He said that when you dispense water , sometimes the water stops filling and he has to press the paddle again to dispense. I confor,ed all of the customers complaints. I found the paddle seemingly sensitive to where the padded is prssed. I also found the freezer light failed ausing the light issue. I removed and replaced the ice maker and once I plugged it in, it harvested and filled with water. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher MDB4949SKZ3 error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the panel display showing error code F8E4-water leak. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F9E2-drain pump electrical problem, F8E4-water leak, and FAE2 (F10E2)-wax motor electrical problem. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. I removed the toeplate to gain access to the drip pan and float switch and found a large amount of water and old detergent in the pan. I removed the float from the pan and cleaned the pan. While testing, I began to see water dripping from the left overflow protection funnel and from the overflow drain tube. Once testing was done, I pulled the unit out and traced the water leak to the upper rack left rollers mounting screws missing; one on the front roller and one on the back rollers. Also, I found water damage to the inner and outer wall of the left cabinet and some water stains on the floor underneath the unit. I advised the customer of my findings and took photos of the damage in SDQUICKPIC. The unit completed diagnostics. I checked the connection to the drain pump and it was secured. I am ordering the mounting screws, and vent assembly and will return with all prescreened parts. I unplugged the unit for safety reasons. I cleaned the water from the floor that had leaked during testing. Office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. Freezer door seal is sagging and hanging down and needs to be replaced, as well as the refrigerator door seal. "MVWC565FW1. Customer stated the washing machine was unbalanced, bouncing, and walking. Tested the tub and verified significant play and bounce; tub suspension rods were shot. Removed and replaced suspension rods W11130362. Retested the tub; it is nice and stiff. Ran auto test; washer filled, agitated, drained, and spun. Washer working as intended. No leaks detected at times service."

Arrived on site for fridge making rattling noise . Found fz set at -6 . Ran all fans and compressor test . All checked normal. Reset temps back to recommended. Adjusted defrost settings. No frost build up on evaps .couldn't duplicate noise issue at time of service . Did find food piled up on evap cover behind deli drawer . "Refrigerator WRX988SIBM03. Verified no water or ice in ice maker mold. Performed fill test and heard water valve buzz. Ice mold did not fill; verified fill tube frozen over. Ran heat test, checked voltage (120V to heater), removed ice maker assembly, and replaced fill tube heater W11087201. Reapplied permagum with extra layer, added foil, and extended foil tape down filter length by a couple inches. Reinstalled ice box assembly, ran field test; ice maker filled with water. Advised customer to allow 24 hours for ice maker to dump ice and fill bin. No leaks detected at times of service. Advised customer if issue persists to call back"

Customer stated it was possible to immediately press start and resum cycle following most recent incident indicating possible failure to start. Tested. "Arrived onsite, customer had concerns with condensation on the knob, with drain and spin cycle, With pausing and restarting and with drain hose logic. Unit is set up properly and in good working order. Spent time going through each operating concern and explaining the design and the logic to suite customer's specific concerns. Unit is in garage and steam from hot water fill will condensate on console more during the winter months due to temp contrast. Explained and demonstrated pausing and restarting during different portions of the cycle. Explained that the drain and spin cycle will add water to balance the load every time instead of a drain and spin function only. Verifed drain hose is correct and will function as designed. No parts. No leaks detected. Operating as designed."

"Arrived on site to follow up freezer making clumpy ice in freezer JBZFL24IGX10. Found same issue repeating. I cut an 1/8 inch slit in the fill tube spout housing at all 4 screw holes, and moved the housing forward 1/8 inch to keep the fill tube away from the end of the mold. This appears to have resolved the issue. I called tech line, Case 22654995. Tech line notified me that engineering is aware of dripping / splash related issues and there is not a permanent fix at this time. Engineer guidance is to remove the water filter, and add silicone grease on the moving parts of the icemaker to make sure they dont get frozen by fills. Unit is not experiencing that exact issue, and moving the fill tube should resolve. No other repairs recommended at this time, advised customer to check back at a later time to see if a permanent fix is available. No water leaks observed."

