Arrived on site to look at model WTW4105SW0 for customer complaint of unit not starting a cycle and lid locked. Found lid locked and not responding to diagnostic mode. I manually unlocked the lid and tried to run diagnostic test cycle. Unit would not start diagnostic test cycle due to lid lock failure. I did not have the latch with my parts ordering latch, control, and other parts just in case. Latch needs to be replaced in order to run diagnostic test cycle. ; schdld next appmnt for 7/16 THU !

Arrived on site for a dryer MED5630HC1 not tumbling. I verified the issue and inspected the dryer. Found the idler pulley seized up. Used the repair kit 4392067 to replace the belt and pulley. Rollers are in good shape. Unit is heating and tumbling as designed.

Arrived onsite for unit leaving puddle of water, upon arrival i inspected underneath the unit and didnt see any damage to tub or components underneath to cause a leak. Inspected the rear of the cabinet and no water indications or damage is present, ran the unit five times and inspected underneath to find no leaks occurring underneath or around the unit, issue may lie with the foundation or pipes. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher WDT751SAPZ1 displaying error code F8E4. Upon further inspection, I placed the machine into diagnostics and observed error code F8E4 and F9E2 motor electrical problem. I found that the drain pump had not drained the water and caused overflow. I replaced the drain pump and cleared the error codes and reassembled and tested the machine. Arrived on site for an electric wall oven model JJW3430LL00 that is flashing an F8 E0 (low fan speed under-speed) error code. Inspected unit and work area. I confirmed the customers complaint as the error code pops up within a minute of starting the machine on a bake cycle. I gained access to the fan and found tue fan spinning freely and all electrical connections were tight. I replaced the blower fan W11598119 and tested the unit. I still found the error present. I checked the control and found the control was not sending proper voltage to the blower. I replaced the main control W11448961 and tested the unit. The unit it began to work and operate as designed. Arrived onsite for dispenser not working. Upon arrival dispenser was working and ice is coming out, customer stated it was intermittent, found auger working as designed, inspected the container and found the rod slightly bent which can cause misalignment and not allow dispenser to work, replaced the container and verified it is working as designed, call complete. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator KRFC302ESS09 over cooling and freezing items in the RC. Upon further inspection I checked temperatures and measured 38 RC and -1FC. I checked the gasket and found no issues. I gained access to and measured the RC thermistor and found it to be reading in accurately. I measured the temp in the sensor housing vs the RC and found it to be warmer at the sensor housing due to the thinner section of liner on the roof of the RC. I applied foil tape to the top and inside of the control and sensor housing to prevent warmer air from touching the sensor so it can sense the proper temperature. The unit is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived to unit 457 for unit not turning on. Upon arrival tenant actually stated there is a leak and it happens during running a cycle. Checked error codes and found F5E4 door not locked open error. Cleared code. Upon closer inspection, found water dripping from the front and saw debris and dog hair that is meeting between bottom lip of bellow and inner glass. Cleaned debris. Tested again and now issue is resolved with the leak. Ran over diagnostics and found latch clicked about 3 times before opening. Proceeded to replace W11565030 latch. Further inspection, I found the gasket not sealing the FC door, causing icebuild and condensation in the RC . I uploaded photos. Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer making a loud noise during operation. Started the unit and confirmed the abnormal noise was present while the drum was turning. Disassembled the dryer and removed the front panel to access the blower housing. Inspected the blower assembly and found the blower wheel had excessive wobble, causing it to contact the housing and create the noise. Verified the blower wheel was properly secured to the motor shaft, indicating the excessive play is due to a worn blower wheel and/or failing motor bearings. The dryer is not operating normally and requires replacement of both the drive motor and blower wheel to correct the issue. Ordering the required parts. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they had another company repair the unit recently by repairing the wiring harness at the bottom left hinge of the FC door. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker harvest in test 44 and if I moved the FC door just right, the ice maker would operate. I advised the customer that the door would have to be replaced and will take approximately 6-8 weeks to arrive. I am ordering the FC door and offics to schedule return service. Arrived on site to inspect dryer NED4655EW1 odors. Upon further inspection, ths customer provided some items that were clean and asked that I smell them. I found one item that had a dirty odor even though it was clean. I tested the dryer with the door open and the switch closed and could not smell any abnormal odors. The customer has a water softener system and she turned the unit on and once water filled the tub assembky, I smelled inside and could smell the bad odor. I advised the customer that they would need to clean their washer and have their water softener system inspected. The dryer is operating as designed and no lint observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site for an electric range model WFES3030RS0 that is not heating in the oven. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the cooktop works, but the oven does not. I found no lights on the control and the light did not come on when opening the oven door upon arrival. I checked voltage going to the unit at the terminal block and found proper voltage and polarity. I checked voltage going to the control and found 122.4 V but the contro, would not come on. Arrived on site to inspect dryer WED8500DC3 not tumbling after previous repair. Upon further inspection, I tested the dryer and found the drum to be tumbling while empty however when clothes were placed inside, it struggled to tumble. I verified proper incoming voltage. I gained access to inside of the machine and verified proper voltage to the motor. The motor had failed and could not run. I replaced the motor and reassembled and tested and the dryer in snow operating as designed. W11105178

