WFES3030RSO Arrived on site for a range that didnt turn on they had to flip the breaker. On arrival, the client stated that when preheating the oven, it trips the breaker. I removed the ground wire and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I rewired the ground wire back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I recommended leaving the oven on for one hour. I also recommend using the oven more to help prevent the issue. The client should contact a gfci breaker company for information on the correct gfci breaker for the range. No parts used product works as its designed.

Arrived on site for a washer MVWX655DW2 tripping the breaker randomly. I ran three full factory cycles without any issues. Pump tested 20ohms after using it. Power is correct at the wall. No visible issues with the gearcase or harness. Basket spins freely. Advised the customer to use a different circuit to rule out the breaker. No other issues or leaks detected.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRFC5236RZ00 that is not making ice and is leaking water out of the freezer. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machine does not make ice in either section and they are getting frost and ice build-up in the freezer that leaks onto the floor. I confirmed the customers complaint and found what appeared to be a clogged drip pan under the freezer evaporator. I took temperature in both compartments and found the freezer at 19F, and the refrigerator at 43F. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found the upper icemaker harvest, the lower ice maker not even activate when calling for the freezer icemaker test, and found all other components (fans and thermistors) within range. I gained access into the freezer section and found one of the wires broken on the icemaker harness, causing the lower icemaker issue. I esteemed off all ice inside of the drip pan and drain tube. I found more eyes spilled up in the right-side return air channel from the refrigerator section. I steamed out that as well and reassembled the unit. Ordering the icemaker W11788019 and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock item. Arrived on site to replace previously ordered part. Upon arrival proceeded to replace W11512450 door. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed.

Arrived onsite for power cycling during the wash. Determined power supply connection to the control board was not making good contact with the control pin at the molex and intermittently caused power cycling. Repaired wire harness pin alignment in molex by fully seating power supply pin. Tested unit again and problem resolved. No parts . No leaks.

Arrived on site for ice maker shutting off. Cx stated that the ice maker will shutoff by itself. Checked ice maker is working normally. I believe what is happening is that the ice bucket gets full and the cx uses it and the ice gets pushed to the front of the bin and an ice cube hits the switch and turns off the ice maker. The cx doesnt use ice that often so the ice bin is always full and fills up to the bottom of the ice maker. Advised cx that the switch can be taped to the on position and this may fix the issue. Used a piece of thermal tape to tape the switch to the on position. Advised cx to use icemaker as normal and see if this fixes the issue.

Arrived on site to diagnose a range displaying F3E0 Oven Temperature Sensor Open or Disconnected. Verified the fault code on the display and began diagnosis of the oven temperature sensor circuit. Pulled the range out to gain access to the rear of the unit and inspected the oven temperature sensor wiring and harness connections. Found the temperature sensor connector had become disconnected, causing the control to lose communication with the sensor and generate the F3E0 error code. Reconnected and secured the sensor connection, ensuring the harness was fully seated and making proper electrical contact. Reassembled the unit and cleared the fault code.Tested the range by preheating the oven to 350F. The oven preheated normally without displaying any additional error codes. Verified the temperature sensor was communicating properly with the control and that the heating elements operated as designed throughout the preheat cycle.Unit is now operating properly and heating as designed. Arrived on site to diagnose the dishwasher for poor cleaning performance. Tested the unit through a wash cycle and verified that it filled with water properly. Once the wash cycle began, the circulation pump attempted to operate, but there was insufficient water pressure being delivered to the spray arms, resulting in poor wash performance. Further inspection revealed the lower spray arm was damaged, with a split in the arm allowing water to escape from the side instead of being directed through the spray nozzles. The upper spray arm was also found to be clogged with debris, restricting water flow and preventing proper spray coverage. Based on the diagnosis, the unit will require a new sump and motor assembly to restore proper circulation, along with replacement of both the upper and lower spray arms. Arrived on site to install previously ordered parts. Upon arrival, found that drainage and shaking issues were not addressed. Arrived on site for unit not heating properly. Upon arrival ran test with thermocouple and found correct temperatures. Suspecting the 3rd party inspector read his/her thermometer about 45 seconds after the machine reached 350F preheat temp. That will allow the their thermometer to read at 380F -ish. The machine has to relay the bake element at least once to get a true reading. So with that being said my thermocouple (which is the most accurate temperature readers for ovens) reads at 354F to 355F. Informed general contractor on site and agreed. Unit is functioning as designed. No parts needed

