"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they used it two times and on the third cycle, the unit would lock and unlock would make a few noises and would go completely done. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Attempted to start a cycle and confirmed the customers complaint. Found the drum would attempt to turn twice and then go to Dunn. Ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle, and at the end when it spun, found the unit, throwing an error code for an F7 E1 (basket speed fault) error code. I checked underneath the washer and found actuator had something stuck above the actuator. Removed the obstruction and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for a DW that is not drying the dishes at the end of the cycle and there will be a residue on them. Upon arrival I found that they was standings water in the unit I checked for a high loop and found that there was none which caused drain back. I corrected this and tested the drain pump and found that it drains the water away like normal. I ran diag mode and found the there was a heater not coming on code stored f7e1. I cleaned the code and ran the unit in diag mode and found that the heater didnt come on I tested the heater with my meter and found that it showed open. I replaced the heater and tested the unit and found that the unit operated as designed, I did speak with customer about proper detergent use."

Cleared them out and turn the unit on. The noise is gone from the unit. The unit is operating as designed. The vent goes right out the wall and when I had the vent hose off I could see lint buildup on the outside of the vent. Went outside and cleaned the vent out. The unit is breathing now, the clothes will dry faster!"

Customer advised they have a humidifier upstairs. I advised the customer that when the humidifier is turned on and gets into the AC system, the air it creates will effect the cooktop burner flames as it takes the oxygen away from the flames and they turn yellow/orange. I provided a video on a demonstration of how the humidifier effects the cooktop flames. I tested the burners and all are operating as designed with the correct flames (photo). "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F8E0-low fan speed under speed. I cleared the code and as soon as the unit went into standby mode, the cooling fan turned on without the unit being turned on. I pulled the unit out and found the power cord is too short to pull all the way out and is plugged in behind the microwave that is installed above the oven. I was able to get the unit out far enough to service today. I removed the back panel and inspected the sensor harness and main harness molex connectors for any defective terminals and both were good on each molex connector. I tested the main harness for continuity and it is good. Tested the sensor and found 1091 ohms which is within normal range. Due to the main control not recognizing the sensor and the fan not reaching speed, I removed and replaced the main control and blower and retested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for a washer causing white spots on clothing. I found out from the customer that the spots were darker colored spots on the clothes after the clothes dry but when the clothes come out of the washer and are wet the spots are white. I tested the washer and found no error codes. I ran the diagnostics cycle and the machine worked as designed. I set the load and go concentration correctly for the detergent the customer was using. I tested the machine in a quick wash cycle and found it adding to much detergent. I tested again on the same cycle with the concentration set on 2X and then again with it set on 10X and got the same amount of detergent. I called techline and spoke with Kurt SR# 7737885352. Kurt confirmed the UI controls the detergent dosage and advised changing the UI. Ordering W11478525 UI. Office to RS.; ordrng 1 W11478525 (UI)

"Arrived onsite for washer leaking. On inspection the ceiling said it was always after the first load it would start to leak. The unit is stacked so I moved the unit away from the wall. I was looking at the washer when I hit the dryer vent and water started to stream out of the vent hose. I stopped and I pulled the vent hose off the wall and there was about 8 to 9oz of water sitting in the vent pipe. I got my towel and I turn the vent hose over and about 4 to 5oz of water came out. I then reconnected the vent hose and did a air flow test no air was flowing. Un hooked the vent hose and air stared to flow. I informed the customer on what was happening with the unit. The issue is with the dryer not the washing machine, since they are stacked it made it look like the washer was leaking. No leaks detected during service on the washer."
