"Arrived on site for an ice machine that is not making much ice. Inspected unit and work area. I did find the unit half way full of ice upon arrival. The customer advised that there's a certain part of the ice container that does not seem to fill with ice and that she's just used to her ice machine being full of ice. I found a lot of scale and build up inside of her water reservoir. I found the unit in the middle of an ice making cycle and watched it finish making a slab of ice. I found the ice sheet was a good solid slab. I watched the unit fill up with water and found the reservoir overflow, causing part of the water to drip onto the ice in the back. I gained access to the overflow hole in the reservoir and found it clogged with debris. I remove the debris and found the unit begin to drain properly without overflowing. I did advise the customer that because everything is showing that it was working, that this would most likely be the issue. I found all portions of the machine working and operating as designed without fault. I did advise the customer to contact us back if any other issues persist. Call complete. He stated that he had asked the previous technician to replace plastic cover over the user interface and was told that it was a cosmetic issue, so it could not be replaced under warranty. He advised that the user interface had a weird display and did not show any time but when he hit start, it started to run. He advised that it was unable to get through more than twenty minutes of the cycle before the unit started beeping at him and flashing an error code. He advised that the unit would not progress any further, and he has not been able to get it to start since. I did confirm the customer's complaint and found the user interface showing a dull 868 on the led screen. I found it would flash an F6 E1 (UI: no response from ACU) error code. I found during the shifting portion that the actuator shifter was having a hard time shifting and when I looked at it, it hadn't properly shifted all the way into agitation. Once I plugged the unit in, the panel display failed to come on. I verified voltage 126V at the power cord and at the filter board in and out. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning out the clothing. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E4-basket re-engagement failure. I tilted the unit back and gained access to the slider and found the metal ring on the slider was broken/loose and was not seated properly. "Arrived on site to inspect washer banging and making a loud squeaking noise. Upon further inosection, I gained access to the underside of tye washer and foundbthat the cam pully was loose and wobbling around. I attempted to remove tge bolt holding it on however the bolt was spinning freely. The washer will need a new splutch assembly and gearcase and belt. I am ordering the splutch gearcase and belt. I am also ordering the spanner nut and drive block just in case. Unit located outside. Office to schedule return service. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for not sealing. Upon arrival customer presented issue, cooktop sealing is missing in some areas causing food to enter and build up. Attempted to repair by heating sealant, unsuccessful. Replaced cooktop (W11719704) and inspected, unit now appears and functions as designed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with no light in the freezer. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the light was fine and the switch was stuck due to moisture. I checked the freezer door and gasket and ensured that it is operating as designed and that the gasket is making an air-tight seal. It appears as though the door was not closed all the way and allowed moisture to enter the compartment. At the moment, the lights and switches are operating as designed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator lights not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the fresh foods drawer lights are not working; the water dispenser is loud when dispensing; and the compressor is making a loud noise when it comes on. I checked the RC deli drawers, and they do not have lights. I found what the customer was referring to as the deli lights to be the vent and deli thermistor at the back of the top drawer. I tested the dispenser and found the noise coming from the valve area. I removed the water filter and retested, and the noise is still there. Gained access to the valve at the bottom of the unit and retested and found the valve is vibrating on the housing. I adjusted the valve and retested, and the dispenser/valve is operating as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes, and found none. Tested the compressor in diagnostics test 40 and could not duplicate any abnormal noises. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs and recommended getting a video of the noise should it happen again and then call it in for service. Unit is operating as designed, and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not running or cleaning. Upon further inspection, I placed the dishwasher into diagnostics and observed error code F4E3. I verified proper voltage to the motor however the motor was not running due to becoming seized. I will need to replace the motor assembly. Part W11613479 has been ordered but not received. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is leaking from underneath, and they had to use 2 beach towels to get the water up last use. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F4E3-motor failure and F9E1-diverter lost position. Cleared the codes and continued with testing and monitored under the unit for leaks. Once the unit began to cycle, water began to pour out from the diverted housing. Also found the upper spray arm missing, and the customer advised it broke and won't stay attached. I am ordering the upper spray arm and will return with all prescreened parts and scheduled return service for 07/10/25. Unit left unplugged for safety.
