I checked the function of the compressor and fans. All the components test good in component activation. I gained access to the defrost thermistor, and it was reading out of spec. I replaced the thermistor and reassemble the refrigerator. I informed the customer to monitor the temperature over the next 48hr. And ice production will come back within 48hr. Inspected unit found door slides are not pulling the door shut at the last 4 of the rail causing door to not shut properly. Due to door not shutting there is condensation and frost build up inside the unit. Also not keeping temp causing ice maker to not harvest due to thermistor not being satisfied for harvest. Replaced door slides (W11658402) and tested unit, unit is now pulling the door shut and is functioning properly. Customer approved improvement. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer/dryer combo/stacked unit with the washer lid lock light on and unit not functioning. Upon further inspection, I found the unit in standby mode with no display lights on. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F5E1,F5E3 and F7E1. Cleared the codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I found the lid strike cracked and removed and replaced the strike. I tested the unit in a Normal wash mode and after testing the lid lock several times, I was able to finally get the lid lock to fail. I removed and replaced the main control and lid lock assembly and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. I attempted to cycle the power and the breaker would not hold. Due to manufacturer issues with the bake and broil elements, I removed and replaced the element and main control and retested. Still the breaker continued to not hold and trip. After further inspection of the terminal block, I found the ground strap is connected to the ground wire and the unit has a four prong power cord. I removed the ground strap,and retested and unit is operating as designed. No one available to sign for receipt; vacant/ new build. Job completed. W11696067, W11182108, W10856603"

I attempted to remove the debris and found the spray arm cracked. I removed and replaced the spray arm and placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F4E3-motor failure. Cleared the code and continued with testing and found the unit fills with water and the motor failed to come on. I advanced through testing and found the dispenser, drain pump and element are operating as designed. I removed and replaced the sump assembly and retested and unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. WPW10491331, W11613479"

Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight no twists in power cord. Verified voltage and polarity are correct. Turned off breaker . Replaced Bake and broil elements and main control. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in diag test activation then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, unit is working as designed job complete replaced bake element w11545804 and broil element w11617232 and control w11649350"

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop front panel crooked or unleveled. Upon further inspection, I found that the bottom lip of the front panel was sitting on top of the cabinet. It appears that upon installation, the unit was pushed back either too far or there was an added piece of molding or trim installed over the bottom lip of the front panel (photos). According to the manufacturer installation instruction, this unit is installed incorrectly. Because of the improper installation, the front panel is not positioned right and is angled slightly downward. I advised the customer of my findings. The cooktop surface is level and the unit is functioning without issue. The customer will have their builder come address installation issue. the No parts installed. No gas leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to diagnose range that is tripping breaker when in use. Customer said it happened 5-10 mins in, but now if it's plugged in at all it trips. Tried range on several different outlets and it tripped any it was plugged into. Removed rear paneling and gained access to wiring harness. Reseated all connections, made sure pins were tight, and moved harness away from any sharp edges or possible grounding points. I plugged it in and it powered on and completed a preheat cycle and kept running. This should resolve the issue, however if the problem returns we will need to replace the main wiring harness. No parts used, unit working properly. Repair completed. Called in findings to safety."

Found no failures in either side of motor or clutch and found gearcase as the cause of sound. Replaced gearcase w11449841 and slider w10734521. Found washer working as designed with no leaks and unit no longer making knocking noise. Call complete"

Arrived onsite for micro/oven combo with door not shutting. Upon arrival I noticed when pushing on the door the left side door switch would click meaning it engaged when pushing on the door. When let off the switch would not be activated. I was trying to pull the combo out however after getting it a tiny bit out I could not pull further. The trim on the cabinet was trying to pull out when attempting to pull the combo out. The trim will need to be cut more in order to pull the oven out without damaging the trim. I tried pulling on left side and then right side and the combo wouldn't pulled out. The customer will reach back to us to have us come out and assess what is wrong with the door switch on the left hand side. No parts installed. ; O-emld tckt

I performed a 5 minute power reset and the unit continued flashing. The customer stated they had a power outage when this occurred. The panel needed to be replaced. Ran a diagnostic cycle, all components properly engaged. Ran a wash cycle, unit progressed through the cycle properly. Advised customer if issue returns to try different cycles to know which cycles work fine and which cycles start to have issues. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making noise when running. Heard a slight rumble, but nothing excessive on first glance. Disassembled unit and found blower wheel was broken, causing the noise. There were also large amounts of black marks on the tensioner pulley, like belt had been rubbing it as well. Replaced rollers belt and pulley from repair kit. Tested unit and verified all working as designed. In terms of the unit not fully drying, customer has been using timed dry lately and I recommended turning up the heat level. Unit has no error codes, and heats well. I found nothing disconnected or damaged inside the cabinet and heat level is good. Advised for auto dry cycles to make sure loads are big enough to contact the sensor Bars in the front of the unit. Repair completed. Parts used - WP697772, 4392067."
