"MVW6200KW0 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the splutch assembly had signs of failure and removed and replaced, finding no additional damage to associated components. Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. On inspection found water in the overflow tray. On further inspection found the water marks on the side of the door where the water had been running down the side into the tray. Replaced the gasket to solve the issue. The corners of the gasket were flattened out and allow water down the side of the dishwasher. No more leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site to install console. Installed console test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for ice machine power off. On inspection the unit did power on so I took a gallon water and poured it in the ice bin and the unit powered off. Installed a new pump in the unit and tested it with a gallon of water and it pumped it all out with out power down. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks during service.

Arrived on site to test unit for console not responding and giving F2E1. Found shorted key pad and customer said she will contact jennair on possible replacement of the unit. This is the 3rd time with in 6 months of the same issue. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a dryer that is making a clicking sound during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me several videos of the sound game to access inside the unit and could not find anything wrong with any of the parts. Went ahead and replace the blower wheel and motor assemblies and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

arrived onsite for a DW that is not draining at the end of the cycle upon arrival I put the unit in diagnostic and found code f8e2 Drain Motor Electrical Problem and f6e4 Float Switch. Upon further inspection I found that the drain pump was not plugged in all the way. After correcting this and checking that float switch worked the unit operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for a dryer that is making noise when running. Upon arrival I gained access to the blower wheel where I found foreign objects in the housing cause some rattling I removed them and inspected the blower wheel and found no damage then put the unit back together and tested the unit and tested the unit with customer listening and we found that the noise was no longer there though I did advise the customer that due to where the unit is located normal noise may be amplified due to the closet acting like resonating chamber/ speaker box. Unit is operating as designed

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was making a vibrating noise when running. On arrival Raj evap fan and confirmed loud rattling from FC. Found evap cover was sitting on the edge of the fan housing, so when housing is vibrating its also vibrating the cover. I installed some sealer on the edges of the fan housing where it meets the evap cover, and also altered the position of the fan housing and cover. Retested and verified proper operation. Arrived onsite for dishwasher with the water inlet valve crossed threaded. On inspection the installer used Teflon tape to wrap the threads and crossed threaded the threads on the valve. Installed a new inlet valve and tested the unit and it working as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for bin switch not consistently detecting the resevoir. Adjusted the bin switch to read the switch. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good. Advised customer on repair.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit turned on, but would not advance past sensing mode. I unplugged the unit and after approximately one minute, plugged it back in and performed a calibration cycle on the unit. After calibrating the unit, I placed it in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit is operating as designed. It appears that the unit was not calibrated after previous repairs. I tested the unit in a Normal wash mode and it is operating as designed. I explained to the customer my repairs and also made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. On arrival verified complaint of not cooling properly. Customer had a temp probe in the unit showing 50 degrees. Used thermocouple and found temps in FC 0 and RC is 37 and are correctly set. No frost build up or noise. All fans and components are working correctly at this time. Job complete no leaks detected during service.

On arrival verified complaint of not washing. Ran diag check and found valve not activating checked for voltage and found 21 vac to valve. Checked at main and found the same. Replaced main board. Ran diag test again and still no water. Checked volt at valve and found 120 but still no water. Before replacing valve had customer sign the water waiver. Replaced valve and unit is now receiving water. All other operations are good. During replacement of valve water was turned off by me SS but during repair valve snapped and water was found to still be on. I then quickly turned water off under unit and dried the entire work area. Photos are attached of dry work area. Job complete no leaks detected after repair completed.

