"Arrived on site for a range that does not heat the griddle properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit does heat but that it will get to about 150? and then completely shut off. I did confirm the customers complaint and went to replace the module. Found that the new module had a broken thermostat on it. Attempted to replace the old thermostat onto the new module and found that the thermostat was not sitting right. I tried to find any other entry point for the thermostat, but could not find any on the module. Reassembled everything and had the same results indicating an issue with the new module as well. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Gained access to the elements and checked all elements with the hot surface indicator. Found the left front element the only one causing the hot surface indicator light to turn on. Replaced the left front element and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Arrived onsite for a range that is tripped the breaker when in use. Upon arrival I ran the unit in back and when it got up to 225? it tripped the breaker. I unplugged the broil element and found no change. After a while off testing the unit through a code for the oven sensor f3e0. "WRS315SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the ice maker that had been recently replace, stalled in a partial harvest rotation, prior the tray flex. I verified line VAC at the harness connection and upon disconnecting the connector and then re-plugging it, the unit resumed operation and re-centered. I suspect the connector at the ice maker, or the harness within the refrigerator wall, to be the source of the issue. I adjusted the connection pins to rule out a bad connection at that point and the customer will contact us if there are further issues. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling again. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the unit low on refrigerant. Gained access to the evaporator and found no evidence of any die at the evaporator. Gained access underneath and found evidence of a leak at the pre-cooler. I want to head and replace the pre-cooler, dryer, and compressor and charge the unit up with 125 psi of nitrogen. Found pressures hold for 30 minutes and vacuum down the unit to -31 psi for another 15 minutes. Found pressures hold. Charge the unit up with 5.3 ounces of R134A. The unit began to cool and operate as designed. Advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived on-site for cooktop flames under size. On inspection found 99mm orifice on the big burners. Installed 130mm and was little to large. I then went to 125mm and it seems to be correct size. Builder is going to contact Ferguson plumbing and order 4 125mm orifices for the other burners. The builder or Ferguson will call to setup appointment.

Arrived onsite for a range displaying an F2E1 error. On arrival the clock was displayed. I entered diagnostics and confirmed there was a stored F2E1 error. I erased the code and tested all selections finding all selections responding properly. I tested the oven in the bake and the broil cycles and all is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that this unit has had the same problem since the previous repair. She advised the unit will randomly just quit cycles and does not seem to have any rhyme or reason, for when it cuts off. She advised that when she turns it off and turned it back on, the unit will start right away and then run for however long. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F2 E1 error code. I checked the model and serial information in the controls and found both completely blank. I found a service pointer talking about this issue (W11498806). Per the service pointer, when both controls are replaced at the same time and dont lock in the model and serial information, it can cause issues with the unit functionality. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Chris SR# 7737956006. He advised that because the controls had been replaced over three months ago, those controls would it be completely gone, and there will be no way he knows to restore that information to the unit. Advised that this would be sent to review and that whirlpool would be in contact with the customer or myself, depending on the next steps. He advised make no repair at this time. Call complete."

On arrival verified complaint of no ice. Checked temps and found FC and ice box at 0. Ran ice maker test it activated and valves activated. Ran test 36 for ice maker fan and it activated. Recommended replacing ice maker. Replaced with a w11548540 but was defective. After installing ice maker it failed to activate even in manual test. Reorder and return on 12/12; ordrng 1 w11548540 (Ice maker)

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the FC door with an approximate 1/4 inch gap in the gasket at the top right side (photo). When I opened the FC door, I found a large amount of frost/ice on the evap cover (photos). When I went to close the door, I found the right side slide jerking and not wanting to close unless I used some force. I disassembled the FC section and cleared the frost/ice from the evap cover to find blocks of ice behind the cover at the bottom vents of the cover. Once I cleared the debris, I cleaned up the water left behind and removed and replaced the slides and reassembled the unit. Tested the door open/close functions and it is operating as designed and the door is sealing properly now. I recommended the customer unplug the unit and allow it to defrost for at least 48 hours. I had my customer sign the waiver of damages from defrosting the refrigerator and recommended they pull the unit out and place towels around the unit to catch any overflow of water. Unit was unplugged and pulled out before I left. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

2204Arrived on site to inspect top load washer. The customer informed me there is water left inside after the cycle. Also the basket is running out of balance. I found error codes f0E2 F0E5 and F7E6. I found the basket is out of spec per service pointer W11684122. I am ordering the basket to resolve the out of balance issue. I found good readings from the drain pump. I instructed the customer the cycle is not finishing due to it erroring out for being out of balance. I also instructed the customer on detergent use and loading. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is still having issues. Customer advised the unit ran for a few days before stopping again. I needed to diagnostics and found an F5 E3 (lid will not unlock) error code. Tested the unit and found a lid lock having a hard time locking. I opened the lid and found a crack at the left-hand hinge of the lid. I showed the customer the issue and advised her that the unit is not unlocking or locking, because when the left side isnt pressed down, the locking mechanism is not fully engaged. I went to order the lid, but the customer advised that she wants to wait until after the new year to perform any further repairs and will call back in when shes ready to get serviced. Call complete."

