Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRT112CZJZ01 no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the FC section with a sheet of ice in the bottom and the evap cover covered with ice at the bottom. Also found water on the top shelf in the RC section. I attempted to remove the evaporator cover, but due to the amount of ice accumulation, I wasnt able to remove it without damaging other parts. It appears that the drain tube is clogged causing the defrosted water to backflow back into the FC bottom and freeze. I advised the customer that they would need to unplug the unit to allow it to defrost and I had them sign the waiver of damages from defrosting the refrigerator. I recommended that they place towels around the unit to soak up any water that might leak. Ths customer provided some towels and I assisted them in placing the towels around the unit and placed one inside the RC section on the top shelf. I left the unit unplugged to allow it to defrost. I scheduled return service for 04/28/26 and will return with all prescreened parts. No water leaks observed during service. ; schdld next appmnt for 4/28 TUE !

Arrived on site to inspect dryer model WGD4850HW2 not drying. Upon further inspection, I tested the airflow and found in the dryer had a restricted airflow through his events. I found that dryer was heating properly and cycling. I did find that the timer had an excessive amount of play and movement. I replaced the timer and let the customer know that the vents have a restriction and will need to be professionally cleaned or checked. No gas leaks observed during service. WPW10436302

Arrived on site to complete repairs on washer WFW4720RW0 not spinning. Removed and replaced both the stator W11746646, and Control W11747035. I tested the unit and confirmed error is gone and unit is working as designed. Confirmed no water leaks. Repair completed.

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not washing properly. Placed the unit into diagnostic mode and retrieved an F7E1 error code indicating a wash motor/heat issue and lack of proper heating during the cycle. Ran the unit through a test cycle to verify the complaint. The dishwasher initially began washing correctly; however, shortly after, the wash motor shut off during operation. Checked voltage at the motor and confirmed it was receiving proper voltage, indicating a failed sump and motor assembly. Explained findings to the customer and proceeded with repair. Arrived on site to inspect range WFES5030RS0 getting too hot. Upon further inspection, ths customer advised that while using the oven, the control panel and cooktop get extremely hot to touch. I tested the oven on Bake at 350 degrees and using my infrared gun, I checked the surface temps on the panel, cooktop, door/handle, and sides. After approximately 30 mins of testing, I checked the temps around the unit and found temperature ranges from 89 degrees at the far right corner of the control panel to 189 degrees on the cooktop at the gap between the cooktop and panel under the control panel. I contacted techline and spoke to Kurt and advised of the complaint and my findings. Kurt advised that the cooktop has no heat limit; knobs 167 degrees limit, and painted metal 152 degrees. I found the control panel, at the bottom under the control, was approximately 139 degrees. The knobs were reading between 79-86 degrees which is well within range. Kurt advised that with my temp readings, the unit is operating as designed and provided Case #23313563. Kurt recommended that I refer the customer to customer care if they have questions or concerns. I advised the customer of my testings and conversation with techline and referred them to customer service. I advised the customer that the case number would be included in my notes that I would email to them. Unit is operating as designed and no repairs needed at this time. Job completed.

I found the UI would allow me to make selections but found no components running. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found the unit would show me thermistor readings but would not activate any tests. I gained access back to the UI and found signs of corrosion from the old UI. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andrew SR # 23312778. He had me send him some photos and advised he needed me make a few checks through the wire harness. He advised he didnt believe the connectors were actually corroded and advised he believed that the issue would be with the main control. I replaced the control WPW10739408 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose a range with the complaint of the oven not reaching the set temperature. Set the oven to 350F and allowed the unit to fully preheat. After preheat, monitored the temperature over several heating cycles to properly evaluate performance. Used a temperature probe to record the high and low swings during operation. Observed the unit cycling as designed, with temperatures rising above and dropping below the set point. Calculated the average temperature across multiple cycles and found the average temperature to be approximately 357F. This reading is within acceptable tolerance of the set temperature, indicating the oven is operating properly. No issues found with heating components or temperature regulation. Unit tested good. Arrived on site to test unit for not working properly, tested unit found drain pump not turning off,inspected pressure hose and found no issues, replaced control (W11607637) and tested unit is now running as designed no leaks detected job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for freezing in RC, tested unit found multiple items frozen and no air circulation is restricted, Replaced control (W11546690) and Rc thermistor (WPW10384183) advised customer to monitor for improvement, at this time unit is running as designed no leaks detected job complete

Arrived on site for washer MVWB765FW4 with error present. Tested unit and found lid lock error, and then console would just reset nonstop. I installed a new W10810403 lid Latch and tested the unit. Found everything started working properly after the latch was replaced. I checked the valve and did not confirm any weeping. It took an extra second to run out the remaining water, but is not weeping. I did notice ghe chassis is rusting heavily, and the section of lid holding the fill housing is rusted out. Customer inlet hoses are also completely rusted out. I advised they MUST replace those hoses as they are prone to leak any time. Once I finished repairs unit was working as designed with no leaks.

Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker, customer stated that 20 minutes into cycle the breaker trips every time they use it, inspected motor found discoloration in the motor windings causing by excessive heat, called safety to document, per safety motor and breaker will need to be replaced, case #23228989, rescheduled for 4/27; ordrng 1 279827 (Motor)

Arrived on site for icemaker not working. Upon arrival tablet was not working had terrible reception in house had to keep going outside. Service in area was terrible could not get ahold of PR or GC both in a meeting. Had to reschedule call due to no services customer was ok with it please send senior tech who knows this machine better and doesnt need services matter rescheduled for 4/27; schdld next appmnt for 4/27 MON AM

Arrived on site for a washer WFW92HEFC0 not draining. Accessed the pump and found it locked up due to debris. Replaced the pump wppw10605427 and tested in quick wash. Unit is draining as designed. No other issues or leaks detected.

Arrived on site to diagnose range for oven light not working. Test unit and found light not coming on. Test unit and found socket getting power but not coming on. Replaced socket test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit WFW6720RR0 for gasket issues. Upon inspection found inner clamp loose preventing proper gasket seal. Tightened clamp and secured gasket. Tested unit and verified proper sealing with no leaks present. Unit is now functioning as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher WDT730HAMZ1 not washing. Verified the motor not starting. I replaced the motor w11613480 and ran a quick cycle. Unit immediately started leaking from the middle of the sump. Could fill the water coming from a bad seal but not on the sides. Also found the heater is rusted. Arrived on site for under counter refrigerator KURL114KSB with issue of not cooling in compartments. Upon arrival unit is powered on with fans and compressor operating. There is no cooling and hot in the box. Need to order sealed system repair. Ordering compressor, drier and access valve. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and order part. Upon removing the basket, I found that the out side of the basket had heavy rust damage. I am ordering the basket. Arrived on site for freezer not freezing and door gasket falling off. Confirmed door gasket was coming off and not allowing the door to close. It is damaged. Found evaporator frozen over as the door has not been closed properly. Ran test mode and defrosted coil. Replaced door gasket.. verified operation. Call complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose range with oven not operating. Began by testing the unit and confirmed the oven would not turn on during a bake cycle. Accessed internal components and checked the glow igniter. Verified that proper voltage was being supplied to the igniter; however, the igniter failed to glow or draw current, indicating it was defective. Removed the faulty glow igniter and installed a new igniter. Reassembled the unit and retested operation. Oven ignited properly and began heating as designed. Allowed unit to cycle to ensure consistent operation. Unit is now functioning correctly. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose range with oven not operating. Began by testing the unit and confirmed the oven would not turn on. Checked bake function and traced issue to a faulty control board. Replaced the control board and retested; however, the oven still did not come on. Continued diagnosis by checking the gas valve and verified it was receiving proper voltage but not passing voltage to the glow igniter, indicating a failed valve. Replaced the gas valve and tested the unit again, but the oven still failed to ignite. Performed further inspection and found the glow igniter was shorted and not functioning. Replaced the igniter and retested the unit. Oven successfully ignited and preheated to 350F without issues. Monitored operation to ensure proper performance. No gas leaks detected at this time. Arrived on site to inspect dryer model WED560LHW2 making a lot of noise during operation. Upon further inspection, I gained access to the inside of the dryer and found that the blower wheel was cracked and making contact with the housing. I removed and replaced the wheel and applied some sound pads around the motor base and blower housing to cut down on excess vibration, I reassembled and tested. The dryer is now operating as designed. W11327190 W11113654

Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer making a squeaking noise. Turned the unit on and confirmed the squeaking started immediately during operation. Disassembled the unit by removing the front panel and drum to access internal components. Inspection revealed worn components within the dryer repair kit, including the idler pulley, drive belt, and drum support rollers. Replaced the complete repair kit to address the issue. Reassembled the unit and tested operation. Dryer is now running smoothly with no abnormal noise. Unit tested good. Job complete.

Arrived on site to inspect dryer MED6500MBK0 with long dry times and the door is difficult to open/close. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they found the reason the unit was taking so long to dry as the vent was clogged. I tested the unit with the door open and the switch closed and found the element illuminating in the back left corner vent. When I went to close the door, it didnt want to c.ose and I had to force it closed. I removed and replaced the strike and retested the door functions and it is opening/closing easier. The unit is operating as designed and no lint observed during service, job completed. W11429589

Arrived on site for an electric range model WFES4530SZ0 that jas black spots in the oven and has a smell. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that shes only had the machine 45 months, and she started noticing black spots developing inside of the oven. She also stated that she was told that the new oven smell would go away within a month of use, and it smells less than it did before, but she can still smell it when she runs the oven. I asked the customer how often they use the oven, and she advised that she may use it once a week. I explained that the smell will go away eventually, but it goes away as other smells from food cooking bind themselves to the liner. I checked the black spots the customer was talking about and advised that they appear to have been caused by oil splatter. I did explain that this would be deemed as a cosmetic issue as this will not affect the functionality of the machine. The customer advised she assumed that would be the case and I went over proper usage and care. The unit is working and operating as designed. No parts were installed. Call complete.