Arrived onsite for icemaker not producing enough ice. On inspection the fc was set for 0? never dropped below 8?. On further inspection found the diffuser was opened even though I had the fc open for several minutes and never had the rc open. It was trying to satisfy the rc. The rc was at 35? and when I tested the RC thermistor it was 3.8k which is equivalent to 63?. Ordering the diffuser with the thermistor. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator making a loud humming noise. I ran the fans, compressor, and dampener starting and stopping them multiple times and could not duplicate the noise the customer had heard. The refrigerator sounds normal and is working as designed. The customer stated the noise had been happening regularly but it hasnt happened this week. After talking more with the customer it was determined that the noise would stop when the doors were opened. I found the evaporator clear and the fan is working as designed. I found the FC vents at the top partially blocked with product and went over loading both compartments with the customer. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer over filling with water. Upon further inspection, the customer provided photos and a video of the unit filling too high in a normal setting. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed. I tested the unit in a normal cycle with no clothing inside and it filled and agitated as designed. Cancelled the cycle and added two towels and continued with the normal cycle and it continued to operate as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Jonathan and advised of the complaint and my findings. Jonathan recommended checking the valve harness to make sure its not pinched in between the valve and metal cover; check the sensor tube at the main control and tub and at the back of the unit at the splicer and if there are no issues found, replace the main control. Provided SR#7737805388. I checked the unit as recommended and found no issues other than the valve harness caught in between the housing and metal cover no I adjusted it and found no wires in the harness damaged. I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. Tested in normal cycle and it continued to operate as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnose depart. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the motor, and added mastic to the blower wheel housing and the motor housing assembly to reduce cabinet vibration. Checked the rollers and the idler pulley and found all of them working as designed. I checked both felt liners and found no issue with them or the bulkhead assemblies. I reassembled the unit and tested it. Still found a tapping noise coming from the dryer during operation. The customer advised that they have had this issue for a while, and that it happened prior to our initial service. He advised that he assumed it was a mechanical issue. I did advise him that it is possible that the issue might be due to these newer motors as noise complaints have increased. I did advise him that we have done everything we can to eliminate this issue. The customer advised that as long as the unit is operational, he was fine with it. The unit is working as designed. Arrived onsite for a MW that is not heating after the customer head it making a popping noise when in use. Upon inspection I found that the diode had popped causing the failure. I replaced the mag cap and diode. And tested the unit and found that the unit is now operating as designed.

Her main issue is that the clothes are not being spun out completely. Ran tests and found that the customer in advertently turned off the spin cycle. She stated she would have to run a drain and spin cycle to get the clothes spun out. Notified customer that the drain and spin function is pre-programmed to a high spin. However, her last cycle run the setting was changed to no span. Change the settings and unit is functioning properly. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F6 E4 (float switch open) and F6 E3 (oversuds) error codes. Ran unit through an auto cycle and found the unit working operate as designed. The customer explained that they have run this cycles six times in a row and the drying light never comes on or finishes the cycle. If I was that the unit will quit midway through the cycle and no light will show at the end of the cycle. He has tried to run clean dishwasher cycles and run the unit without soap and has had no luck. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Austin SR# 7737806772. He advised that because the customer has already run clean marsh cycles on the unit and has the float switch and over setting error codes, at this point, he would replace the control. Replaced the control and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the evaporator harness and removed the frost/ice using my steamer. I found frost at the opening of the FC section (photos). I placed my flashlight inside the FC section and closed the door and found the upper left and right corners of the FC door gasket are gapped (photos). I adjusted the liner and added silicone to the gap to help close it up. Tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I recommended the customer monitor the FC section and if they continue to find frost build up to call the unit in for service, at which time, returning tech will need to contact the manufacturer to report their findings. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to inspect gas cooktop. The customer informed me the LF burner does not ignite. I found it sparking and igniting but the flame is deformed. I removed the burner head and found it very clogged. I cleaned off the burner head and tested. The unit now operates as designed. I re-adjusted the flame heights. I found the inlet valves, at the wall, with their knobs going different directions indicating that either cold or hot was turned off. Once the unit began testing, the cold valve came on and no water was dispensed telling me the cold valve at the wall was turned off. Turned the water on and the unit continued with testing. The unit completed testing and is operating as designed. I advised the customer that due to the unit not getting enough water, it was sensing this and not advancing in the cycle. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the failed compressor. I installed a drier and a W11506621 lock ring coupler from truck stock to install a new access valve on the new compressor. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 56 grams of R600A. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that had a broken RC door gasket. Upon arrival I found that the door gasket was broken allowing condensation to build up on the inside of the unit. I replaced the gasket unit is operating as designed at this time

Arrived on site for long dry times and moisture building up in drum . Unit is heating and blower is functioning properly . Found exhaust tube full of water . Recommended having vent cleaned professionally. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave/oven wall unit combo microwave door not closing properly and damaged. Upon further inspection, I found the oven outer door glass shattered and the microwave outer door glass trim dented (photos). When I opened the microwave door, I found the arm was broken and the door would would open more than 90 degrees. The customer advised that they went to open the MW door and it flung open on them and hit the oven door and broke the glass in the oven door (photo). I found the microwave door sliding arm is broken as well. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for error code f9e2, and not running more then a few minutes of the cycle before shutting off. Consistent f9e2 error recommended replacing drain pump and control. When putting into diagnostics noticed the console has stuck key will need to order that as well. Need to order drain pump and return. Arrived on site for washer tripping breaker . Will trip breaker on every cycle but not on every time . Inconsistent when tripping . Replaced harness and cap according to service pointer . Ran diagnostics wash all checked normal. No water leaks detected at this time. Job complete .
