"Arrived on site to follow up on previous technician. I replaced the diagnosed part (door). However, this did not fix the issue. I found that the reason why the door is not closing properly is the way the bottom hinge is mounted. There is a problem with the frame of the chassis itself where the hinge is mounted. The frames is deformed and pushing the door to sit unevely and too low. I called techline to document this issue and how I tried to adust the hinge, but the problem is not gonna be able to be fixed by replacing the hinge. The agent submitted this issue for review. "Arrived on site to inspect oven smoking on first use. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that upon using the oven for the first time, he noticed a large amount of smoke. I visually inspected the oven and did not observe anything unusual. I advised the customer that new oven will come with a protective coating from the factory and will normally smoke or smell for the first few uses. This smell and smoke will eventually subside. I ran the oven at 400 degrees and instructed the customer run the oven for about an hour to 'burn in'. While running i did not observe anything unusual, and only minimal smoke, which was normal and expected. No parts installed"

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not heating recently, and leaving a white film. Checked for codes and found F7E1 (No Heat), F9E4 (Stuck loeer spray arm), F2E1 Stuck key. I found a large amount of soap suds, and customer also said they were on a water softener. I recommended decreasing the soap usage and running affresh through. This should resolve all issues present. When I opened the freezer drawer, I found the drawer difficult to open. I found the FC drawer rails dry and needing some grease. Also found one of the screws stripped on the FC door handle. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator with PO message and had stopped making ice. Spoke with customer on arrival who said unit has worked fine since LS was here and no issues have been experienced. Talked with GC about next steps and recommended parts to replace. Based on the symptoms and LS findings, I replaced the UI and also the main control to address potential electronic failures. When I was replacing the main control I found sealing foam had partially stuck to some wiring and capacitors on the supply board. I cut out the foam to remove any possible issues with that as well. Customer will monitor and follow up if any issues persist. Parts used - WPW10675033, W11577100. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer not draining. On arrival customer said a load seemed to take longer to run, and it did not spin out. I checked for errors and only found a long fill error. I tested the unit and found hot and cold working properly, with no issues present. Ran spin and found all components working properly. Advised customer to make sure loads are properly balanced or they will not spin out. I could not duplicate any kind of failure and all items working as designed. Call completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that after we left last week, she ran a load and it did not complete it through. She stated that the rinse light was just flashing and um was not continuing forward with the cycle if she tried to pause it and restart it or not. I did find the unit stuck in the middle of the cycle and attempted to get the unit to continue. I found that pressing the start button sid not change anything on the control until I completely canceled out the cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (basket speed fault) and F0 E5 (off balance load) error codes. I ran the internet through an auto test and the internet ran as designed. I attempted to run the unit on a draining spin and found the unit working and operating as designed. I had the customer run a quick wash cycle with some clothes and found that when it was about to go into the spin before the rinse, the unit made a clicking noise on the control and would just start to flash the rinse light and keep the lid locked. I attempted to pause the cycle and found that nothing was registering on the control. I had to cancel out the cycle in order to get the unit to stop. However even after canceling the cycle, the lid would not unlock. I ran the internet into diagnostics to unlock the lid. I checked underneath and found all wires were properly secure. I checked resistance through my loads and found all within range. I used the tactometer verification test and found the unit was showing basket speed. Due to all the checks, i replaced the leadlock assembly and control. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11603810 and W11307244."

Arrived onsite for loss of ice production and and hi temps into the fresh food section. Temp reading in the fresh food of 50f. Found defrost ice blockage on the fresh food evap. Likely to have come as a result of frost that developed during the previous cheese bag obstruction. Advised that the conventional repair would be to replace the evap cover following a manual defrost. Advised that it was possible that a thorough manual defrost minimum 24hrs off and open with a fan would resolve the issue without parts. Advised that the manual defrost would be necessary for an evap cover replacement either way. Customer will manually deforst and observe for restored funtion. Tested fresh food evap fan and found unit is operating as designed. No parts. No charge. AEX warranty