Arrived on site to inspect venthood KVWB606DSS4 lights not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the lights and found only the back light will turn on. I tested the front lights again and found that theyre on, but it appears that theyre not getting 120V as theyre dim. I gained access to the lights and harness and when I wiggled the harness, the lights would flicker. I checked the connections to both lights and when I checked the left light connection, the red wire disconnected from the molex connector. It appears that the harness was not secured in the molex and would move around due to the vibration of the blower assembly. I reconnected the harness to the molex and pulled on it to make sure it was secured and retested the lights and found that they are operating as designed. I reassembled the unit and retested the lights with the blower on and the unit is operating as designed. I contacted techline to get my findings documented and spoke to Austin and advised of my findings and repairs. Austin sent a text to my phone and I provided a photo of my finding and he updated the information in his files and provided Case #24166786. Job completed

Arrived onsite for washer CE3200629 Intermittently giving communication error . Stored error codes 6/2 and 6/3 , not sure if deleted previously. Ui was previously replaced, replaced control W11797454. Ran calibration and cycletest. Unit is functioningproperly. Customer will monitor. Job complete.

Arrived on site to washer not draining. Verified drain pump not engaging. Found wire to drain pump broken. Removed and replaced wire harness w11590868. Tested washer and it filled, agitated, drained and spun. No leaks detected at time of service.

Arrived on site to test unit JBZFL30IGX20 for leaking ice maker. Upon arrival customer stated ice bin will get full of water and freeze into one block. Verified issue; found ice frozen in one solid block. Inspected ice maker and found motor-to-housing gaps filled with ice. Per TSP W11757132, ran test 66, confirming heater receiving 12VDC. Ran test 97; valve energized but no water flowed. Thawed fill tube and retested; water now flowing properly. Replaced UI (W11763848) and ice maker (W11646196). Filled motor-to-housing gap with silicone grease. Ran test 97 confirming proper fill with no leaks. Advised customer slight clumping may still occur, recommending ice removal every two weeks if present. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site for unit not drying dishes. Upon arrival confirmed the High Temp feature was on. Ran diagnostics and found heater not running. No continuity on the heater. Proceeded to replace W10518394 heater. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time

