Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher KDFM404KPS3 leaking water out of the vent area after a cycle completes. Upon further inspection, I referred to service pointer W11783730 and ordered the control to fix the issue with the vent not closing when it should. Arrived on site unit 11412 to look at WDF332PAMS1 for customer complaint of door not closing. Found upper rack spray arm was not lining up with manifold preventing door from closing. I adjusted upper spray arm so it was in proper position to line up with manifold, unit tested good.

Arrived on site to install, previously diagnosed part on a dishwasher model WDP540HAMZ4. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the float cap W11814886 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose the dryer due to a stripped terminal block screw preventing a secure electrical connection. Disassembled the unit and inspected the terminal block assembly. Confirmed the terminal block was damaged and replaced it with a new terminal block. Reinstalled and properly tightened all power cord connections, ensuring correct wire placement and secure electrical contact. Reassembled the dryer and restored power. Tested the unit through a complete operating cycle. Dryer is heating and operating as designed with no issues found. Unit tested good. Job complete.

Arrived on site for dryer not heating. Dryer does turn on and turns. Vefified vent draft is good. Checked at junction and had 122 bk-wh, 122 rd-wh, wh-G= 0v. Bk-G=122, rd-G=122! Rd-bk=0. Removed plug and checked outlet. Getting bad readings. Went outside and turned off breaker (not tripped) flipped back on and now Im getting good voltage at outlet. Good voltage to junction. Unit is now heating properly. Breaker may be going bad. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator WRS588FIHZ04 with ice bridging. Found the fill line with ice buildup from seeping. I replaced the dual valve WPW10341320 and tested for leaks. No other issues or leaks detected.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the humidity sensor failure, I removed and replaced the sensor and tested. The customer advised that the RC section has continued to not cool. I tested temps in the RC=65 degrees. I tested the temps in the FC=9 degrees. I gained access to the sealed system compartment and placed my gauges on the sealed system and allowed the unit to equalize and found it equalizing to -10/0 psi. I turned the unit on and monitored pressures to find the system at -15/100 psi. Spoke with in house tech support GC and they suggested a possible leak in the high side, possibly at the pan heater. I inspected the pan heater and found some corrosion on the tubing and I could hear a gurgling in the system. It was agreed between myself and GC that the compressor and pan heater should be replaced in the sealed system. I advised my customer of this and am ordering the, pan heater, UV drier, access valve, CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST, and CNOTE-4 HOUR JOB. The built-in unit will have to be pulled out to complete the repair. Arrived on site to diagnose the dishwasher for intermittently turning itself on. Placed the unit into diagnostic mode and retrieved stored fault code F2E1 Stuck/Shorted Keypad. Cleared the error code and tested the user interface. The control responded inconsistently, confirming an internal failure of the console/keypad assembly. The shorted keypad can send false inputs to the control, causing the dishwasher to start or activate on its own. The unit will require a new console/user interface assembly to correct the issue. Cleared the code and checked the valve under the sink and found it turned off. I turned the valve on and could hear the water line pressurize. Waited 10 min but no one showed up. Unable to get signature.

Arrived on site for dispenser not working. Cx was pushing cup all the way up against the bottom of the dispenser which was not fully engaging the paddle. Showed cx on the paddle the tree dots, this is where the the top of the cup should be, any higher than that point and the paddle will not engage the switch on the bottom of the paddle. Dispenser is working fine.

Arrived on site for washer WTW4816FW3 with issue of makes loud whining or honking noise when it agitates. Upon arrival , ran diagnostics and get error code F7-E1 basket speed fault. Inspected surroundings before proceeding . Found floor liner is detached from plumbing in wall. Customer is aware. When inspecting motor, found actuator has failed causing cam pulley to fail. Belt fell off of cam and got shredded at motor pulley. I replaced cam W10721967, belt W11239857, and actuator W11481722. I test unit running a normal cycle and unit is operating as designed. Arrived on site to inspect washer model WTW4955HW3 continuously draining unless unplugged. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into service mode and observed error code F3E1. I checked the condition of the pressure hose and found no obstructions or damage. The control has a failed pressure sensor, which is causing it to drain continuously. Arrived on site for WRFC7036RZ01 with issue of intermittently not cooling correctly . Upon arrival, inspected unit and Fc is set to 1 and RC to 35. I ran temperature test using thermocouple and get 4 in Fc and 44 in RC. I found center mullion is not closing cause gap up and down length of door. I inspected door and finding mullion and door are not attaching correctly. Did find wear at bottom of mullion rubbing liner and wear at bottom of pivot block. Need to prefer Pivot block, mullion and left side door. I cannot find parts sheet for this model. I contacted parts department and said the parts will be researched. In the meantime time I have showed the customer how to manually close mullion until we return. Arrived in site for unit running when turned off. Upon arrival verified unit is draining when off. Checked error codes and have f9e9 and f9e1. Checked under unit for any damage for unplugged harness. None found underside looks good. Removed control and found it shorted. Replaced W11513246 control and tested unit via diag. Unit went through test cycle normally. Cx loaded unit with clothes and ran it and it is now working normally. No water leaks at this time.

