Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not spinning up clothes very well. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the basket not spinning properly. I checked underneath and found the belt completely worn. Went ahead and replace the belt and move the motor further away from the police. Arrived on site to inspect dryer not starting. I found the thermal fuse blown. I inspected the heating element and found discoloration and cracking on the case indicating the element grounding. I removed and replaced the heating element and fuse and tested. The unit now runs and heats. I tested airflow and found slightly poor airflow. I instructed the customer to get their vents cleaned. The unit now operates as designed.

"WRT318FZDM06 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I tapped the system in the dryer area and found 95 psi high side and 19 psi balanced. Recovery was minimal and could not be accurately measured. I removed and replaced the compressor and vacuumed. Finding signs of a leak, I removed and replaced the evaporator. After vacuuming a second time and maintaining under 300 microns, the issue was resolved and I charged with the MFG prescribed 3.7 oz of refrigerant and tested. I found the compressor would not engage and advised the customer to leave the circuit breaker off to the unit for an hour to allow the system to balance. I did fully test the compressor prior to installation and after, including a low side draw and high side pressure and performed a high side vacuum, verifying it drew the low side into vacuum while isolated. If the issue persists, the compressor is the likely issue. Contact tech GC if the customer calls back for service. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a cooktop with abnormal flame colors and burning the pots and pans. I found the cooktop not converted correctly from natural gas to LP. The customer had the extra orifices that the installer left from the conversion. I corrected the conversion and adjusted all the low flame settings on the valves. The cooktop is working as designed. Arrived onsite for a washer making a squeaking noise. The customer showed me a video of the noise when the unit started to spin. I tested it in diagnostics and verified the noise. I found the drive motor with a bad bearing causing the noise and the belt very loose. I replaced the drive motor and belt. I tested the machine in the diagnostics cycle again and the unit sounded normal and completed the cycle working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

I removed the rack from the rails and inspected the rails and they are good. I found moisture built up on the ice maker fascia and the ice bin door gasket is badly crimping when closing the left RC door (photo). I tried several times to get the damper to fail. I found the customer has the RC and FC sections packed with too much food causing no airflow in both sections. "Arrived on site to inspect range middle burner not igniting fully and the oven not heating properly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they had an inspector tell them the unit oven is not heating properly and the middle burner is not igniting. Customer advised that the inspector used a round metal thermometer to test temps in the oven which is not approved by the manufacturer. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal couple in the center of the middle rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. While testing, I removed the middle burner and found a large amount of cooking oils in between the burner head and cap (photos). Also found a large amount of cooking oils around the middle burner on the cooktop. I cleaned the burner cap and burner head and reassembled and tested and the middle burner, along with the other burners, is operating as designed. My preheat temp for the oven was 420. My next five readings were 324, 396, 329, 391, 327 for an average temp of 353.4 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings. Also checked the calibration of the oven and found it was set at zero (not calibrated). I advised the customer the unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to inspect dryer. The customer states it takes two cycles to dry clothes. I tested airflow and found good airflow. I found the unit heating and cycling properly. I tested temperatures at the back and found the temperatures from 152 to 118 on high heat. I found them at 143 to 106 on low heat. I tested temperatures inside the drum and found temperatures around 200 degrees. I called Whirlpool techline and spoke with Robert 7737657459. Robert verified the temperature readings are good and within specifications. The customer is possibly putting too many clothes inside the unit or the clothes are too saturated. The unit is operating as designed at this time.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error codes. Upon further inspection, I plugged the unit in and the panel display showed F6E1-main control not communicating with UI. I attempted to clear the control and the panel would not respond. I removed the outer door panel and found the diagnostics LED, on the main control, solid and not flashing. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite and replaced the dispenser motor. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.

Arrived onsite for a dryer that tumbles but does not heat. I found the high limit open. I installed a high limit kit and tested the dryer. "Arrived on site for burner not igniting. On inspection the center burner would not ignite, pulled the burner apart and found that the gas ports were clogged. I clean the burner and tested the burner. The burner is operating as designed and no gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived on site for a dryer that is making a squeaking sounds during operation. Inspected unit and work area. Was able to detect the squeaking sounds immediately upon turning the dryer on which sounded like rollers or the idler pulley. Disassembled the unit and verified that the rollers were causing the sound. Use the repair kit to replace both rollers and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to inspect side by side refrigerator. The customer is hearing a hammering sound from the valve as well as low flow from the dispenser. I removed the filter and found good flow and no hammering sound. I inspected the water quality at the supply line and found a lot of debris in the water. The customer does not have a water softener. The clogged filter is causing the valve to hammer. I instructed the customer to look into a water softener or a inline filter for the refrigerator supply line. He also informed me the ice is not dispensing. I tested and found ice under the ice container causing the motor gear to disconnect from the ice container. I removed the ice and tested. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.

KRFF507HPS04 arrived on site to inspect a refrigerator making noise. Upon arrival the customer provided video evidence of his complaint. I rand the air baffle motor and evaporator fan test and was able to recreate the sound. I examined and made slight adjustments to the fan and air baffle and I rand the same test several more times and the fan and air baffle motor began to operate quietly. Pulled out the unit and tested a few more times before returning it back to its original position in order to make sure the sound did not return. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to replace front door. Customer inspected door and door is damaged in the middle. Will need to re order new door office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11209971 (Door) and 1 2hourjob (2 hour job)

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a clock in noise again. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a video of the washer, making the same clock noise when the agitator moves counterclockwise. She advised the last repairs seem to work for a short period of time again did the same thing. I checked the rotor, slider, and agitator, and could not find any abnormalities with any three parts. I called Whirlpool Tech line and spoke to Chris SR# 7737550704. He advised that due to the parts being previously replaced that the stator and clutch would not be the problem and with no abnormalities with the agitator, he would send the unit to review for the engineers to look at. He advised that Whirlpool would be in contact with myself or the consumer depending on the next steps. Call complete."

Arrived on Site for washer getting off balanced. Upon Arrival found unit not lvl and tub also leaning heavily to the back right. Found suspension rods failing and replaced them. Found gearcase had no oil and washer working as designed without banging around once rods were replaced and unit was level. Found it could spin out 6 towels as designed. Call complete