Arrived on site for f6e6 erroe code. Upon arrival I set the unit to bake at 350f. Unit heated up normally with no issues. Checked error codes in diag mode and found f6e6 and f2e1 code. Arrived on site to install the replacement lint screen that was previously ordered. Removed the damaged/defective lint screen and installed the new OEM lint screen. Verified that the lint screen fit properly and seated correctly in the housing. Tested the dryer to ensure proper airflow and confirmed the lint screen was functioning as designed. Unit tested good and is operating properly at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher MDTS7024SZ0 not washing properly. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed no error codes. Ran an automatic test and observed all components operating. I examined the spray arms and found the lower spray arm had come dismounted. The loose spray prevented proper washing. I reattached the spray arm and tested again and the spray arms are operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for ice machine KUIX535HPA01 not making sufficient ice. Unit is getting hot. Per previous visit replaced controlW11034363, UI W11325205 and transformer WPW10485951. Also found bin thermistor slightly out of range. Replaced thermistor WPW10511923. Ran unit and unit is making ice. Job complete

Arrived onsite for refrigerator WRFF3536SZ01 Left door not staying open and leaking from dispenser area. Called techline and spoke to Austin, case#24167265. Per service pointer ordering hinge kit that includes new closer for door issue and Separator for leak. Unit is not technically leaking but is condensating due to air gap in dispenser assembly. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS325SDHB05 not cooling. Upon further inspection, I found both compartments cool, but not to the temps that they should be. I found a large amount of frost/ice built up on the FC evap cover and all fans operating. I pulled the unit out and checked the compressor and found it operating but very hot as if it has been operating non-stop. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended that they unplug the unit to allow it to defrost due to the amount of frost/ice on the evap cover. I provided a waiver of damages when defrosting the refrigerator and the customer read and signed it. I recommended that when they defrost the unit to place towels around it to catch any water that might leak from the unit. I rescheduled service for 07/15/26 and recommended defrosting the unit 24-36 hours prior to my return, but it would be best to go ahead and unplug the unit now to give the compressor a break and prevent any further damage to the unit. No water leaks observed during service and I will return with all prescreened parts.; schdld next appmnt for 7/15 WED !

Arrived on site for a washer MTW6205RW1 making a grinding sound. Customer had a video of the issue. Inspected the gearcase and found a large amount of oil. I replaced the gearcase w11807607, stator w10915700, clutch w10754448, rotor w10915701 and slider w10734521. Ran a calibration cycle and a full factory cycle without any issues or leaks.

Arrived on site to test unit for not dispensing detergent, tested unit found failed dispenser, replaced dispenser W10861000 and tested unit is now running as designed no leaks detected job complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator MFI2570FEB11 not making ice. Checked icemaker and found a cube frozen to the side of the icemaker keeping the bail arm from fully falling. Removed cube and tried to cycle. Found icemaker just grinded and couldnt move ice out of the mold. Installed a new W11692161 icemaker to resolve. Verified icemaker filled immediately. Repair completed.

Arrived on site for a microwave model WMMS3130RB03 that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. I tested the microwave and found the turntable and fan running, but did not hear the magnetron try to activate. I checked all door switches and found all making and breaking properly. I checked voltage out of the control and found 121.7 V going through the magnetron relay. I pulled down tue unit and gained access inside. I found the white wire going to the magnetron thermostat had not been connected from the factory, casuing the issue. I connected the magnetron thermostat to the harness and tested the unit. The unit began to heat and operate as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

Arrived on site for refrigerator making noise. cx stated that the noise was random, also that the deli drawer would not stay closed and when you open the doors it would open.verified that the damper was making a slight ticking noise and deli drawer was not staying closed. Pulled out drawer and nothing behind drawer. Unit was level and slightly tilted back. Advised cx I will order rails for pantry drawer and replace damper on return visit. ; ordrng 1 W10499289 (Pantry slide) and 1 W11759682 (Pantry slide RH)

Arrived on site for refrigerator WRF540CWHZ01 leaking water / building ice. Found a trail of ice from the front of the icemaker, where the mold is leaking. Its causing water to get into the sliders and freeze them as well. Replaced icemaker with new W10884390. Verified unit filled properly. Advised to open doors / defrost freezer to keep the rails from losing lubrication. Unit working as designed.

Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Broke out agitator and replaced gearcase (W11449840), splutch (W10721967), actuator (W11481722), belt (W11239857), agitator (W11550891), and suspension (W11396716). Ran calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.