"Arrived on site to complete sealed system repair on unit WRT138FFDM01. I tapped ths system and found what seemed like no pressure. I took off the piercing pliers and found excessively high pressure in the dryer. As unit was decompressing I could smell an awful sour burnt smell. Once unit was empty, cut dryer and found burnt beads and oil. This indicates a burnout. Sent pictures and findings to tech line, 22657179. Unit non repairable due to burnout. No further repairs attempted. Call completed."

"WED4815EW1 Arrived on site for a dryer making nosies and won't start constantly. On arrival, the client stated that one day, she was running the dryer, and it worked . The next time, it made nosies and would turn . Further inspection I found the motor over heating and the relay on the time was sticking causing issues for the motor. I installed the fan ,motor ,and timer tested. The product is working as its designed."

Arrived on site to install ordered parts on a washer Wtw5000dw1. Installed the latch w11307244 and strike w10837741. Unit still wouldn't operate the latch even after reseting several times. I replaced the control w11116590 and ran a calibration cycle. Also ran a full factory cycle without any issues. Let it fill and start washing in normal cycle also. Unit is operating as designed now with no leaks detected.

Arrived in site for unit banging around. Upon arrival inspected unit found unit not leveled and tub and basket sitting on right side wall. Leveled unit and took photos uploaded to SD of unit leveled. Ran test cycle unit is now functioning properly and as designed to. No leaks present at this time job completed

"Arrived on site for washer WTW4855HW3 with issue of fills and drains continuously. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and get error code F8-E3 over flow condition. I cleared error code then Ran a normal cycle with deep fill. Unit fills about half a tub full then control turns off and begins draining. I inspected pressure hose and is filled with water. Tried blowing through hose and cannot . I replaced harness W10919003 which included pressure hose and test unit. Unit begins filling and begins filling with too much water then automatically drains. Once all water drains. I ran diagnostics again and now get error code F8-E1 no fill/ long fill. I replaced control W11607637 and test unit. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks present. Job complete"

Arrived on site for range beeping. Upon arrival found f2 e1 error shortened keyboard. Set bake cycle to 350 degress but at 150 unit displayed error f2 e1. Inspected board found no loose connection control board has failed. Replaced control and ran bake cycle to 350 degrees unit completed cycle without displaying error again customer will monitor. Unit is now functioning properly and as designed to job completed

Arrived on site for a dishwasher WDF332PAMS0 not drying. The rinse aid was full and the customer stated that it's been a month since she added any. Also found the heater tested 1.8 ohms which is very low. I replaced the dispenser w11705151 and heater w10518394. Ran a full factory cycle without any issues. No leaks detected while on site.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator WRS588FIHZ06 getting frost in the freezer. Found condensation on the ice bin and some frost behind the light cover on the evaporator cover. I removed the frost and checked the evaporator. The heater is operating as designed. No issues with the gaskets. Condensation was possibly due to something getting closed in the door. No leaks detected while on site.

"Arrived on site to test unit RBD305PDB12 for steam emitting from vents. Upon arrival customer stated when upper oven is in use, steam exits vent area and condensates on control panel and upper cabinetry. Tested upper and lower oven functions, verified lower cooling fan engaging properly while upper blower motor failed to engage, resulting in inadequate airflow and excessive steam discharge from vent. Determined upper blower motor failure causing improper ventilation. Due to prolonged exposure to moisture, control panel will also be ordered as precautionary measure. Both components are NLA. "Arrived on site to test unit WED5300VW0 for not starting. Upon arrival customer stated interior light operates but cycle will not initiate. Verified concern, unit non-responsive to start command. Performed continuity test on thermal fuse and found fuse open. Replaced thermal fuse (WP3392519) and restored power, verified unit now initiates cycle properly. During operational testing observed abnormal resistance when advancing timer. Replaced timer (WP8566184) to ensure reliable mechanical advancement and smooth selector operation. Reassembled unit and performed full functional test, verified motor, heat circuit, and timer advancement are operating properly. Unit is now running as designed, job complete."

Verified strong and consistent supply pressure at inlet. Suspecting intermittent failure of water valve solenoid not fully opening under demand.
