"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not running. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found water at the bottom of the dishwasher. I attempted to drain the unit out and found that the dishwasher drain motor would not run. The customer advised theyve been having issues with it also leaking all over the floor. Around the throne, auto test to see if the unit would run and found no water draining out but water dripping from the motor assembly. Spoke to see ass and was advised that because of the unit model, we would need all the clamps and hoses with the pump and motor assembly. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is intermittently having problems starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any store in error codes. Around the unit through an auto test twice and could not get the unit to fault. Checked Internet, the washer and found all connections were good and no evidence of any oil, leaks or anything. I started numerous cycles with being able to start the washer each and every time. I had the customer attempt to start a cycle and found that the customer was not pushing in the start button completely. I did advise the customer of the service pointer (W11679421) referencing the intermittent issue with the start button. I did explain to the customer that this is normal operation, but that the customer will need to push in on the middle of the push to start button firmly and hold it for five seconds prior to releasing it. I also advised her that she will need to release her finger as quickly as possible as, releasing the button slowly can also have an effect on being able to start the unit. I advised the customer that this is normal operation and how the unit is designed. I had the customer start several cycles prior to leaving and to confirm if the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop burner not igniting. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found the front left burner not igniting. Also found the burner had the incorrect burner cap. The front right burner is the same as the front left and I took the burner cap from the right and placed it on the left and retested and found the ignitor not arcing now. Adjusted the ignitor and retested and it continued to fail. I raised the cooktop and found the ignitor harness badly crimped and found the wires broken inside. I straightened the harness and retested and it continued to fail. I am ordering the burner cap kit and front left ignitor/harness and scheduled return service for 02/12/24. Arrived onsite for a Washer that is agitates violently. Upon arrival I the customer was using the water and I also found. The unit out of plastic (see photos) and the customer available me that there complete it that the unit maker noise when in use. Upon testing the unit I found some noise coming for the back panel I adjusted it as the was a gap at the bottom which helped. I checked under the unit and found a detergent cap under the unit too which could have been contributing to the noises. I leveled the unit and put it back inline with the dryer and ran a quick wash cycle the drain and spin

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the FC door not closing correctly and there is a gap on one side. It also doesnt make ice. I found a 1/4 gap on the right side of the FC door due to the door not being clipped in on the lower right bracket. I corrected the door and removed the ice from the bin. The door closes properly now. The customer stated it started making ice again. I explained to the customer that the door not closing probably caused premature frost and ice on the evaporator causing the temps not to reach harvest temp or warmer and cause the bin to melt. At this time ice is being made properly and nothing is melting. Call complete.

Placed the panel back in its place and tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees. At the initial start-up, the ignitor took approximately 17 seconds before the burner ignited. I monitored the unit and when the burner was to ignite again, the ignitor took just over 20 seconds to re-ignite the burner. I am ordering the ignitor and scheduled return service for 02/12/24. Arrived onsite for washer not dispensing water. On inspection ran the unit in diagnostics mode and it filled normally. Had the customer explain to me what the issue was. Arrived onsite for a MW that makes rattling noises when using the vent on high. Upon arrival I tested then unit and found this to be true. Upon further inspection I found the mounting screws loose. I tightened the up and found the noises went away. Upon opening as designed

Arrived onsite for gas leak. On inspection gain access to the regulator and saw that the pipe dope was not put on correctly. I pulled the gas line off and removed the adapter to. I put tape on the adapter and reinstalled. When I turn the gas back on it the leak was twice bad. I removed everything thats when I saw the fracture in the gas regulator. Installed new regulator and reconnected all the lines. No more gas leak any more.

Arrived onsite for a DW that will beep at time and not start. Upon arrival I ran an diagnostic test and found no codes. And the unit ran with no issues. I ran the unit in normal mode and the unit beeped as though it did not detect that the door is closed. I am ordering the latch and the main control and reschedule in for 02/13/24; ordrng 1 W11412299 (LATCH-DOOR) and 1 W11672225 (CNTRL-ELEC)

"On arrival verified complaint of unit not making ice. Visual inspection shows ice maker is full but fill tube is filling with ice. Temp check shows -9F. Ice maker only makes 20 ice blocks per day. Unit is too cold to make ice. Recommend replacing the valve and ordering thermistor for FC and control. Ice container is physically broken and requires replacing. Ordering cold control, thermistor, and ice bucket. Reschedule for 2/12; ordrng 1 WPW10558424 (Ice bucket) and 1 W11650659 (Heater (with fan harness)) and 1 W11546609 (Control box)"

"Arrived on site for washer not starting or completing cycles. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found cold side inlet valve failing to allow water in. Rep,aced valve and tested unit. Found no leaks and washer working as designed call complete"

"Arrived onsite for range with F1E0 error. On inspection the unit had the error message displayed on the ui. Unplugged the unit for 30 seconds, plugged it back in and was good into diagnostics when the error came back up. Installed a new control board in range and now testing. The unit is operating as designed, heating unit to 350?. It heated to 350? with no error message. No gas leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site to test unit for melted gasket. Tested unit found silicone seal not applied properly from manufacture and could cause and RF leak. Will need to order microwave inner door to fix issue. Ordering part, office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11684570 (MW inner door)"

WFW5605MW0 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed and replaced the faulty tub assembly and tested. The unit operated as designed and I could not recreate any of the prior deficiencies. The replacement tub was noticeably quieter than the prior. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer stopping mid cycle. Upon further inspection, customer had the unit operating with a load and found when it got to approximately 19-20 mins left on a Timed Dry cycle and the unit would shut off. I found if turning the unit off and allowing it to cool, then turning the unit back on, it would operate. I found the drive motor is getting too hot and shutting down. I removed and replaced the motor and retested and the unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for a washer that goes from sense to done after you start a cycle. The customer stated thats not what is happening. What happens is when you power the machine up the sense light illuminates and fades away and nothing will happen after that no matter what buttons are selected or if the dial is turned. I found 126VAC to the main control and it was flashing normal. It appears the HMI is failing but will return with the encoder and main control too just incase. Ordering W11675701 HMI control, W11675700 encoder control, & W11627413 main control. Office to RS.; ordrng 1 W11675701 (HMI control) and 1 W11627413 (Main control) and 1 W11675700 (Encoder control)"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit displaying an error code of F9E1-long drain. I tilted the unit back and found the drain pump harness broken. Repaired the harness and placed the unit into diagnostics and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed"
