I found extremely slow draining and removal of the strainer showed it plugged with debris. During final testing I could her the tub bearings squeal loudly and the tub assembly will require replacement. Office to order tub assembly and schedule for two techs and two hours. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker turned off and the ice maker arm in the down position. I attempted to remove the bin and it was stuck. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker and it is operating as designed and the arm went back to the home position. I tried to remove the ice bin again and found a ball of ice in the ice chute and was wedged in the ice bin. Using my steamer, I removed the ice and was able to remove the ice bin. Cleared the ice from the chute and ice bin and tested the fill tube. I found the fill tube is operating as designed. Recommended the customer allow the ice bin to completely dry before placing it back in its space. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on date to follow up on refrigerator with locked compressor. Pierced system and found 0 pressure and 0 refrigerant present. I replaced the drier and compressor and vacuumed. Could not get vac. Traced leak to evaporator and also a 1/8' hole in the low pressure side of the evap tubing. I was able to patch the hole and replaced the evaporator. Verified good vacuum. Unit was heavily contaminated and got vacuumed for an extended period of time (found moisture and oil mixed). Charged and tested. Verified cooling and frost pattern starting. Repair completed.

Arrived on site for an oven that is not heating properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit did not hear through one of the ready meal cook items that she bought from H-E-B and she believes that the unit is a little under temperature. The customer advised that she had to cook the food for an extra 5 to 10 minutes so she doesnt think its too far off but wanted to have it checked. Ran the unit through a 375?F eight cycle and found the unit cycling between 403?F and 348?F indicating an average temperature of 374.5?F. did explain to the customer that the unit appears to be heating and operating as designed but did show the customer how to calibrate her unit. I did explain that some of those ready meals may have different sizes of chicken and that may have been what caused the issue due to a thicker cut of chicken needing more time. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Pulled the unit out and removed the back panel and tested the cutoffs, thermostat, fuse, element and timer and found the hi-limit thermostat had shorted due to a loose connector and the timer was not providing voltage. Removed and replaced the thermostat and retested and found the timer continues to not provide voltage. Removed and replaced the timer and retested and unit is operating as designed."

Arrived onsite for a washer that will fill with water then start to agitate and just stop with the tub full of water. I checked stored error codes and had an F7E1 tachometer signal missing & F0E9 off balance pause. I tested the tachometer circuit and could not find anything wrong. I replaced the control and the actuator. I spoke with the customer and he stated he never opened the door at anytime during the load. He just turned the unit off and it would drain. I tested the unit in a wash cycle and found it staying on sensing and the door not locking. I found the door switch circuit open from the control with the lid shut. I replaced the door latch. I ran a load of towels on the towel setting and tested the washer. The washer is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

You can see there the soap and water left streaks on the door where it got pats the gasket. I found that the dispensary had a leak and am ordering one to replace it. I did find that the unit had a lot of detergent residue left behind on the gaskets door as. Even on the inner skin of the door. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher not heating or drying the dishes. I ran diagnostics and there were no stored error codes. I ran the machine and found it working as designed. I found the heater drawing 7.40 amps in the wash cycle and starting out the same in the drying cycle. I went over detergent use and rinse aid use with the customer and how to watch for suds and how to listen to the pump motor for cavitation. I showed him that the rinse aid was turned up to high and showed him the suds in the machine. I turned the rinse aid down to the minimum setting. I explained to run the hot water at the faucet and get it as hot as possible before starting the machine. I explained how to properly use a dishwasher cleaner in the machine. This machine is working as designed at this time. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing an F60 error code. Inspected unit and work area. Around the entry diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load), F0 E3 (overload), and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) barcodes. The customer showed me a video of what happened and I could see an OFB error message appear. They advised that they saw the unit was going off balance, and removed all clothes. They said that even with just a tub full of water that the unit was going off balance. Around the unit through a spin cycle and could hear evidence of some grinding going on underneath. removed the rotor and found the slider, broken and grinding against the clutch. Replaced the slider with a truck stock slider and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.; used 1 W10734521 (Slider) from stock"

Cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. Per code F8Eq-long fill/no fill, I manually tested the valves and they continue to operate as designed. Due to the F2E1-stuck key code, I removed and replaced the main control and when I disassembled the panel, I found the water level sensor tube not connected to the control (photo). Once I had the control replaced, I calibrated the unit and retested and the unit operates as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Upon arrival, I began to evacuate the system and found no refrigerant in the system. I isolated the exchanger and evaporator and heat loop and found no leaks. Using my black light, I searched for an6 signs of dye leaking from the evaporator and found nothing. I checked at the compressor area and found dye under the compressor and spray marks on the access valve. I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and UV dye drier and vacuumed the system. Pressures held good at -30/0. I installed 47g of R600 refrigerant and plugged the unit in and monitored the unit. I found a good frost pattern on the evaporator and the unit is beginning to cool. I recommended the customer monitor the unit for approximately 24 hours before placing items inside. No water connections to the unit/no leaks observed during service, job completed."
