Recirculation pump was energized and producing abnormal grinding noise while compressor remained operational, resulting in approximately 1 frost accumulation on evaporator plate due to lack of water circulation. Documented condition in SD. Proceeded to replace recirculation pump (W11542867) and entered service mode. Completed manual diagnostic tests with no abnormal activity present. Initiated max ice cycle and verified proper reservoir fill, recirculation flow, and freeze cycle progression. Unit began forming a full sheet of ice across evaporator plate. Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW4816FW3 constant drain pump operation. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and plugged it in and was able to get the unit into diagnostics. I was able to check error codes and found F3E1-pressure sensor fault and F1E1-main control failure before the drain pump turned on. Based on the F3E1 error code and performed service pointer W11766193, I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. I found the drain hose, at the drain pipe in the wall, was not secured. Using a ziptie from my tool bag, I secured the hose to the hot water hose for safety. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11603810

Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW4816FW3 that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer who was home did not exactly know what was going on with the washer and advised they have been using it since they called in. The customer had a load that had finished inside of the machine, and I found no water residue anywhere around or under the machine. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed but found the drain pipeat the wall was backing up slowly. I checked behind the unit and foundnthe customer has multiple drain hoses that are connected by duct tape and one clamp. See photos. I checked underneath the washer and found no signs of a water leak anywhere under the machine. I asked the customer for more information about what they had been experiencing, and after reaching out to a relative, the client advised that the machine is leaking intermittently. They advised they can run several loads in a row without a leak, but once in a while, they found water on the floor in the garage, where the unit is being used. I explained that based on their complaint and what was found, their issue would most likely be with their drain hose connection leaking at the duct tape, the drain pipe backing up, or this is happening during off balance loads where the machine is spraying a little water on the floor when it bangs against the side walls. I did explain that all three possibilities are not a machine issue and would be an installation or loading issue. I advised them to fix their drain setup, and the unit is working and operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete. No parts were installed.

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher WDTA50SAKZ3 rust spots in the tub and inner door. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a photo of the spots on the inner door panel from when they first installed it. The spot has gotten smaller, but the door is etched from it and could potentially eat through the metal. The customer pointed out a rust spot under the front element clip. I attempted to remove it using a magic eraser, but there appears to be more under the clip where I cant get to it. I inspected the new tub and found that the element did not come with the tub and I didnt receive one for todays service. The old element cannot be used once its removed from the old tub due to the washers being deformed and wont seal properly. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested and it operated as designed with no leaks. I am ordering the element and office to schedule return service due to this being a weighed job. The tub, sump assembly, and inner door panel will need to be replaced upon return. Arrived on site to look at model KDFE204KPS0 for customer complaint of unit not running and tripped the breaker. Found error code f9e4 f9e2 and f8e4 i cleared error codes and ran full diagnostic test cycle. Still getting lots of suds. I removed the door, no rinse aid isnt being used and no leaks coming from vent or soap dispenser. Started a normal cycle and monitored, unit was testing good. The f9e4 error refers to a tub light, but I could not locate a tub light on this model.

Arrived on site to diagnose dryer with complaint of drum not spinning. Upon initial inspection, unit powered on but drum was not tumbling. Motor could be heard running, indicating a mechanical failure within the drive system. Disassembled unit and inspected internal components. Found the drive belt broken and off the drum. Also inspected idler pulley and support rollers, which showed wear consistent with normal use. Installed a complete repair kit including new drive belt, idler pulley, and drum support rollers to ensure reliable operation. Reassembled unit and tested through a full cycle. Arrived on site to diagnose dryer taking multiple cycles to dry clothes properly. Customer stated it was taking up to three cycles to achieve normal dryness. Powered on and tested unit through a timed dry cycle. Verified that the heating element is functioning properly and unit is producing adequate heat.Checked airflow at the exhaust and found little to no airflow exiting the unit. Inspected lint screen and internal airflow path no significant blockage found within the dryer itself. Determined that the restriction is most likely in the external venting system, causing poor air circulation and extended dry times. Explained to customer that restricted or clogged venting can trap moisture and heat inside the drum, preventing proper drying and potentially leading to overheating issues over time. Arrived on site to inspect dryer model WED5100HC3 not heating. Upon further inspection I attempted to place the unit into diagnostic however it would not go into diagnostics and would go back to standby. I tried resetting however it had the same issue. I replaced the control diagnostics mode was operating properly after that. I tested the heating and airflow and found the airflow to be restricted. Found no visible issues with the pressure tube so I replaced the control w11608056 and ran a calibration cycle. Also ran a full factory cycle without any issues or leaks. No other issues found.

Arrived on site to test unit WDF332PAMS0 for no power. Upon arrival customer stated unit worked for one cycle before power was lost. Inspected outlet and found power cord unplugged. Applied power, all functions returned to the unit. Ran a test cycle with all components properly engaging. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete.

