During testing, found that the igniter was sparking but not making proper contact with the bake burner, causing unignited gas to escape and produce a gas odor. After multiple ignition attempts, the oven eventually ignited on the third try; however, the igniter continued to spark even after flame was established. This indicates that the DSI (Direct Spark Ignition) control board is not properly sensing flame presence. To correct the issue, ordering a new DSI board and bake igniter. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to replace the ice maker in the RC section. Upon arrival, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes in test 56 and found E0-no errors. I tested the ice maker in test 57, and it harvested as designed. I tested the fill tube in test 45, and I could hear the valve energizing, but no water filled the tray. I removed the ice maker fascia and found the fascia heater shorted. I gained access to the fill tube heater and found it had shorted and melted the fill tube and the icebox cover. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that I would have to order more parts. I am ordering the icebox cover, fill tube, fill tube heater, ice maker fascia, hv control, permagum, and will return with all prescreened parts. At the customers request, I scheduled return service for 11/03/25. RETURNING TECH TO REPLACE THE ICE MAKER, FILL TUBE, FILL TUBE HEATER, ICEBOX COVER, ICE MAKER FASCIA, & HV CONTROL. Builder had removed oven after removing the stripped screw. Reinstalled into cavity. Failure is triggered by GFCI nuisance tripping. Advised on burnoff being the recommended whirlpool repair, and to have the breaker updated with the newest model and version available from the breaker manufacturer. No other repairs recommended for this issue. Called findings into safety, SR213231954."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and repalced the compressor, access valve, and UV dye drier. I evacuated the system and then cleared it with nitrogen. I checked pressures just before clearing and found the system holding 200psi of nitrogen telling me there's no leaks in the system. I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and UV dye drier and vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi. I installed 65g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the unit to equalize. Plugged the unit in and tested and found the unit is cooling, and both evaporators are producing a frost pattern. Unit will need to cool for at least 24 hours. Unit is operating as designed, and no wate were observed during service. Job completed. There is no one on site to sign for the receipt (vacant new build)."

Vertical play in the agitation shaft cuases noisy gear constact on the splutch when there is the upward pressure of water in the load. Repalced actuator w11481722 and gearcase W11454741. Tested unit into wash cycle and passed previous failure point because there is no vertical play in the new shaft. Advised customer on repair.

Arrived on WDF332PAMS0 Dishwasher not reaching temp. When running diagnostics no errors are present. I ran the sink for a bit and started a test cycle. Unit filled with hot water. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS315SDHM12 no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit on and cooling, but there was a bottle of water inside the FC sectionmand it was not frozen. I gained access to the evaporator and found a frost pattern, but the back 3 coils were not frosted. I stuck my wet finger to the coils that had a small amount of frost on them and my finger stuck. It did not stick to the back 3 coils. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the sealed system components, and found the cap tube positi9ned at a 90-degree angle coming out of the cabinet. I corrected the cap tube and attempted to take the sink out of it. I found the evaporator beginning to get a better frost pattern on it and recommended that maintenance monitor the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed ."

Customer provided a video recording of the noise, which resembled a buzzing or feedback sound coming from the console area rather than from the drum or motor assembly. Inspected internal components including the blower, drum rollers, idler pulley, and motor all tested good with no abnormal wear or noise present. Determined the sound is originating from the console, likely due to an internal speaker or electronic component malfunction within the user interface.Ordering a new console to resolve the issue. Arrived on site to inspect oven/microwave combination unit for a reported issue with the microwave element support being broken. Confirmed that one of the element supports in the microwave cavity was damaged and not holding the element properly. Removed the broken support and installed a new one. Secured the element and verified it was mounted correctly. Tested microwave operation by heating a cup of water unit heated properly and operated quietly with no abnormal noises or movement from the element.Unit is now working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite JBZFL30IGX10 and repaired unit which stopped producing ice. Found splatter had caused level arm to freeze in place. Cleared ice and improved splatter guard. No parts. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.

Arrived onsite unit 314 and found WRS335SDHM07 fridge freezing at 28f under the juice on the top shelf. Damper door frozen open. Repaired by replacing the damper W11645127. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised maintenance on repair.

Arrived on site for dryer making loud vibration noise . Found blower housing was bent in allowing gasket blower wheel to shake .
