I cannot replace the vent hood. Vent hood is working as intended. I checked the voltage going to the valves and found no voltage. I checked voltage at the board and still found no voltage present when trying to run the hot and cold valves. WTW8240YW0 Arrived on site for a washer shaking and unbalanced. On arrival, I verified the issue failed suspensions. I replaced the suspension calibrated then tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Upon arrival customer stated unit produces ice inconsistently and when ice is present it becomes clumped together in the bin. Inspected ice container and found bin full of clumped ice. Also found ice container damaged, allowing ice to spill from its cracked location. Cycled ice maker and verified harvest and fill functions completed successfully. Activated ice box fan and confirmed proper airflow and suction were present. Inspected ice door gasket and found it sealing properly. Removed ice chute assembly and found foam gasket torn, allowing warm air intrusion into the ice compartment and contributing to ice clumping. Arrived onsite for concerns about excessive temp. Tested drum temperature, cycle times and airflow movement based on evacuation speed using thermal probe. Readings with the dryer pulled 6 inches from the wall were perfect on all temp settings. When the dryer was placed in its original spot the hang time and max temp increased significantly indicating the flex vent was being compressed. Moved dryer to adequate distance for the vent to operwte properly. No parts. Advised customer on findings.

Arrived on site for water leaking from the vent tube. Removed back cover and found no water insede. Found Vent was blocked. Found evidence vent tub was bent. Removed and popped open vent. Found thermistor was out of range, replaced thermistor. All other componenets working. Verified good draft on vent now. Call complete.

Arrived on site for washer MVW6200KW2 with issue of making unusual sounds. Upon arrival, customer explained how unit sounds like an airplane taking off. I test unit by spinning basket manually by hand and can hear noise. I raised unit to inspect lower components. There is no sign of leaking gearcase oil. Did find belt is loose. Need to replace gearcase and belt. During disassembly. After several attempts, the wash plate is seized on shaft and cannot be removed. Arrived on site for ice machine KUIX535HPS01 nit producing ice, also making noise. Tested unit and found no water entering at all. Removed filter and no change, indicating a failed valve. Installed a new W10897719 valve and ran again. Found good flow without filter, and filter itself is no good and only letting a trickle in. Ran an icemaking cycle and found healthy frost pattern and slab forming. Unit appears to be working as designed. No water leaks observed.

Arrived on site for ice machine KUIX535HPA02 that is not producing ice. Tested unit and found both drain and recirc pump are no responding. I can hesr control click, but no function. Removed lid and examined control / transformer. Control smelled abnormally hot / odorous so I installed a new W11034363 control. On closer examination I also found the transformer molex was not connected anymore and just popped apart. Seated and verified the molex was clipped together. Reassembled and tested unit. Found all functions working as designed. No water leaks observed.

Arrived onsite for noisy washer. Customer stated it will bang and sound like a jet when washing. Ran a test cycle and could hear some slight jet noises indicating either no oil in the gearcase or the bearing is shot. Arrived on site for washer door not locking . Found broken wires on molex connection. Fixed wire . Latch still not locking. Replaced latch . Ran diagnostics unit is locking . Unit passed diagnostics test wash. No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

Arrived on site for washer WTW4955HW3 stuck in drain. Examined unit and confirmed unit falls under S153EB pointer for stuck in drain. Installed new control W11608056 and tested unit. Verified proper operation with no water leaks observed.

Arrived on site to test unit KSES330SPS0 for F1E1 error code. Upon arrival customer stated F1E1 error code is displayed whenever a cooking cycle is started and oven temperature reaches approximately 90. Verified complaint and entered diagnostics, found F1E1 (ACU1 fault) error code stored. Cleared fault code and retested unit. Error code reappeared consistently once oven temperature reached approximately 90. Proceeded to replace control (W11784046). Restored power and initiated bake cycle. Verified unit reached set temperature with no interruption and no fault codes returned. Unit is now running as designed, job complete.

Arrived on site for freezer not cooling. Customer said he unplugged it yesterday and it seems to have started working. Verified unit is currently working. Confirmed as unit has water frozen again after a thaw. Removed evaporator cover and confirmed a full frost pattern. Entered test mode and compressor and fans turn on with no problem. Arrived on site for an oven KOES530PSS00 with no power. Found the 30 amp GFCI breaker was tripped and blinking 3 times for an overload error. I set to 350 and it tripped around 105 degrees. I replaced the control w11448962 as a precautionary measure. Disconnected the ground and heated to 500 degrees without tripping the breaker. Max amp draw was 17.7 amps. No other issues found.

WTW5010LW0 Arrived on site for a washer failing to drain and latch not working. On arrival, I verified the latch has failed, and the bezel and strike have failed. I replaced the latch and bezel and tested washer did drain but the strike wouldnt lock in place. It worked from time to time, but the strike will need to be replaced. I ordered part and rescheduled the client for the soonest availability. No water leaks visible from main water supply. ; ordrng 1 W11513250 (Strike)

Arrived onsite for unit smoking when in use. Found issue is not smoke, its steam. Customer had a video. Found customer has extended cooktimes in microwave. Heater water and at about the 5-6 min mark some steam seeped through seal and was present on the stainless trim. Called techline for assistance. Spoke to Edwin case#23742292. Found this is normal. Unit is built in. Not over the range and has no blower for ventilation . If enough accumulates it will pass through door seal. Unit is functioning as designed. Job complete

Arrived on site for dishwasher not working. Upon arrival inspected unit found f4 e3 and f7 e1 sump and motor failure and no heat. Replaced sump and motor assembly and tested. Unit is now functioning properly and as designed to. No leaks present at this time job completed

Arrived on site for an electric range model WEE745H0FS2 that wont start cycles and is locking the control. Inspected unit and work area. Upon arrival, I found the machinenflashing and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error code. I cleared the code but went to run the unit into diagnostics and found the start button would not activate. The customer advised that all other buttons work, but the start button does not. I checked the model and serial tag and found the engineering digit was off and corrected it. I checked parts and found the UI was not sent with me. Ordering the UI and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability. Arrived on site for water dispenser and light issues. Tested water dispenser weak flow,removed filter good flow customer ordered a new filter and will install when it arrives. Washer WTW4816FW3 on-site. Verified pressure systems, fault, and drain pump running continuously. Unplugged unit, removed and replaced control board w11603810, Pump kicked on for about 1 second then shut off. Could not enter diagnostics. Removed front console; control board dead. Advised customer new control board is defective and will order replacement. Rescheduled customer for Friday. Removed new control board and reinstalled old control board. Arrived on site to test unit WTW8127LW0 for cycle engaging without command. Upon arrival customer stated unit began filling with hot water despite no cycle being selected. Condition occurred intermittently for approximately three days before unit was unplugged. Tested unit and found hot-side inlet valve stuck open, allowing water to enter tub without command from the control. Proceeded to replace valve (W11220230) and, as a precautionary measure, replaced control (W11510463) due to extended duration of the failure condition. Restored power and completed calibration cycle successfully. Verified proper valve operation and confirmed no unintended filling occurs. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site unit 570 to replace panel on model WDF332PAMS0 I replaced panel, unit tested good. Office to collect balance with cc on file. Unit is vacant

Arrived on site to test unit for F8E4, tested unit found water in the drian pan, removed water and split front door and started wash cycle with pods that the customer is using within a few minutes excessive amount of suds start to develop, explained to customer that do to the water softener excessive amout of suds are developing, advised customer to switch to a liquid detergent and follow to designated level in the dispenser, can be adjusted to less detergent if necessary, called tech line to document per tech line unit is running as designed but customer needs to switch to liquid detergent case #23745861 at this time unit is running as designed no leaks detected job complete no parts installed

Arrived on site to inspect dryer model WED8127LC2 not powering on and unresponsive. Upon further inspection I found that the breaker had tripped. I attempted to start the dryer and found that it would trip after 2 seconds. I gained access to the heating element and found it was shorting. I replaced the element and cleaned out the dryer with my shop vac. I reassembled and tested the dryer and it is now operating as designed. WP3387747

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher reported as not starting properly and intermittently starting on its own during the cycle. Tested the unit and verified the customers complaint. During diagnosis, found the Start button was not responding consistently and had intermittent operation. Further inspection revealed a shorted and faulty control board causing erratic behavior and communication issues with the user interface. Replaced the defective control board, then reassembled the unit and performed operational testing. Verified all buttons responded correctly, the dishwasher started and operated as designed, and no abnormal operation was observed. Unit tested good. Job complete.
