I rewired the ground wire and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity and voltage readings were correct. I took amp draw only oven on it was 14.78 with all burners on high and oven on it was 39.88. Product works as it's designed no parts used. I'm recommending client to contact home builder if it happens again to replace the gfci breaker also client needs to contact gfci breaker company. I recommend client when they get home to preheat oven to five hundred degrees for one hour. I places the unit into program mode to verify that the correct program code was entered. I found that it had the correct program code. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not starting. Upon further inspection, I gained access to the rear of the machine and tested the components and found that the thermal fuse had opened. I also found that the dryer was not wired properly at the terminal block. I replaced the thermal fuse and stored the terminal block properly. I reassembled the dryer and did an airflow test on air only. I found that there is an air restriction in the homes venting. I let the customer know that the dryer is fixed but the vent in the home will need to be addressed or the problem will keep occurring. WP3392519"

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner not igniting. Upon further inspection, I found the front right burner ignitor will only arc if I turn one of the other burners on. If I only turn the right front burner on, the ignitor won't arc. I gained access to the valve switches and found that the front right burner valve switch has failed. I removed and replaced the switch and retested and the ignitor arcs on its own when turning the front right burner on, but the burner is not igniting. I switched the burnerhead with the back soft burnerhead and retested, and the front right continues to fail, but the back left will ignite. I removed and replaced the front right burnerhead with a new burnerhead and retested, and it is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. WPW10385582, WPW10256027"

"Arrived on site to follow up on drier throwing F3E1 code for open/shorted exhaust thermistor. Per wpl service manual i checked the resistance of the circuit at the control, and found my readings match the temp table in the service manual. Checked circuit for grounding and found no short. Per the manual control is to be replaced, however due to the intermittent nature of when this code shows up when running (or immediately on startup) i am also replacing the wiring harness / thermistor at the same time as the control. This will resolve the issue since the likely cause is in the wiring / control. Unit is stacked, i recommend a 2 man job to unstack to make harness replacement easier. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice bin full of ice and the unit not leveled. I tested temps in the freezer (FC)=7 degrees, the fresh foods section (RC)=39 degrees, and the icebox=10 degrees. I checked the unit temps settings and found 0/38, which are recommended settings. I inspected all gaskets and found all are sealing properly, including the ice chute gasket, which was seated correctly. I tested door operations and found the FC drawer is giving resistance when closing due to it not being leveled. I leveled the unit and using some manufacturer approved grease from my van stock (WP542638), I placed some of the grease on the rails of the FC upper backet and on the lower bin where the basket slides. Tested operations of the FC drawer and RC doors, and all are closing more smoothly since it being leveled. I made recommendations on closing the RC doors properly and recommended monitoring the ice maker now that the unit has been leveled and the unit doors have been adjusted. "Arrived on site to test unit for pump running. Upon arrival customer stated drain pump constantly runs unless power is removed. Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11607637) and applied power, drain pump no longer immediately engages. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Checked spray arm and it did have food particles in it. Replaced spray arm and ran dishwasher. Checked insulation on inner door and toe panel and it is completely dry. Advised to run dishwasher with a load of dishes not empty. If problem persists to call back. cx uses cascade liquid with dawn.

F5E2 MHW5630HC3 Arrived on site for a washer with the door locked. On arrival client stated the door wouldn't open and the fabric softener wouldn't despense. Further inspection I found latch has failed as well as the cold water valve. I replaced latch and cold water valve then tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for flames with yellow tips. Tested the unit and found all burner flames were excessively high with yellow tips present. Upon further inspection, confirmed the unit was connected to propane gas supply, but the burner orifices were still configured for natural gas. Customer had the LP conversion kit available on-site. Replaced the natural gas orifices with the correct propane orifices from the kit. Reassembled and tested all burners. Flames are now properly adjusted with steady blue tips. ASI2575GRS12 Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking water. On arrival I verified the issue water was leaking from the connection to the water valves. A piece of string was in-between the connection causing water to leak. I removed the string and tested with a pitcher no water leaks visible from main water supply no parts used product works as it's designed.

Arrived on site to install previously ordered part. Replaced washplate W10752283. Test unit by running a normal wash cycle. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present. Job complete there is nobody at home at time of completion. I waited 10 minutes. Called customer and left voicemail that repair is complete

"Arrived on site to test unit for reported water leak. Customer stated she observed water leaking during a cleaning cycle. Filled unit to maximum water level and was unable to detect any leaks; all tubing connections were secure and no visible water leaks were present. Inspected the drain pump and found it clogged with pet hair, which was cleared. Explained to the customer that excessive use of detergent, fabric softener, or cleaning agents such as Affresh during a cleaning cycle can create excessive suds, which may escape through the rear vent and appear as a leak. Advised the customer to use a different cleaning product or white vinegar for future cleaning cycles to reduce sudsing. Verified unit operation, confirmed no leaks, and determined the washer is running as designed. Job complete."
