"Arrived on site for a microwave that is clicking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me what was going on and swung the door closed to start a cycle. She advised that sometimes the unit will make a clicking sound when she closes the door and will not actually cook her food. Verified the customers complaint. The customer stated that whenever they push it on the door or tap the door, the unit will start working. I tested the unit by closing the unit manually and found it working every single time. When swinging in the door closed, found the unit, intermittently not making contact with the door switch. Gained access to the door switches and found all the switches making and breaking. Checked the interlock assembly and found no abnormalities to the interlock assembly. Checked the door and the cabinet for any abnormality and found nothing. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Derek SR# 7737879716. He said that when the door gets swung shut, the door can bounce back a little bit the other way even at a hairline fracture causing issues with the door switches being engaged fully. He said the customer will need to firmly close the door and not swing it shut. He said to make no repairs at this time, and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit makes a loud screeching noise during spin cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. I could not duplicate the noise. I tilted the unit back and found a large amount of gearcase oil on the rotor, clutch assembly, drain pump and all four side panels. I disassembled the unit and removed and replaced the gearcase, slider and clutch and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. Arrived onsite for a washer not cleaning the clothes properly. I found the agitator had come loose and the dogs fell out. I reassembled the agitator correctly and installed it. Arrived onsite for dryer leaking. On inspection found water built up in the vent hose took off the vent form the exhaust pipe and found serval oz of water in the pipe. I turn the vent over and a few more oz of water came out. I then did a air flow test on the unit and it failed. I disconnected the vent hose again and it passed the air flow test. Customer is going to clear the vent pipe of obstruction and monitor the water come out of the dryer. There is a water leak until the air flow issue is resolved.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator making noise. On inspection the unit makes noise when the rc doors are open then you close them and there is a rattling noise from the compressor. Gain access to the compressor and found that one of the bolts holding the compressor down was lose, tighten it up and the noise got quite but still there. On further inspection found a copper tube was on top of the compressor I moved it up about a half inch and the noise went away. The refrigerator is operating as designed"

Arrived onsite for a cooktop with a center burner that will not stay lit when set to simmer. Upon arrival I found that this was true. I adjusted the gas valve for the center burner and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that has no power and a lid. Locked. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit unplugged and plugged in the unit. Found no power at the control. Verified proper voltage and polarity. Going to the control. I unplugged the unit and checked resistance through the drain pump. Found 1.5 ohms of resistance, indicating a shorted pot drain pump. Found One of the transistors on the control head blown, causing the control to fail as well. Check resistance at the drain pump and confirm the same resistance. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Drew SR# 7737881535. He advised to go ahead and replace both the drain pump and control. Replaced both parts and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I found t(e unit plugged in and the interior light turns on when opening the door. I tested the outlet and its providing 123V and is wired correctly. I tested the unit and it failed to turn on. Disassembled the unit and removed and replaced the drive motor and retested using my,jumper wire in the door switch and the unit is operating as designed. I tested the main harness for continuity and it is good. I advised the customer of my repairs. Reassembled the unit and retested several times and it continues to operate as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

I checked the model number and found the model number on the unit did not match the number on the ticket. "Arrived on site to inspect venthood pellets falling from the filters. Upon further inspection, the customer showed me how the carbon filters that are attached to the blower assembly are falling out. I found the carbon filters had been melted at some point due to excessive flames on the cooktop (photos). I advised the customer that the carbon filters are only to be used if the unit does not vent outside and due to this unit venting outside and the screened filters being dirty; when the customer was using the cooktop, the flame was too high and the venthood sucked the flames up into the blower assembly and melted the filters. I removed the filters and recommended that the customer throw them away as they are of no use in their condition. I tested the unit and it is operating and venting as designed. No repairs needed at this time, job completed."

