"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water and ice not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and found no water dispensed. I checked the ice bin and found d it full of ice but it was c,impeded together. When I removed the bin from the left FC door ice maker housing, I found a large block of ice at the bin exit and ice inside the ice chute (photos). I tested the ice door and found it not sealing properly allowing warm air up into the chute and causing the ice in the bin to sweat and ultimately freezing together. I removed and replaced the ice door and retested and it is sealing properly. I tested the ice maker and it harvested as designed but failed to fill with water. I pulled the unit out and tested the valve and got 120V. I removed the filter, which the customer advised they replaced approximately four months ago. I retested the water dispenser and water dispensed. I tested the ice maker fill tube and water filled the tray. I advised the customer that they would need a new filter and due to the filter being bad, I inspected the filter housing and found it damaged inside. I removed and replaced the housing and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range causing condensation under knobs. Upon further inspection, I found that the gasket was not connected properly to the frame. I fixed the gasket. I next checked the door hinges and hinges are good. I ran a test to check the blower and the blower is operating as designed. I called tech line to document my findings. The customer needs to keep in mind that it is not recommended to open the door during the cooking process to check on the food. Also it is advised to cover all food and also to not force close the door. The door is designed to soft close. Together following these steps will minimize any moisture escaping from the oven. "WRS325SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect dripping from dispenser. I found that after dispensing water, thee would be a drip after 10 seconds that would run down the front of the machine. I was able to correct the drip via removal of excessive dispenser material, causing water to be retained via surface tension. Inspection of the rest of the machine revealed it was in the early stages of evaporator icing and there was a significant mass of solid ice at the lower left of the air intake at the evaporator. I placed a flow modifier in the ice maker fill tube, the source of the ice being formed at the back wall and subsequently the lower evaporator area and verified the ice maker fill issue resolved. The RC drawers were stiff and I lubricated them, correcting the issue. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for washer not draining and door locked. Upon arrival I checked the pump harness from the control and found it to be open. I checked the pump terminals and found it to be getting 20.8 ohms. The harness has a break and needed to be replaced. I replaced the harness and tested the unit. Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed part. When attempting to replace the harness I had to take off the waterline to get underneath. When trying to take off the waterline I noticed the water pressure to stay consistent and the valve not turning the water off. I tried to take the waterline off in bot positions due to the valve not being labeled and there is water pressure still in both positions. Noticed water lines were crossed, matched cold and hot water line to the cold and hot side of the valve. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was not making consistent ice. On arrival spoke with the customer who clarified that the issue wasn't just some ice, but compartments had both warmed up and some food had spoiled. Customer attempted to dispense some ice and had water also run out from the ice door due to melted ice. The icemaker is showing no error codes currently, and ice bin is full. I did examine the icemaker assembly and found the rear gasket had condensation dripping down back wall, so I corrected the positioning of the icemaker adapter and gasket. Since breaker has been reset on the last visit, the unit had gone back to working properly with no issues. Issue appears to be resolved, but icemaker related issue was likely due to low cooling. Customer advised to monitor temps and follow up if cooling decreases. No parts needed since unit has returned to proper function, and if customer has further issues a low cool diagnosis should be performed."

"WTW5057LW0 Arrived to inspect failure to complete cycle. I found the machine with water standing full in the tub. Service test mode showed multiple instances of F9E1 and a single F0E3 and I cleared for testing. I found the harness section for the drain pump had failed at the main harness and I was able to fully and permanently correct the issue. During initial repair testing I found additional harness issues with the drain pump and corrected. At the point of agitation, the machine would not disengage the basket and I found the recently replaced cam assembly had failed. I removed and replaced and found no excessive endplay of the gear case or any other apparent causes of the failure. After recalibration and full testing, all functions resumed normal operation. I discussed load the and amounts with the customer, but found they were not doing anything obvious to cause issue. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"WET4027HW2 Arrived for part install. I entered service test mode and found F7E1 as the only stored error code and clued for further testing. I found the belt had burnt through the cover and the cam assembly had gotten hot and melted the plastic together. With extreme difficulty, I was able to remove the pulley and cam assembly as a unit and found no signs of damage to the gear case specific parts. Installation of the replacement cam, belt and cover corrected all issues and I calibrated and tested. All normal operations resumed and there were no leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for oven not getting up to temp. Upon arrival I found the customer had set a 35 degree offset to the oven to make the temp higher. I took 3 high temp and low temps and found it to be heating well above the set temp. I averaged the three high and low temps and ended up needing to set a 15 degree offset. Unit is heating as designed and the oven preheated within 12 minutes when customer set offset ialso noticed customer was using a metal thermometer inside the unit. Unit is operating as designedat time of service. Call complete. No parts installed.