Arrived on site (Unit 5203) to test unit WET4027HW2 for filling and draining. Upon arrival tenant stated unit will fill and then drain and cancel cycle. Verified issue; unit filled a quarter tub, then drain pump engaged, removed water, and canceled cycle. Inspected pressure hose and found a restriction. Cleared restriction and tested; unit now filled more than half the tub before drain pump energized and removed water, suggesting the pressure transducer was not reading water level correctly. Replaced control (W11629601) and ran calibration cycle successfully. Initiated normal cycle; unit filled a quarter of the tub and progressed to wash phase properly. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site for an electric dryer model WED4815EW1 that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does heat and tumble but it takes two hours to dry clothes or towels. I tested the unit and confirmed the unit was tumbling and heating. I checked airflow and found an airflow restriction with the vent hose attached. I removed the vent hose and found no debris inside of the vent hose but could notnsee in the wall as it goes straight up and through two more floors to the roof. I did advise the customer that they will need to have their vents cleaned for resolution. Call complete. No parts were installed.

Arrived on site to apartment 1137 for microwave WMH31017HS13 with issue of keeps tripping when heating something. Upon arrival, management states that it is intermittent and does not happen everytime. I test unit 5 times for 30 seconds and 5 times for 1 minute and cannot duplicate issue. I contacted Techline and spoke with Nate. I explained issue and all test done including inspection of door closing correctly and signs of warping on cavity near door. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRT549SZDM06 in apartment 2127 tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, maintenance advised that the unit is tripping the breaker when the unit is first turned on. Upon arrival, we found the breaker tripped and cycled power and the unit turned on and remained on the duration of the service call. I tested the compressor and found .4amps. I inspected the evaporator and found no frost pattern except at the very beginning of the tubing coming out of the cabinet at the top left corner. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS315SDHM13 not making ice, upon further inspection I found that the fill tube had frozen. I checked the water flow from the dispenser and found it to be very slow. I removed the filter and it did not change. I gained access to the homes water valve and found it was on however after switching it from off ok on a couple times the water flow was restored. I cleared the ice from the fill tube and tested the ice maker and it is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to replace the oven door latch that was previously ordered. Verified the customers complaint and installed the new door latch. After completing the repair, reassembled the unit and tested operation by starting a bake cycle and monitoring the preheat process. During testing, the door latch operated properly; however, the control console developed a separate issue. The display became unresponsive during preheat and remained stuck at 305F, failing to continue advancing toward the set temperature. Performed a control reset and attempted the preheat cycle again, but the console continued to freeze at 305F with the same symptoms. Based on the testing results, the new door latch is functioning correctly, but the console has an internal failure and will need to be replaced to complete the repair. Ordering a new console. Arrived on site to look at model MHW5630HC3 found what looked like washer sheets or dryer sheets in drain filter. I removed debris from filter, unit tested good with no leaks.

Arrived onsite and was able to activate drain and remove the mold water. WTW4655JW2. Continuous drain symptom. New control may be needed. Running clean washer cycle. No leaks. No parts.

Arrived on site to replace the motor and blower wheel that were previously ordered. Disassembled the dryer and removed the failed motor and damaged blower wheel. Installed the new motor and blower wheel, then reassembled the unit. Ran the dryer through a complete operational test and verified that the drum rotated properly, airflow was normal, and the previous abnormal noise was no longer present. The dryer is now operating quietly and performing as designed. Unit tested good. Job complete.