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator JFFCF72DKL06 temps. Upon further inspection, I found the unit cooling as designed. The customer advised that intermittently the RC section will get too warm as theyve seen the UI temp reading at 57 and 68 degrees. I inspected the FC evap cover and found no ice on it. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested per the tech sheet and found the unit operating as designed. While in diagnostics, I set the defrost time to every 8 hours. With the customer information, it seems that the unit has a control issue. I inspected the airflow returns and found the right side half blocked and the left side appeared to have some styrofoam insulation missing. I disassembled the FC section and gained access to the evaporator and airflow returns. I found a large amount of insulation in the evap drip pan (photos). I checked the right side return and found a large piece of insulation inside and removed it. I advised the customer of my findings. Also, I found the defrost bimetal positioned incorrectly on the cap tube and moved it to the suction line and adjusted the tubing towards the back of the FC wall. With the unit operating as designed and Im unable to duplicate what the customer experienced, i recommended that they monitor the unit and keep our office updated. I reassembled the unit and recommended they allow the unit cool for 24 hours before it gets back to set temps. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer with the Check Vent indicator illuminating during operation. Verified the customers complaint and tested the unit through multiple cycles. During diagnosis, found the control board was not functioning properly. In addition to falsely illuminating the Check Vent light, the control board was also causing the interior drum light to operate incorrectly, confirming an internal control failure. Replaced the defective control board and reassembled the unit. Tested all dryer functions, including cycle operation, heating, drum rotation, interior light operation, and indicator lights. After replacement, the dryer operated normally and the Check Vent light no longer illuminated during testing. As part of the diagnosis, inspected the blower wheel for damage or looseness and verified it was secure and operating properly. Also checked the moisture sensors and found them functioning within specifications. No restrictions or mechanical issues were found inside the dryer.Advised the customer that if the Check Vent light illuminates again in the future, it will most likely indicate an external airflow restriction, such as a clogged or restricted vent system, rather than an issue with the dryer itself. WTW4107SW0 Arrived on site for a washer, not spinning and leaking water from the back. On arrival, the client stated the laundry room floor was covered in water. He also said that the washer washing spinning all the water out the clothes with the agitator on . He said that after removing the agitator, it started working. I have looked at every part of the washer . From under the chassis, no signs of water stains, no oil leaks, no broken wireharness. I checked the water valves no signs of water leaks . I removed the back panel and inspected the drain hose and pressure hose no issues. The only issue that I found was it was a little off balance. I balanced it and then calibrated. I ran a test on the quick wash with the agitator on and off . The product is working as it is designed with no water leaks visible no parts used.

Arrived on site to complete the repair by replacing the main wire harness and microwave assembly. contacted Techline and performed the recommended diagnostic testing with their assistance. During testing, it was determined that the newly installed microwave components were operating properly, but the door assembly was causing the intermittent no-power condition due to a faulty internal door switch mechanism. Arrived on site to look at model MVW4505MW2 for customer complaint of unit knocking during spin and taking a long time to spin. I ran a quick wash with clothes, and drain and spin, unit tested good, found drain hose may have been causing knocking, instructed customer to wash like items with like items. Unit tested good no leaks.

Arrived on site to inspect washer model WTW4855HW3 continuously draining unless unplugged. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into service mode and observed error code F3E1. I checked the condition of the pressure hose and found no obstructions or damage. The control has a failed pressure sensor, which is causing it to drain continuously. I replaced the control and calibrated and tested the machine. The machine is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11607637

WDP540HAMZ0 Arrived on site for a dishwasher not draining and leaking. On arrival, the tenant stated the landlord came over and turned the water off cause it wouldnt stop leaking. Further inspection I found the water valve has failed, causing the leak, and the drain pump failed as well. The filter is not being cleaned from the tenant, and I recommended doing so. Otherwise, the drain pump will fail again. I installed the drain pump and water then tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from main water supply no.

Arrived on site to replace sump and motor assembly. Replaced sump and motor test unit and unit test good no leaks present job complete.