"WTW5100HW2 Arrived to inspect non-operation. I found the machine inoperative and displaying F7E1 and I entered service test mode, finding the F7E1 X2 and F7E6. I cleared for testing and inspection and found no motor rotation in any direction and also within spin mode. As the motor would just hum, I inspected the capacitor, finding that it had come loose and rubbed against the gear case, likely causing early failure. There was no measurable capacitance and after removing and replacing, all symptoms were corrected and I calibrated and tested. The machine resumed all normal functions and no leaks were observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that a large amount of water was coming from the back of the unit at the end of the cycle. They advised the amount of water would soak up four beach towels. I found the unit to be stacked in a tight closet. Pulled the stacked washer & dryer out enough to be able to get to the back of the units and found that there is no dryer vent tube (photos). I placed the washer into diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. When the drain pump came on, I found water backing up in the stand pipe (drain pipe) and overflowing onto the floor (photo). I advised the maintenance staff of my findings and moved the units back enough to be able to get into the room at the maintenance request. I slide the unit out of the closet and removed the dryer top panel and found the diagnostics LED not on/flashing. I checked the breaker and power cord and both were good. I tested voltage at the terminal block and got 247V. When I went to test voltage at the main control I found the harness to the J9 connector not plugged in all the way. Reconnected the molex to the control and tested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they found a small amount of water at the front left side on the floor after the unit was installed. I did find the customer was performing a wash cycle and had a large load on the unit. Customer removed the clothing items and I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed and I found no signs of a leak. I tilted the unit back to inspect and found some dry water spots on the inside of the front panel. I found no other evidence of leaks on the unit. I manually tested the fill valve and found it operating/filling properly. Due to not being able to duplicate the issue, I made recommendations for use and care, as well as detergent and fabric softener use (water softener system). WMH31017HS10 Arrived for a otr microwave with venting issues per client. On arrival tested vent product worked as designed. Further inspection found product venting as it should instructed client how product works no parts used .

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not washing. Test unit and found float sitting in the up position making unit think it was full of water. Secured float to bottom position to allow water to go in. Test unit and unit washing correctly job complete.

Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking. Found leaking from under sump. From where wash motor and sump meet. Also found gasket warped. Replaced stamp assembly and door gasket. Verified operation. Call complete. No leaks.

MFW2055FRZ04 Arrived to install sealed system. I evacuated the system and then installed the retrofitted compressor. I vacuumed to under 380 microns and then allowed additional settling time. I charged with the MFG calculated refrigerant charge and tested. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site for washer not starting. On arrival confirmed failure and found a stable power supply from wall but control not responsive. I replaced control w11116590 and tested unit. Found no leaks and washer working as designed. Call complete

"WTW6157PB0 Arrived to inspect non-completion of cycle. Service test mode had F7E8, F7E9 and F7E3. I found the now style cover had trapped debris under it, and then melted to the rotor. After the cycle that issue occurred within had stopped, the friction/heat melted plastic re-solidified, welded itself to the rotor, requiring chiseling to remove the remnants. The rotor will need to be replaced along with the cover. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11627512 (Cover) and 1 W11260238 (Rotor)"

Upon arrival, found dispenser light and paddle working but no water or ice dispensing. Valve is not getting energized and auger does not turn. All lights inside not working and crisper drawer UI not lighting up. Confirmed left door harness and crisper drawer rail harness is no severed. Unable to test certain modes in diagnostics. Ordering WPW10624574 power supply board, W10804160 LED board, WPW10675033 control, W11330971 panel UI and W11683244 LED. No water leaks detected at this time. Arrived on site to replace bottom spray arm and bottom seal. Replaced both parts ran unit for 20 minutes no leaks present at this time job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for water coming out of the vent when you open the door. Removed front panel test unit and found damaged gasket on vent. Replaced vent test unit and unit test good job complete. WPW10428211
