Completely frozen in side the icemaker area. The customer advised that prior to this issue, whenever they were trying to dispense, cubed, ice that they were dispensing crushed ice. found evidence of ice buildup inside of the ice container due to the fill cup overflowing. I did advise the customer that the issue would be with ice buildup inside of the ice container and that they will need to thaw the unit out for several days to remove the excess ice. Advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal couple in the center of the middle rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temps was 397. My next five readings were 402, 311, 366, 315, 371 for an average temp of 353 degrees. Unit is heating properly. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. "Arrived onsite for a DW that is not drying the dishes properly. Upon arrival I ran the unit in diagnostic and found no codes stored the control sending power to the heater and thought tested the heater ohm testing the heater, found that it was good. Upon further inspection I found that the rinse aid was set too high which can cause drying issues, due to the rinse aid leaving behind to much suds at the end off the cycle and the unit has a hard time sensing the temp in the unit and will shut the heater off too early. I adjusted the rinse aid sound to level 1 as that is the point at which the unit seems to perform the best."

Upon arrival I ran the unit in diagnostic mode and tested the fill valve and found that little to no water came out of the fill tube, causing the Reservoir not to fill with water causing the recirculation pump not to pump water over the evaporator plate to then create ice then I tested the compressor and monitored the evaporator plate and found ice began to form upon it as I got it wet with water. Which is good. I removed the filter and tested the unit again and found that then unit filled up with water like normal. It was at this point I deal the ice machine is capable of making ice and the filter is clogged/defective As the customer had installed it just three months ago, the customer had a new filter in the home and installed it and I tested the unit once more and found that unit operating as designed I did suggest to the customer to monitor the unit. But the unit is operating as designed with no leaks at the time of service"