Arrived on site to washer stopping at rinse cycle. Washer was moved to 12105 an unoccupied unit. Ran diagnostics and no fault codes. Ran component test and checked water valves, both good and correctly hooked up. Ran agitation test and washer agitated and ran spin test and washer spun fine. MED5605RW0 Arrived on site for a dryer making nosies. On arrival,I verified the issue. Further inspection I found the rollers have failed as well as the motor and fan. I replaced the rollers with the repair kit. I replaced the motor and blower fan then tested product is working as its designed. I recommend the client contact the landlord so they can send a professional dryer duct cleaning company. The ventilation to the home is in poor condition.

Arrived on site for washer WFW560CHW4 that is leaking from unit. Customer said they had got a good sized leak after running cleaning cycle. Customer observed suds to the top of the basket. I tested the unit and found there are still large amounts of suds. Customer only has had this happen during cleaning cycle. Advised suds need to be broken down and to switch from the pods, as they are too potent for a water softener. I also noticed a small amount it spray from the drawer when fabric softener is triggered. Installed new W11524105. Tested and found no leaks. Advised to keep running cleaning cycle.

Arrived on site for dryer not having any airflow. Snothing coming out of the vent. tarted dryer and confirmed drum turns on and spins. Found blower is turning. Found restriction inside the filter housing. Removed lint building up and test and dryer is not pushing air out vent. Found lint screen warped and pushing down the lint as it is removed. Arrived n site to inspect washer WTW4107SW0 not draining and not starting a cycle. Upon further inspection, I gained access to the underside of the machine and found that the bottom of the drain pump cover had a defect and caused it to fall and put strain on the drain pump connector. I found that the wire got pulled out of the connector. I repaired the connector and replaced the failed portion of the drain pump. I reassembled and tested the washer and is is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11790873

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS315SDHM0A no cool. Upon further inspection, I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and gained access to the compressor. Plugged the unit in and could hear the compressor humming then the start device clicked. Using my tester start device, I placed it on the compressor and tested again and got the same results; the compressor is locked up. I evacuated the system and cleared it with nitrogen, then removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and UV dye drier and pressurized the system with nitrogen. I checked for leaks and found none. I vacuumed the system down to-30/0 psi and monitored pressures. Pressures held good and I installed 68g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. Plugged the unit in and tested and re-checked for leaks and the unit is operating as designed and no system leaks found. No water leaks observed during service and I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for 24 hours before placing food items inside. Job completed. WPW10143759, W11506635, W11580057

Secured both wires and tested unit; cycle engaged properly with all components operating correctly. Proper voltage is present under load. Arrived on site to test unit MEDC465HW0 for not heating and broken lint trap. Upon arrival verified issues, found drum tumbling but unit not heating. Also found lint trap screen torn allowing lint to escape. Tested components and found element reading open, with bracket compromised and coil broken. Replaced element (279838) and lint trap (W11778253). Ran test cycle; unit now properly heating. Unit is now running as designed, job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose the unit for intermittent beeping during operation. Spoke with the customer to verify the reported issue, then tested the unit by starting a Normal wash cycle. The unit powered on properly, filled with water, and advanced through the cycle without any abnormal beeping or interruptions. Verified that the drain pump operated correctly and the unit drained as designed. Inspected the base of the dishwasher and found no water present in the drain pan. Entered diagnostic mode and checked for stored fault codes; no error codes were present. Ran the unit through diagnostics and all components responded and operated within normal specifications. At this time, I was unable to duplicate the customers complaint. The unit is operating as designed with no faults found during todays visit. Advised the customer to monitor the unit and, if the beeping returns, to note when it occurs and what part of the cycle the unit is in to assist with further diagnosis. Job complete.

Areived on site for washer not working. Verified pressure system fault and drain pump running continuously. Removed and replaced control board w11607637. Recalibrated washer and ran auto test. Arrived on site to install previously ordered parts. Replaced W11454372 gear case and W11409708 guard. Motor and suspension were in great shape. Tested unit via diagnostics and unit is now working normally at this time. No water leaks at this time.

