Arrived onsite for washer not draining and moving during cycle. I found the drain pump ot be good reading at 20.1 ohms and drained when called. Suspension on the washer seemed blown. When a load of clothes are inside it could cause the washer to go off balance and end the cycle causing the water to not be drained. I replaced the suspensi9n and calibrated unit. I ran a test cycle and high speed spin. Unit now operates and spins as designed. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. Installed W11130356 SUSPENSION.

Arrived on site to inpsect washer dripping from door occasionally and dispenser not dispensing softener properly. Upon further inspection I found that the cause of the seeping water at the door is simply cause by a dirty surface between door and door seal. I advised the customer to wipe clean after ever use. I found that also the dispenser was not draining properly. I attempted to clean the dispenser however problem may persist. I am ordering the dispenser assembly. W11524105. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher displaying error code F8E4 and continually draining. Upon further inspection i cleared the code and I gained access to to the float switch and found it was triggered by a small amount of water in the pan. I dried and set the switch and ran a test on the dishwasher and observed no issues and no leaks. The overflow appears to be a result of over suds since everything operating mechanically without issue. I form a good amount of suds in the tub. I advised the customer of proper detergent and rinse aid usage. No leaks observed during service. On parts installed.

Upon further inspection, the customer demonstrated the noise by starting the microwave and I was able to identify the noise right away as being the flap for the vent assembly opening as the fan engaged. I was also able to replicate the noise for the customer by engaging the fan by itself. I explained to the customer that this sound is perfectly normal and the microwave is operating as designed. Due to assemblies being almost fused together, entire assembly has to be replaced. I installed a new tub, gearcase, wiring harness, agitator, basket. I had to forcefully remove the spanner nut and block and transfer over, a long with the tub filter / cover. I assembled the unit and calibrated. Ran a cycle and found agitator clicking. Per Whirlpool spec, electrical outlet that is used cannot be turned off by a switch. Recommend replacing outlet to a standard non-GFCI. I took photos of the model and serial tag, product exterior front, product surroundings, product area of potential concern full, mid, and close, and breaker outside. I verified that voltage and polarity are correct. I inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage. The terminal block is wired correctly and is tight (no twists in power cord or twists in power cord removed). I followed service pointer W11490386 thoroughly. The unit does not have a ground strap. I reassembled the unit and ran a bake cycle at 450?F with the ground wire detached for 30 minutes. I verified that the amp draw was under 17 amps max. I stopped the cycle, disconnected power, and reattached the ground wire. I reconnected power and set a bake cycle at 450?F. I advised the customer to run the cycle for 2 hours before turning it off. "Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Upon arrival tested unit, heard a rotational rubbing noise. Removed front panel and found a screw got lodged into the front panel felt. When the drum would rotate, the ring bearing would snag it and make a noise. Removed screw and reassembled, tested unit, noise has been eliminated and unit is now running as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for gasket issues. Upon arrival customer presented issue, gasket is tearing and exposing the magnets. Replaced right RC gasket (W11396037) and formed the gasket to the frame with a heat gun, gasket is now sealing properly all around. Advised customer to open the right door first then the left and vice versa when closing. Unit is now functioning as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not starting. Upon arrival customer stated unit wont start a cycle, they got it to work a few times. Water will not fill and unit wont progress. Started a cycle on the unit, unit immediately started and began to fill and agitate. Unit progressed through each cycle and passed all tests. Could not mimic issue customer was experiencing. Gave a rundown on how the unit works and the two step process required to start a cycle properly. Replaced control (W11603810) as precautionary and ran another diagnostic, all components are properly engaging and unit is running as designed. Had customer start a cycle before leaving. No leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no operation. Upon arrival customer stated the screen went black and the oven would not turn on. They cycled power but were not aware the breaker for the unit is located outside. Took voltage, found no voltage at the terminal block. Inspected breaker, found it tripped. Reset breaker and tested unit by engaging a bake cycle at 350?, after 4-5 minutes breaker tripped. Inspected all wiring, found no pinched or broken wires, no evidence of a short. Contacted service thread, per service thread followed service pointer (W11490386). Replaced control (W11113848), bake element (W10779716) and broil element (W11321472). Removed ground strap from terminal block and started a cycle at 500? Ran a 500? cycle for 30 minutes, reconnected ground strap after time expired. Started a 500? bake cycle after reconnecting, breaker no longer trips. Contacted techline to document SR#7740465144. Advised customer to continue running the cycle for another 90 minutes to ensure a proper burn off. If issue returns recommend customer to replace the breaker, if issue still persists contact Whirlpool customer care for next steps. Unit is now running as designed, job complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for water leaking around door when steam feature in use. Replaced nozzle(W11230609) and verified with customer unit is working as designed. Arrived on site to test unit for not draining. Found voltage to drain pump was correct. Smacked pump a couple times and was able to get unit to drain. On arrival customer provided a video of failure and I was able to find the water from ice maker fill tub in upper left fc corner was leaking down around fan motor. I added permagum 212643 and retested ice maker. Found leak removed and unit works as designed. Call complete ; ordrng 1 212643 (Permagum(from 432058))

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not allowing deli door ui panel to light up. On arrival confirmed issue. Customer er stated the cooling , ice and water functions are working. Found deli harness broken and repaired it but found ui still not responsive. Took deli ui out and found harness underneath broken, ordering W10815669 ui deli door stainless and will need office to reschedule once availability of door is known. Will need to also return with previous parts in case deli ui has caused any unforeseen issues in between diag and repair due to circuit failure and deli ui. ; ordrng 1 W10815669 (Ui deli door)"

Arrived on site to test unit for not draining and lid lol I not unlocking. Found black wire to pump was broken and lid lock not responding. Corrected wire with butt connection and replaced latch assembly(W11700916). Unit completed a diagnostic cycle with no issues. No leaks detected. At this time. Noticed leak pan underneath unit is cracked and showed customer he needs to get it replaced. Job complete.

Arrived on site for dryer not allowing ui timer added to properly adjust timed dryer when pressed. On arrival customer showed me the way ui was failing and I found the w11627521 ui controls add time button was sticking. Replaced it and found unit working as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing ice. On arrival confirmed issue and found snowcone textured ice under bucket and in door chute. Found water leaking through ic door. Replaced w11098702 ice door and tested dispenser and found it working as designed with no leaks. Call complete

Arrived on site to test unit for broiler catching on fire. Spoke with customer and he said he believes the broiler is too hot. The broiler did not catch on fire. They had a piece of bread that got to hot. Turned broiler on to 450? let the broiler pre heat put a bread in that the customer wanted to try. Customer put food in after broiler pre heated and the food cooked correctly. Customer was putting the food in while the unit was pre heating. Called Techline and spoke with Techline and nothing is wrong with the oven. Just found inner glass got smoky from food will order new inner glass. Office to reschedule Techline SR#7740462777 tried calling safety and it keep saying we have reached them after hours. Spoke with Susie and tried and nothing. We will need to call safety on return visit ; ordrng 1 WPW10618107 (Inner glass)

Arrived on site to test unit for dispenser not opening. Found dispenser motor was disengaged from coupling. Secured motor and coupling and unit is now working as designed. No parts replaced. No leaks detected at this time. Job complete.