Arrived onsite for unit beeping and draining. Customer stated a F8E4 drain code is present which is confirmed was present. I turned the unit on and no draining occurring. I tested the unit three times while checking for leaks and no leak occurred. I also found the drip pan bone dry. I reseated the float switch and it felt like it was sticking onto the drip pan. After reseating I saw suds present. Advised customer to try liquid detergent as the suds can create waterways for the water to escape. Customer understands and will try liquid detergent. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer making noise / screeching at times. Customer showed me video of some excessive grinding as well. Ran unit and could hear rubbing. Checked lower end and found gearcase oil spread all over, and had gotten into the belt as well. Belt had just been slinging grease and caused a failure in the belt and cam as well. Removed and replaced gearcase, cam, and belt to resolve. No other parts were needed. Ran unit on spin and confirmed everything working as designed. Parts used - W11449840, W11239857, W10721967."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not cooling. Customer says they power cycled the unit and it started working well after. Found temps at 3 and 40. O found compressor was a bit hot. Noticed the coils were completely buried in hair and dust and I could not even see the fronts. This is causing higher refrigerant temps. Vacuumed out condenser and this should keep temps low. Raising temps has only happened twice, and can be due to overheating compressor from condenser encasement. All other items were working as designed, and I could not verify a failure. "Arrived on site to test unit for not draining. Upon arrival customer stated unit wouldnt drain during cycle but when clicking drain, water gets removed. Also water will enter the tub without cycle being started or unit even on. Entered diagnostics, found multiple error codes stored. F8E2 fill valve electrical problem coupled with F10E2 vent electrical problem. Cleared error codes and ran a diagnostic cycle, all components are properly engaging. F8E2 error code reappeared after. Split door and inspected, found moisture accumulation on the console and electrical error codes indicate an issue with the main control. Recommend a control and console replacement, along with fill valve and vent fan. Component failures are not tied to a leaky heater. Customer will be contacting their third party warranty company to get us dispatched properly. No parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site for unit not filling. Upon arrival, found no error codes stored. Ran diagnostics and passed with no issues. Customer stated during the PreSoak, hardly any water enters the tub. Proceeded to recreate issue while monitoring unit and found standard water amount entering into tub during presoak the soon after, when transitioning to wash, unit starts to fill with more water. Explained to customer this is a new function for units in the market and will need to find appropriate settings based off each load. Customer agreed. Unit is functioning as designed. "Arrived on site for oven temp not consistently staying on preheated temp. Upon arrival, thermocouple reads 360F once oven reaches 350F preheat however when monitoring while unit is still on, itll drop to 315F and will not go above that. No error codes stored. Called techline and spoke with Brandon SR#7741252716 and ran sequence of tests in diagnostics and found certain options do not show up on console when referring to the owners manual and tech sheet. "Arrived on site for unit now powering on. Upon arrival, found unit completely dead but has voltage present to the fuse. Checked fuse directly and fuses reads OL. Proceeded to replace WPW10545255 thermal fuse. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. Advised customer to not use Self Clean and just use Easy Off to clean oven when necessary. Customer agreed."

Updated model and serial number. Confirmed over phone with maintenance that apartment number was correct. Tested unit and found no indication of leaking. Before testing did find drain hose not fully seated. Corrected and tested. Unit is functioning properly. No leaks present at this time.

Ran ice maker test and harvested and fill correctly. Also found RC section is set to coldest setting and FC is on warmest. "Arrived on site for unit flashing F8E0 code. Upon arrival, when starting unit, error code will appear after 1 minute of use and blower was making a whirring noise. Proceeded to replace top W11598119 blower, W11598200 control and W11448962 control. Tested unit and still has same issue. Proceeded to check resistance on blower motor wheel and all checks good. Spoke with techline and stated there is a faulty hall sensor on the blower motor for the lower blower. Proceeded to swap new blower to the lower and keep original blower motor for the upper and re tested. Unit is now functioning as designed."
