Upon further inspection, I opened the left FC door to gain access to the ice maker and when I opened the door, I heard the side panel UI chime. Customer advised it's been doing it since the door was replaced and even turning the tone off, it still chimes when opening the RC doors. I removed the ice b8n to find a large ball of ice inside and another slab of ice due to too much water filling the ice tray. I contacted techline and spoke to Jonathan and advised of the history of the unit, the complaint and my findings today. Jonathan had me place the unit in diagnostics and test the unit in tests 14, 16, 26, 31; test the dispenser UI at J10-3 and 4 and found the ice maker thermister in resistance range. Also checked the gaskets at the ice bin door and airflow to the ice maker on the side of the left FC door and all were good. I poured water into the ice chute to test the ice door for leaks and water leaked out the door. Jonathan recommended replacing the control kit, side UI, ice door, and Reed switches and provided SR#7739300045. I am ordering the ice door and switches and scheduled return service for 12/30/24. RETURNING TECH TO REPLACE THE CONTROL KIT, BOTH REED SWITCHES, ICE CHUTE DOOR, SIDE UI. No water leaks observed during service other than the one I created at the ice door. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking. Upon further inspection I found a trail of water coming from the left side of the fridge. I found that the drip pan was all the was all the way full and spilling onto the floor. I then checked the ice maker fill tube and found that it had been spilling over the tube and into the evaporator drip tray and then down into the condenser drip pan causing it to overflow. I installed the piece of tubing into the ice maker fill chute to ensure that the water will now only channel into the ice tray. I vacuumed the majority of the water from the condenser drip tray so it does not overfill from normal defrost cycles. No water leaks observed at the end of service. Job complete

I found the lights on the touch panel, moving from side to side, indicating that the unit was in some sort of demo mode. I could not find any demo mode within the unit and spoke to PR. Advised he believe the issue would be with the main control. I replaced the main control and tested the unit. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not starting cycles again. Inspected unit and work area. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I checked voltage and found proper voltage and polarity. I gained access to the interior of the unit and found the thermal fuse open again. I visually inspected the heater, and did not find any sagging on the coils. I checked the heating element, and found continuity between the terminals, but no continuity between any of the terminals and the heater housing. I checked the operating thermostat and found it showing was good. I replaced the thermal fuse and tested the unit. I gained access to the back and took the vent hose off and took temperature checks. I found the unit fluctuating between 127?F and 153?F giving an average temperature of 140?F on a high heat cycle. I did advise the customer that there is nothing on the machine said that would be causing this issue, and that if they have another thermal fuse go out, it would most likely indicate an issue with the venting. Examined unit and found only the right side RC door gasket was torn, and gasket magnet was coming out. I found the filter cover just wasn't being pushed up hard enough, and it was not being locked in. I locked them over with no issues. I only replaced the right hand door gasket, unit now functioning as designed. Call completed. Parts used - W10830274."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer with no response from control panel. On arrival tested unit and found no response as well. Put unit in diagnostic mode which did light up the console and restore function. Console seems to have locked up either from software related issues, or surges. Replaced console to resolve. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part per previous technician. I installed the LF burner switch however the problem still persists. I found that the right rear switch is also bad and will need to order switch. W10911303 . I am scheduling for 12/24; ordrng 1 W10911303 (Switch right rear)

Arrived oc n site for stuck keypad . Customer had done a power reset at breaker after calling into for service . No reoccurring issues. Has used unit since . Ran diagnostics did get on 2-1 error code . Deleted error code . Did factory reset . Ran preheat on both ovens . Keypad responding correctly.All checked normal. Fans are functioning properly . Advised if having to reset breaker becomes frequently to call back in . No parts installed job complete

Arrived on site to test unit it for right front burner staying on even when set on low. Test unit and found switch keeping burner on not regulating the temp. Found burned up switch and replaced switch test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site for will not drain with error code F4 or F9. Upon arrival , ran diagnostics and get error code F8-E3 over flow. Door is unlocked with soaking wet towels. Removed towels and there is no visible standing water. Test unit by running a normal cycle without laundry or detergent. Unit fills and begins washing correctly. Found during draining the pump energizes but all water remains. Will need to order 2 man and return with prescreened parts. Office to reschedule ; O-emld tckt"

Arrived on site to test unit for unit tripping breaker. Turned bake on to 500 to see if it tripped the breaker and unit pre heated correctly without tripping breaker once. Called techline #7740572388 and test elements and elements are with in correct ohms. Reported to safety too job complete.