MVWP575GW1 Arrived on site from previous tech visit to install parts. I installed the splutch, actuator, capacitor, agitator, gearcase, and hub. Calibrated then tested product is working as its designed with no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived on site to diagnose dryer with complaint of drum not spinning. Upon initial test, unit powered on and attempted to start; motor could be heard humming/trying to engage, but drum was not rotating. Gained access to internal components by removing the rear panel to inspect the blower housing and drive system. Found a piece of clothing lodged in the blower wheel, preventing it from turning freely. This obstruction was causing the motor to bind and not fully start, which in turn prevented the drum from rotating. Carefully removed the obstruction from the blower wheel and verified that the wheel spins freely with no damage. Reassembled unit and performed operational test. Motor started normally, blower wheel and drum are now rotating properly, and airflow is restored. Ran unit through a cycle to ensure proper operation no abnormal noises or further issues observed. Unit is now functioning as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for no ice in fresh food compartment. Removed bin found frozen cubes in tray,entered diagnostic ran icemaker test ice dumped and filled with water ordering a new icemaker due to possible defective thermistor. ; ordrng 1 W11727980 (Icemaker)

Arrived on site to inspect dryer WED500CMW0 not turning on. Upon further inspection, I attempted to test the unit, but the control panel failed to respond. I tested voltage at the wall and found 246V and there was good polarity. I tested voltage at the terminal block and had the same readings. Also found 123V from L1 and L2 to ground. I tested continuity to the encoder harness and it was good. I removed and replaced the encoder and retested and the unit continued to fail. I did find the interior light was coming on when the door was open. I tested the element, cutoff, thermostat, fuse, and door switch and all are good. I tested voltage at the control and found none. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and still the unit failed. Suspecting a false reading on the fuse, I removed and replaced the fuse and retested and nothing changed. Based on my testings and findings, I am ordering the main harness, motor, main control, encoder, encoder harness and office to schedule return service. No lint observed during service and the unit was left unplugged for safety. Arrived onsite. Top spray arm had falled free again. Repaired with better mount security. Demonstrated that unit now is operating as designed. To customer. No parts. No leaks. All checks good.

Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making noise. Test unit and found noise coming from change stuck in the dryer. Removed change test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived to unit 525 for chemical smell. Unit cooling correctly no issues with cooling,removed evaporator cover found foam insulation around heater and top of evaporator that could cause smell when heater is engaged, removed all foam around heater and on evaporator cleaned off heater reassembled unit. for existing smell to add some activated charcoal around vents or defrost unit allow both compartments to warm and clean all glass and liner walls with diluted white vinegar and soap. MED4500MW0 Arrived on site for a dryer making nosies. On arrival, I verified nosies. Further inspection I found a screw inside the dryer, making the vibrating nosies. Product is working as its designed no parts used.

WDT730HAMZ1. Customer stated the door would open slightly ajar to dry the dishes. Advised customer to keep the door closed after the drying cycle for more complete drying, and to use rinse aid to condition the tub and fully dry dishes and cups. Removed and replaced bushings wp8268990 and tightened down. Tightened loose door handle Adjusted legs so tub is slightly tilted back. Dishwasher is working as intended. No leaks detected time of service

Arrived on site to diagnose range for oven making rattling sound. Test unit by turning the oven on to 350 no noise right away. Turned the oven to 425 and found blower making noise. Reschedule for Friday due to unit being hot. ; schdld next appmnt for 5/8 FRI !

Arrivedmon site to inspect range WFGS5030RZ0 oven not igniting. Upon further inspection, I tested the bake function and I could hear the relays on the control click, but the ignitor never arced. I pulled the unit out to gain access to the main control and spark module and tested voltages. I found the control is providing voltage to the spark module, but the module has failed and is not sending voltage to the ignitor. I removed and replaced the spark module and retested and the unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. W10898291

Arrived on site formdishwasher giving 8-4 error code . Found drip tray full of water. Customer had turned water and power off . Powered u it up and turned water on after emptying tray . Water started to drip from supply and valve connection . Found installers hadnt tightened connection . Tightened down connection. Ran diagnostics test wash and all checked normal. Nomother leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator model WRS315SDHM13 to install cabinet door. Removed old cabinet door and replaced with new one lw11223753 Installed doornameplate w11223753opens and closes fine. No dings, dents, or scratches. Job complete. NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED DURING SERVICE.

Arrived on site to apartment 5102 for dishwasher WDF332PAMS0 with issue of not draining. Upon arrival, inspected unit. Base of tub has standing water. Ran drain cycle and unit will not drain. Found harness connection to pump is not securely connected. I secured harness connection and test unit. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks present. Job complete

Arrived onsite for washer WTW4855HW3 Drain pump running continuously. Ran diagnostics and pump running thru diagnostics, control showing pressure system failure. Unit will not reset. Per service pointer and scode s153eb, control needs replacement. Replaced control W11607637. Calibrated and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete
