Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not responding to buttons presses at times. Upon testing I could not duplicate the issue I replaced the control after finding that the connector that connects the ui to the control was coming unsoldered for the board. Upon further testing I found that the unit had no airflow I available the customer to have a vent cleaning company come out and check the vents.

WDT750SAKZ0 arrived on site to inspect leaking dishwasher. Upon inspection I found evidence of a leak on the floor on the left side of the unit. Placed the unit into service diagnostic mode and found no error codes and I was unable to recreate the leaky conditions. Inspected the valve and fitting and found the connection from the fitting to the hose was somewhat loose and there was some buildup on the o-ring. Cleaned it off and made sure the connections were secure and dry. Tested again but was still unable to cause a leak.

Arrived onsite for a washer with the lid locked. I found the washer opened when I arrived. The customer stated that when the washer is done with a load the door will not open unless you play with the lid then it will finally open. I found the latch failing mechanically. I replaced the lid latch and tested the lock and the lid. All is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for burner not igniting. On inspection the burner would not ignite. On further inspection found grease up in the gas ports of the burner. Pulled the burner apart and cleaned it. Now the burner is Ignite as designed and no gas leaks detected during service.

On arrival verified complaint of heat coming from under unit. Found heat discoloring of the door gasket. Will need to return with the gasket. Also advised of normal heat levels from vent underneath oven. Customer states they do hear the cooling fan with no abnormal noises during use. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven doors gap. Upon further inspection, I found the gap between the upper and lower oven doors was greater on the left side than on the right (photos). I removed the lower oven door and disassembled to inspect the hinges and they look good. I found no damages to the door assembly either. Reassembled the door and inspected the hinge receivers and I found the left receiver very loose. I attempted to remove the hinge mounting screw and adjust the receiver and then retighten the screw but that failed to correct the looseness. I removed the upper oven door and inspected the hinge receivers and they were tight. Placed both doors back onto the unit and slightly lifted up on the left side and the door is loose in the receiver. I am ordering both hinge receivers and the correct hinges (had wrong hinges due to incorrect unit model number) and office to schedule return service. Arrived onsite for a DW that has a stopper that has fallen off. Upon arrival I found that the left side stopper would not stay on. I replaced it and tested it several times a found the the new stopper started in place.

Cleared the code and continued with testing and found the valve not getting energized to dispense water into the tub. Stopped testing and removed the outer door panel and verified 120V to the main control. Disconnected the harness molex from the control and valve and tested the harness and it was good. Reconnected the molex connector to the main control and turned the unit on and tested voltage to the valve and found no voltage. Gained access to the float switch and opened and closed it and found what little voltage coming to the valve was dropping to zero when the float switch was opened. I am ordering the main control, valve and switch and scheduled return service for 10/27/23. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not cooling. I found out that the unit cools but it has times where everything in the freezer thaws out and refreezes and the ice in the door melts and clumps together. I found the FC at 5 degrees and the RC at 37 degrees when I arrived. The customer had a video from a couple of nights ago where the ice in the door bucket had melted and clumped together and it showed the stuff in the FC soft and not frozen properly. I ran thermistor test and they were good. I found the fans working as designed. I ran the defrost test and found it working. I called techline and spoke with Austin SR# 7737607657. Austin advised because of the erratic behavior to unplug the machine and power reset it and if this continues to happen to replace the main control. Arrived on site to diagnose range with both front burners not lighting. I found a small amount of debris on the igniter that was causing the spark to arc low. Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. On inspection both the rc and fc were 78?. You could here the compressor trying to come on but just couldnt start. Replaced the capacitor and start device and got the same result can not start. I monitor the amps on the compressor and they were 9amps. The compressor were about 125?. Ordering SS for the unit. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator dispensing issue. I verified low flow. The customer replaced the filter a month ago. I tested flow at the supply line and found a lot of debris in the water. The flow is good. The filter is getting clogged fast due to the debris in the water supply. The customer is on a water softener and a whole house filter. I flushed a few gallons out of the supply line until the water has no more debris in it. I replaced the customers filter with one he provided. The dispenser now has good flow. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite to replace and tub on a dishwasher. Upon arrival I found that the new tub was defective. Upon inspection of the original tub I found that the sound deadening could be reattached by using heat and molding it back in shape. (See photos) I ran the unit and found that the unit operated as designed and the sound deadening stayed in place.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the control board and the blower and found that the issue is now the fan comes on just not on the high setting. I called wp and they had me test the temperature sensor through the wiring harness. When we pointed back the fan was not on. I moved the connector in the fan came on again. Took the connector off and resisted the pins and took pliers and squeezed the connector to fit better on the pins. Now the blower has not come back on. If the issue continues the unit will need a wiring harness. W115785787737607394

Arrived on site to inspect top load washer running out of balance. I found no stored error codes. I found the unit not leveled properly and teetering. Arrived onsite for a range that has a gas smell when in use upon inspection I found no leaks at any of the fitting and gas lines. I put the unit in bake and found the the bake burner would not ignite all the way and slow gas to go unburnt leading to the gas smell I connected safety and advised them of my findings and was provided Sr#7737561593.. I adjusted the burner and tested the unit several times and found that the burner ignited properly and the smell was gone. Unit operating as designed

"Don site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran into through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) error code. Check the wall and turn the hot water valve turned off with the unit stuck on the warm wash setting. Ran the unit through an auto test and did confirm that no hot water was coming through. Turned on the valve at the wall and found the valve leaking water which is probably why the valve was turned off. Did advise the customer that their issue is that, because they dont have hot water being supplied to the unit, the unit is short cycling and is not completing the cycle. If I the customer to have their maintenance people come out to fix the valve and possibly the inlet hose. Call complete."

"WRS315SDHM08 Arrived to inspect continuous noise. I found in the last service call, a mass of ice within the FC area and as it was being melted away by natural processes within the unit and it was making intermittent contact with the fan blades. I removed the ice mass, applied sound deadener and tested and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for washer not completing cycles. Upon arrival found f7e9 in diagnostics. Upon further inspection I found stator wires broken leading to failure. Found gearcase oil leaked all over rotor, stator, clutch and slider. Was able to remove washplate and found oil all over spanner hub. Found tub leaning to far to the back right indicating weak suspension. Will need office to get autho for repairs before rescheduling. Arrived onsite for a dryer thats tripping the breaker. I found the neutral screw on the terminal block was loose and this caused the wire to heat up and melt into L2 causing the issue. I cut off one inch of the neutral wire and installed a new eyelet. The customer is going to contact Lowes about the cord because L2 is messed up. I tested the dryer though after the repair and it is working as designed. I turned the circuit breaker off and advised the customer not to use the unit until that cord is replaced. I called Whirlpool Safety Team and spoke with Dominique SR# 7737574975 giving her my findings. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the sump and motor. I tested the dishwasher in the service diagnostics cycle. The machine completed the cycle and works as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door not staying open. Upon further inspection, I tested the door functions and found it wont stay open when leaving it open halfway. I pulled the unit out and found the hinge friction pads were worn off. I installed friction pads on both hinges and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