"WFG320M0MS0 Arrived to inspect gas leak. I found the issue was that only one side of the bake tube would light, due to an incorrectly adjusted air shutter, and the other side that would not light was allowing unburnt gas to flow, creating the odor issue. After correcting the air shutter setting, the issue was resolved and the raw gas odor and incorrect burn, were corrected. No gas leaks detected during service. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the compressor turning on and off, fast ice freezes the lines, and the drawer will not close. I ran the compressor and condenser fan test finding all working as designed and the sounds were normal. I ran the dampener test and it sounds normal. I ran the evaporator fan and the customer stated that sounded the closest to the noise they had heard but stated it was muck louder. I started and stopped the fan multiple times and it ramped up and sounded normal at this time. I tested the ice box thermistor, the ice level sensors, and the icemaker fan. All checked good and worked as designed. The ice bucket was about an inch from being full. I put the unit back in operating mode and set the unit to max ice. I found the fan working as designed. I found no air leaks at this time. The customer wasnt sure if the dispenser works when the unit stop making ice. I gave the customer a few things to watch and check if it happens again to narrow down what the issue could be. The customer will also tape the noise if it happened again. I found the deli drawer opening up about a 1/2 inch after it is closed because the refrigerator is not level and low in the front. I was unable to get the refrigerator as high as it needed to be in the front because the cabinet doors above it would hit the refrigerator doors and not open. I set the front as high as possible and it did improve the deli drawer. The customer said they would live with however it works because they dont want to raise the cabinet. At this time all is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner flame not staying on. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found all burners operating as designed except the middle burner. When turning the middle burner to simmer, the flame goes out. I cleaned the orifices and retested and it continued to fail. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not dispensing water or ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they had a few instances where the unit would not dispense water. She advised that since she called in, the unit has been working properly, but shes also has issues with her water filter showing that it needs to be replaced after only having the filter for less than 30 days. I did ask the customer about their water supply and she did said that they do have hard water. I asked the customer how often they used their water. She advised that she uses it fairly frequently and they have two ice-makers. I explained that this unit goes off of time that the water filter was last replaced, as well as water usage. I advised that it is all due to programming and if they are using consistent water, especially with hard water, and may be causing their filters to go out prematurely. I tested the unit in diagnostics and found all tests working and operating as designed. I checked the door for any signs of indentation from the door switch and found an indentation. Use the plastic square to fix the positioning of the door switch on the left hand door. Tested the unit several times and the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for short cycling of washer. Found unit had been reinstalled into a renovated laundry room and the hoses had been reversed and the drain hose was stuffed a few feet into the standpipe. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit did leak intermittently, but was usually a few drops at a time and not a heavy flow. Checked the gasket and found the gasket fully intact. Found a bunch of dog hair stuck against the door on the bottom side creating an issue with the seal around the bottom side of the gasket. Remove the dog care and check the rest of the bellow. Found no issues with the bellow. I tested the unit in a normal water wash cycle and found water coming up against the gasket and not dripping. The main reason why they called was due to certain cycles, not spinning out the rest of the clothes. He advised that on the normal cycle, the unit will not spin thoroughly. He said that on heavy duty, the unit would finish out properly. Checked the spin settings on the normal/regular cycle and found the spin turned off. Did advise the customer that if the span is turned off, the unit will not go into the final spin. Whenever they use some care guide in the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for washer not going into wash cycle . Ran diagnostics and during agitation and spin unit makein a lot of ratcheting noise . Found sleeve on slider had shifted place . Replaced shifter . Ran diagnostics again . All checked normal. No water leaks detected at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to follow up on dryer making excessive noise. I confirmed a loud consistent rumbling sound from the unit. Diassembled and traced the noise to the blower housing, which was rumbling at the current angle. I bent the housing forward away from the motor and eliminated most of the noise. Reassembled and verified noise is still gone. If noise returns the recommended repair is to replace the blower housing, wheel, motor bracket, and floor plate. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a laundry center that will not spinning out the the clothes properly. Upon inspection I found that the unit was off balance which can cause this condition but all other components where in good condition. I leveled the unit and tested the unit and found the the unit is no longer off balance. And the unit spun out the clothes that where in the unit properly this time.

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher. The customer informed me the unit will stop in the middle of a cycle the Display will flash and when the door is opened and closed it will drain and cancel. I put the unit into diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran a test cycle and found it running properly. I ran a normal customer cycle and found it running properly until I opened and closed the door. The display blinks an alarm sounds and it drains and cancels. There is a software issue in the UI. I am ordering the Ui to resolve. Office to order parts and schedule service. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11659652 (UI) and 1 W11545764 (Float switch)

Arrived on site to replace console. Replaced console test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for dryer not level. On inspection the installer did not adjust the feet to level the unit out. I adjusted the feet so the unit would not rock back and forth. The unit is level now.
