"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher filling with water between cycles. The customer advised that the unit would drain fine but when she came back in a few days, she would notice water in the sump. Upon further inspection, I found the cause was back flow from disposal because of the drain hose position (photo) I repositioned the drain hose high so it will prevent water from back flowing into the unit. "Arrived onsite for top oven turns on when bottom oven is in use. On inspection going to try and recreate the issue. Heated the bottom unit up to 350 on bake when it hit temperature we switched to broil, then she set temperature to 475? and the top oven came on. I saw 2 temperature settings when she did that. I informed the customer that she has to turn the bottom oven all the way off. If the bottom unit is on when try to set the temperature for the bottom oven it thinks you want to turn the top oven on to broil. The solution is the bottom oven has to be at Home Screen before you set the temperature to 475?. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher noises. Upon further inspection, I found the customer has an RO system and water softener system and the RO tank drain tube is not installed properly (photo). I advised the customer of this and advised where the RO drain tube should be located at the back P trap (photo). I found the heating element is white and found the customer is using the incorrect detergents. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. When the motor/sump came on, I could hear it making a loud moaning noise as if the sump/motor was struggling to pump the water. I removed and replace the sump assembly and verified all water line connections were secured (photos) and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Due to the large amount of suds in the tub, I recommended the customer perform a cleaning cycle or two and made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent, rinse aid and cleaning solutions to use. WDT750SAKZ2 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed all parts from the failed tub and installed them onto the replacement. Testing showed there were no leaks and the unit operated as designed.

"WTW5057LW0 Arrived to inspect spin speed issue. Upon arrival, the machine was flashing F0E9. Service test mode had the F0E9 stored and I cleared for testing. I found the unit could be calibrated, but would not advance within customer mode and appeared to be going into another cycle from the one selected. I replaced the control and UI as a set and retested, finding no change in behavior. I was able to determine the unit was not sensing rotation as it should and I replaced the mode shifter, seeing no change. Deep inspection of the gear case revealed a fracture within the speed sensor ring, allowing the ring to expand at higher RPMs, causing the rare issues during testing. Replacement of the gear case, splutch and belt fully corrected the issue and the machine operated as designed within service and customer modes. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not getting below 2?F. Inspected unit and worked area. The customer had a temperature chart recorder and I found that the unit was full fluctuating between 20?F back down to -2?F. He advised that, the unit would get back down to zero, but that the average temperature should be at zero not at 5 to 10?F. I checked the evaporator, condenser, dryer, and compressor for any signs of die and found no leaks present. I spoke to SW, and was advised of the issue may be with a floating restriction. I checked the condenser and found the condenser was completely clogged full of lint and the back cover was not on the back of the refrigerator. I was advised to go ahead and vacuum out the charge and run the vacuum pump for 30 minutes and then to recharge the unit and see what happens. I ran a vacuum for 30 minutes. I found pressures hold I charged the unit up with 5.5 ounces of R134A refrigerant. I found the highest side start around 100 psi and gradually work its way up to 125 psi while the low side stayed at 0 psi. I found the unit cooling and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site to follow up on icemaker not producing ice. Examined icemaker and found a line of cubes wedged between the icemaker and the bail arm. Removed ice and icemaker cycled. I found some frost / ice on the icemaker that cubes were sticking on. Wiped this off and the next batch that harvested dropped properly. Unit working as designed. No parts used.

Removed blower and found the fan cage was broken in several pieces and wedged the cage from moving. Replaced the blower motor and retested. Verified unit working as designed. Repair completed. "WFW560CHW4 Arrived to inspect leak. I found the water in the off position and after turning back on, discovered the hot and cold were reversed. Performing several maximum fill tests with hot and cold on all valves and then manual spin, showed no leaks anywhere within the machine. Customer mode cycle test also had no leaks observable anywhere within or near the machine. I did see wash pods and observed a small load within the dryer and provided information to the maintenance staff about pods and the correlation with washer leaks, when using pods, especially with small loads. There were several coins within the door gasket area and I ensured the gasket had a complete seal around the door. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. Safety drain strap was missing and added."

Arrived onsite for range completely dead. I found the breaker to be tripped. I tested the oven in bake setting it to 500 degrees. Oven reached about 200 degrees and I turned on the front right burner. When I turned on the burner the breaker tripped. I reset the breaker and turned on all burners. I couldn't get the breaker to trip again. I put the oven in a bake cycle while running all burners and the breaker still did not trip. The customer has been using the oven for 2 months. At this time I cannot get the breaker to trip again. I advised the customer to have the breaker changed and to reach out to us again if breaker continues to trip. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived onsite for dryer making screeching noise. I found a slight noise present when running dryer. I moved the dryer out a bit and noise went away. I found the vent to be touching the dryer which is what was causing the noise due to vibration. I pulled the dryer out enough to where the noise was gone and the door can still shut. Unit is operating as designed at this time. Call complete. No parts installed.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator needing sealed system repair. On arrival reconfirmed issue and recovered refrigerant. Installed wpw10143759 uv drier, w11506635 access valve, and w11574734 compressor. Pulled vac and found no leaks. Recharged system with 56g of r600 and found stable pressures. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon arrival, I found the washer and dryer not installed and sitting in the dining area of the apartment. I found what appears to be the electrical being worked on as the outlets are hanging out of the wall and tools in the area (photos). I tested voltage at the outlets and there is 220V. I inspected the dryer and tested the components and all are within ohms range. I advised maintenance that once the work is comp,teed and the units re-installed and tested and dont operate properly, to contact our office to schedule service. Job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop scratched. Upon further inspection, I found the cooktop scratched on right side and the control panel badly dented on the top right side as well (photo). "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher turning off unexpectedly. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised the unit would start then randomly turn off on its own. When I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics, I found the unit with no power. I checked the breaker and found it on. I inspected the power source under the unit and found it good. When I checked under the sink for the plug/outlet, I found the unit is plugged in behind itself. I pulled the unit out and found the power cord not fully plugged into the outlet (photo). It appears that when the unit was installed, it got shoved into its space and hit the plug causing it to bend downward and pull out of the outlet. I plugged the cord in fully and placed the unit back in its space and checked the power cord and found the tub is resting against the plug. I was able to slightly pull the unit out and mount it to the cabinets and take some of the pressure off of the cord. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed. If the unit continues to fail, the apartment maintenance will need to relocate the outlet lower to keep it from making contact with the unit tub. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

Found no damage to motor or tubs or hoses. Found suspension rods broken. Arrived on site with new door. Other door was on site. Removed and replaced right side door. Found door handle screw was threaded and did not come off. Will need new handle and screws. Arrived onsite for unit not heating sufficiently and shutting off on all sensor cycles. Tested unit with Scott McKenzie gaining access together and found temp stagnating and not moving very well indicating poor airflow. Vent is over 30 feet of felt pressure and the outlet is chocked down to a 1 and 1/2 inch opening due to a construction irregularity that will not be easily remedied see pic. Advised customer that sensor function cycles are not compatible with out of spec venting and reported findings to Adrian with techline. Designated installation caused malfunction. Sr#7739805435