Arrived on site for door not closing properly. On arrival inspected unit. Found that lower right panel has separated and is bent. Took pics. The door is opening and closing. Notified customer that this is a cosmetic issue and is past claims period. Customer stated unit was just installed. Notified customer that the manufacturer will need to be contacted to offer a concession to replace the front panel.

Arrived onsite for dryer noise and determined intermittent knocking and tapping during cycle to be from back pressure. Made this determination by changing pressure which completely eliminated the sound. Advised customer to have their vent duct cleaned to the roof to optimize performance.

Found the unit reach preheat an average temperature is at 340?F. Did advise customer that it is theoretically within range but did show them how to calibrate the unit if they wish to do so. Arrived on site to follow up on no cool refrigerator. I checked pressures and found high and low side in vacuum. I disconnected the dryer and found massive oil restriction in precooler when dryer was removed. I used nitrogen and blew out the oil until pressure was dry. I installed a new drier and tested unit at 120 psi pressure and found no leaks. Vacuumed unit and charged to spec. Verified frost pattern forming on evaporator. Repair completed.

"Arrived on site for washer making a squeak/screeching noise during final rinse and spin. Upon arrival customer also stated that as of her last time using washer, it had also stopped going past wash cycle. Upon further testing I found n9 errors in diagnostics. Tried running diagnostics and normal operation cycles and found lid would lock but no power was being sent from control board to motor, found no breaks in harness and water valve worked without leaks. Found drain motor at 13.8ohms and working. Could run any spin or agitation tests to replicate noise. Did find rotor had signs of inner teeth wearing down possibly indicating gearcase failure. "Arrived onsite for a washer that is flashing the lid lock light and wound allow you to open the unit. Upon arrival I put the unit in diagnostic mode and found SD code, but not a lock code. I ran the unit in diagnostic mode and found that the lid lock oranges properly then the unit filled with water and began Agitating then spun but I noticed the the water in the bellow would not drain out leaving excess water in the unit at the end of the cycle which can cause the unit to lock up because it thinks it is flooding. I cleaned the bellow and the drain holes with my shop vacuum and pipe cleaners. And the tested the unit and found the the unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer on detergent use as too much detergent van causing this issue to occur, the customer does have pets so i also advised the customer to always clean the bellow so that it wont leak or clog. I removed and replaced the compressor, service port and dryer, after noting only an increase from balanced 30 psi, to 35 with the compressor on. During charging of the replacement, the refrigerant charge was 11 grams to little and will need to be added. Tech GCO. No leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site for an oven that has hot surface temperatures when cooking for extended periods of time. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that during Thanksgiving, after the unit had been on for a couple of hours, she was finding the handle and the top of the cooktop fairly hot at the front edge. She advised that it seemed hot enough to be able to burn her and she was just concerned about whether something was wrong. I found the gasket in the door, making a proper seal. I went over the cooking temperature limits service pointer (W11544031). I explained to the customer that the inside part of the door is still within the oven and that as that oven heats up and maintains temperature for long periods of time, excess heat is radiated through the top of the vent on the door and can cause warmer than normal surface temperatures on the handle and on the front edge of the cooktop. I did advise the customer that this is normal operation and that the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for washer getting off balance when in spin. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found all holes in tub open as designed. Found suspension rods failin and replaced them. Tested unit and found staying balanced with no leaks. Call complete

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed icemaker. Replaced the icemaker. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont lock the lid. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they can not get the unit to start. Chewed by the shed contacted customer service and they told her to press and hold the power button until all the lights lit up and then touch the start button but it has not been working. I explain to the customer that is the exact opposite. She needs to press the power button and press and hold the start button until all the bars light up all the way across the user interface. Tested the unit multiple times, and could not get the unit to fault. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. The customer advised that shes been using the unit the same way she was told for the last few months and that she was unaware of how to use it. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to inspect top load washer running unbalanced. I found the basket does not meet specifications. I removed and replaced the basket and tested. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was not engaging a cycle. Customer said unit made some strange noises and just added water and cycled. I tested the unit and found no error codes present. With the customer present I ran part of a cycle with and without clothes and found unit working properly. Examined bottom end and found no damage or failures present. Could not duplicate a failure at this time. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for dryer not spinning. On inspection found the belt was off, remove the tub and found the pulley on the floor of the unit. On further inspection found where the belt hooks onto the motor was broken. Gained access to the back of the unit and had to beat the fan off the motor. Installed new motor new wheel and repair kit. But the unit back together and there was aloud thumping noise. Pulled the unit back part and found that the left wheel was riding in the wrong spot on the drum, correct the issues and the unit is operating as designed."
