"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator model MRSF6636RZ00 ice dispenser not dispensing and occasionally activating the ice door by itself. Upon future inspection I removed the dispenser assembly and inspected all wiring and visually wiring looked fine showing no issues.the customer was able to show 2 videos of the issue and I was able to see that the ice door motor was continuing to move to the closed position even after being closed indicating an issue fining home position. I also observed the auger not rotating when pad and door opened. I replaced the auger motor due to failing, I replaced the ice door due to the loosing home position and continuing to run which likely caused damage to the door motor. I replaced and pad due to a high likelihood of shorting. I reassembled and tested the unit and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11098702 W11759341 W11202789"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher model KDTE254ESS2 leaking. Upon futher inspection, the customer advised that their cabinets had heaving water damage (photos) I gained access to the underside of the machine and found that the leak was originating from the diverter motor during operating. As I pulled the motor out. I used a shop vac and vacuumed out the standing water and used towels to soak up the remaining water. As I pulled out the sump and motor I found that there was damage to the wire harness connector to the diverter motor as well. I am ordering the harness and returning with prescreened parts. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS555SIHZ09, not making ice. Upon further inspection, I went to test temps in the freezer (FC) section and found frost built up on the evap cover. I removed the evap cover to gain access to the evaporator, defrost element, and thermistor. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost thermistor, and the UI was showing the thermistor to be open. I tested the defrost function, and the element is getting hot. I tested the thermistor while engulfed in ice/frost, and it was reading at 5.16 kohms equivalent to approximately 52 degrees, which is why it's not going into defrost mode. Using my steamer, I removed the ice from the evaporator and removed and replaced the defrost thermistor and tested. The unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours, and after that, they should start to see the ice maker making ice. "Arrived on site for range WFES3030RS2 tripping the breaker. Found breaker tripping automatically when unit is plugged in. Isolated all components and still the breaker would trip. Called checkline, for assistance, and spoke toChris SR#21635291. We found that there was continuity between the neutral wire and chassis. Disconnected the neutral wire at a terminal block from the power cord and this terminated continuity. Determined there is a breakdown in the cord. Builder will need to replace cord. Left unit unplugged for safety. Job complete"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRFF3436RZ00 that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area of. The customer advised that the m it does make ice, but that they were having an issue dispensing ice. I removed the ice container and found ice had clumped at the bottom. I asked the customer if they had tried removing the ice tray and they said that they couldn't remove the ice container. I showed them how to do it and removed the small clump of ice. I pushed the ice container back into position and tested the ice dispenser. I found the machine dispensing ice as designed. After a minute I found the machine dump ice and refill. I found no leaks present inside of the ice container. The unitnis working and operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for washer, that was showing over sudsing error code. On arrival, confirmed, issue and found f0e2 and f3e1. Upon further inspection, I found that the pressure switch, it had no clogs, breaks or kinks in the line, and the customer had not been using too much soap. However, I did find a clog in the drain pump and the drain pump getting weak. Uh, I ended up removing vlog and replacing the pump with w11578225, then reassembled and tested unit and found washer, working as designed with no leaks, an informed customer now that the old soapy water is not mixing with the new soapy water, the error code should no longer come back call complete."

Entered service mode and retrieved F6E1 (ACU no response), F7E1 (wash motor failure), F9E1 (drain failure), and F10E2 (vent wax motor electrical fault) error codes. Ran test cycle; fill began normally but an immediate loud buzzing came from the sump area before the first fill stage finished. The noise is a failed single-speed wash motor being commanded on far too early indicating a sequencing issue with the control. Additionally, the vent wax motor never received voltage and did not engage the entire test. Recommend replacement of sump and motor, control and vent. Tested ice maker and watered dispenser and found no leaks and found ui, also working as design call complete"

Arrived on site for a dishwasher JDPSS246LL1 with no power. Customer said it happens intermittently. Found no loose connections at the previously repaired connections. I opened the door and found the black line kinked at the inline fuse. When I straightened it out it broke completely. I'm ordering a W11708398 harness for the return visit. Arrived onsite for JFFCC72EHL03 with temp fluctuation accompanied by fan noise concerns. Spoke with Mr. Regarding symptoms. Customer reported hi fresh food temps and lack of ice production. Cuwtomer defrost off and open on their own for 2 days and reported fan was still noisy however it began operating with proper temps. Unit temps at time of service are 36average in fresh food and 11f in freezer. Diagnostics mode testing of each fan showed the fans operating and quiet. Harvested the door icemaker due to report of slow production. Ordering icemaker to eliminate variable. Adjusted right side fresh food door to ensure optimal sealing and ordering door gasket due to torn tag. Returning with prescreened parts in case other symptoms develop. Arrived onsite for refrigerator making clicking noise and no cooling. I confirmed unit not cooling and compressor not running. I found the start device to click but not kick the compressor on. I replaced the W10873801 START DVC and compressor kicked on and equalized. Unit will now cool as designed and only the start device failed. Call complete. No leaks.

Arrived onsite for rust on unit. I confirmed rust was present near venting area. I took the door off and found the vent gasket in the correct alignment. I replaced the door panel and advised customer to crack the door open about 3/4 the way to let steam escape as this can be causing the rust or poor curating on the coat. Customer understands. Upon further inspection, I tested on all speeds, and on the lower speed, I could hear a tapping noise, and as the blower increased RPM's, the noise would go away. I gained access to the blower wheel and found the wheel taped with electrical tape due to the wheel being broken. When I went to replace the wheel, the part prescreened for today's service was damaged. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer WED7120HW1 not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit on timed dry with the door open and the door switch closed. I found the unit was not heating as I could not see the element illuminating in the back right vent area, and the unit wasn't getting hot. I did find that the unit is making an odd vibrating noise. I gained access to the element, which was recently replaced by this tech, and found the element, cutoff, thermostat, and fuse were all good. I tested voltage at the outlet and found the outlet not producing 240V. I tested voltage at the terminal block and found 123V from L1 to N and no voltage from L2 to N. I checked the outlet and found the terminal on the left side was not making good contact with the power cord prong. I removed all rollers and tension roller and cleaned the axles. Reassembled the unit and retested and found the noise still there, and it is coming from the back right roller. I found a screw that holds the heater box assembly to the rear bulkhead loose and tightened it. Retested, and the noise stopped. I advised the customer of my findings with the outlet and recommended they have the outlet replaced. I left the unit unplugged for safety. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for washing machine model MVW6200KW3 that won't work on any temperature selection besides hot. Customer stated that cold temperature selections will not complete cycles. "Arrived on site for dishwasher model WDF330PAHS3 not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Then customer advised that the lower rack would wash, but the upper rack would not. She had cleaned dishes at the bottom of the dishwasher that she had removed. Ran unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran unit through a diagnostic cycle and confirmed upper arm would not rotate and motor sounded weak. Checked spray arms and found no debris inside. Replaced wash motor W11025157 and tested unit. Unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete."

The product works as it's designed. I recommend that the client contact the gfci breaker company for information on the correct gfci breaker for the range.
