The first time the dryer stem broke so I used a secondary dryer. After a few attempts, was able to get the unit vacuumed down to 30 psi and hold pressure for 15 minutes. Charged up the unit and found the unit running at a 92 psi on the high side and -5 psi on the low side. The unit began to cool and operate as designed. Advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit over the next 30 days to ensure that the unit is working properly. Call complete."

Did confirm the customers complaint and the customer advised that the rest of the unit has been acting funky. Replace the freezer module and found no difference in the lighting ability of the freezer section. Open the refrigerator section and found that all the lights were out. Found a defrost issue in the freezer section as well as an issue with the deli user interface being completely blank. I advise the customer that their issue appears to be multiple issues with DC voltage circuit. I power cycled the unit and still found no power going to the LED modules. Spoke to CS and was advised that if the LED power supply board were the issue, the unit shouldve lit up the lights upon return of power. This did not happen. Read the customer of the script about the five door refrigerator LED and power outage issues. "Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Prior to part installation I inspected the unit and found the microwave oven spacer (required with this install- 17 5/8 cutout) was not installed and the microwave chassis was allowed to sit on the interior cabinet floor divider, which cannot handle the weight of the unit. This causes the chassis to tilt back because the front is supported by the cabinet facing boards that can support the weight and the inner floor sags, causing the upper sides of the chassis to deflect in. The deflection caused the upper vent to bend and in the case of this unit, the sides, adjacent to the door, warped slightly as well, causing the door switches to not actuate unless the door is pressed on. The unit actually heats perfectly, if the door is pressed and it is due to the original installation. I contacted the MFG tech line, tech Robert and advised of my findings. File# 7734297377. I advised the CX of my findings and they will need to contact the builder to have the issue corrected and if any further issues persist, they will contact us."

"Arrived on site. Tested water dispenser good found freezer at 38?,removed evaporator cover found no frost on evaporator uploaded pictures. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not cooling. On arrival examined unit and found the evaporator cover had half an inch of ice and frost on it. Unit is not defrosting at all and has a massive ice buildup. Customer advised the unit has to be defrosted before further diagnosis can be done on the freezer compartment. Arrived on site for refrigerator still causing moisture on FC gasket. Upon arrival found no signs of leaks anywhere causing the failure and call Tech line and spoke with Sterling sr#7734108491. Techline advise that they have a kit they are putting together and they will contact us when its is ready in order to order it for repairs before rescheduling; ordrng 1 Cnote (Dont reschedule until were contacted by techline for correct kit needed)

"Arrived on site for cook top continuously sparking when not in use . Removed top, checked harness and switches . No shorts or burns found . Repositioned switches . Tested unit and all is checking normal. No longer sparking when in use . May have been some moisture had gotten down but since has dried up. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and removed the dishwasher from the wall. Found that the inlet waterline had bent and kinked on the copper hose. The customer advised that they wanted that fixed due to That happening upon the reinstallation of the dishwasher. Spoke to CS and was advised we would go ahead and replace the inlet waterline. Was advised to speak to JC for instructions. Spoke to JC and was advised that he would order the inlet hose, and fittings for the dishwasher. He advised to go ahead and put them on for tomorrow. The office will need to contact the customer about timeframe due to quick turnaround.; schdld next appmnt for 8/9 TUE !"

Arrived on site for top rack adjuster being broken. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I installed the new adjuster. I tested the unit and it is working properly.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the motor failure, I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher that it not washing the dishwasher and also not drying them when it does run Upon inspection I found that the main harness had burnt up at the control due towater water and corrosion, I also found that the vent was leaking as well and the heater element was showing open.Job complete"

"Arrived to inspect unit not starting and upon service mode entry, I found F2E1, F5E4, F2E1, F2E1 stored in memory. During manual service test, the unit would not lock the lid and I proceeded to automatic test mode for further testing. The unit did not lock or unlock the lid in automatic mode and during the spin and final agitate portion, the movement was not as expected. Motor and gear case area revealed residue from oil that had been flung out from the rotor, on the inner walls of the cabinet and there were signs of the leak in other areas and on the rotor. Manual turning of the rotor was quite stiff and likely causing the unit to be unable to calibrate during automatic test and the cause of the very slow and unexpected movement. The engagement teeth within the rotor were worn as well. The washer will require the gear case, rotor, slider assy and lid lock.