Arrived on site. Found ice has fallen behind ice container to freezer floor compartment causing door not to seal and allowing air to escape. Removed freezer door and drawers removed all ice reinstalled drawers and door chekced door seal good.

Arrived on site for a washing machine model WFW4720RW0 that is not filling with water. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the machine just doesnt fill like it used to and is not completing all cycles. She advised light loads can run through, but bulkier loads, do not. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) error code. I tested both valves and found the cold water valve barely drawing in water. I replaced the cold water valve W11688995 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived in site for dishwasher not dissolving the pod. Upon arrival out unit into test mode to test components. Unit convection pump is working normally, but heater is not coming on. Check heater for continuity and its bad. Replaced both W10518394 heater and W11683480 control. Tested unit again and it is now working normally. No water leaks at this time.

Arrived onsite for gas smell, customer stated it was from the oven, no leaks were sighted during time of service and using solution around connections, ran the unit and found a perfect flame. Advised customer that since they are around heavy construction there couldve been debris inside the lines and unit purged it out, advised customer that when running the oven or cooktop it is advised to use the fan on the microwave above the unit for ventilation purposes. Arrived in site for dryer with long drying times. Upon arrival ran dryer and tested temps. High temps where between 205f and 215f which is a little high. Removed vent from unit and high temps now cycled to 195 every time. Informed cx that venting still looks to be clogged. Cx understood and will have vent cleaned again and will use dryer with vent removed in the meantime.

WFES3030RS2 Arrived on site for a range with no power. On arrival, I verified the range is tripping the breaker when preheating the oven. I removed the ground wire and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker product works as its designed no parts used. I recommended to the client to leave oven on for one hour at five hundred degrees. I also recommended using the oven as often to prevent the same issue. If it happens again, the client should contact a gfci breaker company for information on the correct gfci breaker for the range.

Arrived on site for washer MTW6200RW0 with issue of not draining. Upon arrival , inspected unit. There is no standing water in tub. I ran diagnostics and get error code F7-E4 basket re engagement failure. I test drain and unit drains correctly. I raised unit to inspect components and found evidence of leaking gearcase oil. Need to replace gearcase. Ordering gearcase, wash plate, stator and rotor and returning with prescreened parts. Arrived on site for a no heat and dry dishwasher. Upon arrival put unit in test mode and got error code7-1 for a heater malfunction. Tested heating element and found it was warping. Replaced W10518394 heater and tested unit. Heater now works normally. No water leaks at this time.

Arrived on site for washer WDT730HAMZ0 with issue of does not wash. Upon arrival, test unit and start button is not responding. Ran diagnostics and get F2-E1 stuck key. Need to replace control. Arrived on site to look at model WDF332PAMS0 for customer complaint of unit not heating. Found half of the heating element heating up and the other half not heating. I replaced heating element, unit tested good, no leaks. Part used w10518394

Arrived on site to diagnose dryer taking an excessive amount of time to dry clothes. Powered the unit on and verified that the heating element was operating properly and producing heat. Checked all safety components, including the thermal fuse, high-limit thermostat, cycling thermostat, and other thermal devices. All components tested within specifications, and no failed parts were found. The dryer is heating and operating as designed. The customer was not home during the service visit, which prevented further troubleshooting under normal operating conditions or verification of the venting system. Contacted the front office and advised them of the diagnostic findings. Recommended that the customer be present during the next appointment so additional testing can be performed if needed. Also recommended that apartment maintenance inspect and clean the dryer vent, as restricted airflow is the most likely cause of extended dry times when the dryer is heating properly. No mechanical failures were found with the appliance at this time. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a washer NTW4516FW2 not cycling. Got an f7e5 error for the shifter. Found a large amount of oil at the gearcase. Also found the suspension was very weak. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRF757SDHZ01 not cooling and not making ice and FC door not closing. Upon further inspection I checked temperatures and measured 59 degrees RC and -1 degrees FC. I checked the evaporator fan and found it had failed a was no longer circulating air. I replaced the motor and cleared the ice and reassembled. The refrigerator will need at least 24 hrs to return to normal operating temperatures and ice maker may take a few days to start producing ice. Refrigerator is running as designed.