Arrived on site for oven not working properly. Upon arrival found Bake reaching 350F but within 20 minutes. Customer suspects its the temperature sensor. Checked incoming voltage while running oven and found voltage to be correct. Unit is on a non GFCI. Checked bake and broil resistance from the control and found broil reading 13.3 but bake is OL. Read ohms from the bake harness and found 2.2 and jumps to 8.9 ohms. Read directly at the element and found 13 and jumps to 12 ohms. Next tech to replace main harness, bake harness, bake element and temp sensor. Ordering W11729984 main harness, W11172528 bake harness, WP9755770 bake element and W10833885 sensor. No parts replaced. Arrived on site for washing machine not agitating. Upon arrival tested unit and can hear unit agitating when running. Opened lid and spun agitator with my hand and it is completely loose. Arrived on site to address the dryer door opening in the wrong direction, causing it to contact the wall and limiting access to the drum. Disassembled the door assembly and transferred the hinges, latch, and associated hardware to the opposite side of the cabinet. Reinstalled the door, ensuring proper alignment and a secure seal against the cabinet. Verified the door opened and closed smoothly, latched correctly, and had adequate clearance from the wall. Ran an operational test to confirm normal dryer operation after the door reversal. Unit is functioning as designed. Job complete.

WRFC5236RZ00 Arrived on site from previous tech visit to install parts. I installed the icemaker. I did find icebuild coming from the evaporator. I removed icebuild. I uploaded photos of the mullon between the RC and FC it was bone dry. Further inspection, I found the heater has failed, not defrosting the evaporator. I ordered the control board, evaporator cover,heater, and wireharness. No water leaks visible from the main water supply. Arrived on site for oven MOEC6030LZ01 that has some kind of substance leaking in it. Examined unit and found some kind of thick fluid or grease trail hsd dripped down the back of the front panel glass. I disassembled the door and also showed customer how to do this in case they need to clean again. Cleaned up and reassembled door. Unit working as designed.

Arrived onsite for washer WTW5000DW2 shaking violently. Inspected and found suspension shot, basket, tub has no stability. Replaced suspension W11130362. Tested and unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking. Verified dishwasher was leaking from where the diverter motor sits. Removed ajd replaced wash motor assemby. Arrived on site to install ordered parts on a washer MTW5600RW0. Installed the hmi w11675701 and ran a factory cycle without any issues or leaks.

Arrived on site for unit powering cycling randomly when in use. Upon arrival ran all individual component test and on Vent Test Off, found F7E9 vent motor error. All other functions work. Ran 5 minute consumer cycle on 100% power and found unit shut off after 1 minute. And cycled back in again. Tried reheating again immediately and did not power cycle after 10 minutes of use. Called techline and spoke with John SR#24375537 and advised to replace vent motor. If that doesnt work, then will need to replace Ui and control. Replaced W11662713 vent motor. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator ED5PVEXWS06 not dispensing. Customer stated that when they moved in the unit wasnt cooling. They did a reset and now everything is working. Temps are good and unit is making ice. No other issues or leaks detected.

Arrived on site unit 2414 to look at model WETLV27HW3 for customer complaint of unit running drain pump constantly. Found issue with the control board. I replaced control under S153EB, calibrated and tested, unit tested good. Part used w11607637 new control board s/n w11130853j606817022di

I arrived on site for a washing machine model MTW4200SW0 that is not completing cycles and is keeping the lid locked. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they ran 4 washes and then it quit. They said they drained outnthe water to remove the clothes. I ran the unit it through diagnostics and found an F9 E1(long drain) error code. I gained access underneath and found the connector for the drain pump had been seperated from the drain pump. I fixed the connector back onto the drain pump and found the machine begin to drain. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit stuck in a drain and flashing an F9 E1 error code, even with the unit completely drained. I checked thenpressure hose and found no kinks or debris inside, indicating a control failure. I replaced the main control W11836791 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for unit with leak. Found upper washarm had defective mount and had become dislodged and was creating rregular basin roll resulting in small door leak. Repaired by securing upper washarm. Tested wash cycle. Leak resolved. No parts. No leaks.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts on a refrigerator model WRFF3736SZ0. Inspected unit and work area. I found the fascia UI sent with me was the cover for the dispenser UI. I replaced the dispenser UI and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for no drain dishwasher. Upon arrival set unit to drain and can hear drain pump humming but not moving. Pulled out unit and inspected drain pump. Found debris is pump causing it not to spin. Removed debris and tested but pump draining slowly. Removed and inspected pump and found it defective. Replaced W11497943 drain pump and tested unit. Unit is now working as designed. No water leaks at this time.
