Arrived on site for washer not completing a cycle. On inspection found that the unit would not agitate or spin. Tested the capacitor and it had no reading and replaced the actuator. Retested the unit and it now agitates and spins. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected.

Arrived on site for vent buttons getting stuck. On inspection the buttons on the vent when push in go past the vent cover in get stuck. I took the vent apart to gain access to the buttons and I adjust the buttons to stick out further away from the vent. Now the buttons are a 1/4 inch out when they are pressed in. The unit is working as designed.

Arrived on site for cooktop with gas issues. On inspection I swept the cooktop and the plumbing for the gas line with the gas detector. Did not find any issues with a gas leak on any of the unit. The flames are all blue when turn on to high as they should be.There is smell coming off the flames but it is not unused gas smell. The detector did not pickup in gas flumes over the burner they were on or off. There was no leaks by the turn off valve for the cooktop.

Arrived on site to diagnose a microwave that has burning spots in interior cavity. Found rack touched liner causing burns. Repainted interior and advised customer to let paint cure for 24 hrs.

Arrived onsite for a DW that is leaking from the bottom left corner of the door. Upon inspection I found no leaks at the bottom of the unit (sump&motor are) nothing at the water inlet Val either. Same with the drain pump. I ran unit till I saw a small leak at the left hand side of the door. I replace the the tub seal and tested unit and found that that leak was now gone. Job complete.

"Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the process stub joint at the compressor had failed and was able to get visual confirmation via leak test solution. I pressurized the system after the repair and found no additional nitrogen leaks at 120psi. During inspection, I found the RH RC door gasket at 60% of the inner gasket sealing area had rolled over and was not making contact with the right side of the RC door opening, at the cabinet. Tabs on the gasket were tearing and will need to be replaced under our warranty. I vacuumed the system after monitoring for 20 minutes and seeing no pressure drop, I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. I found the compressor did not display the expected refrigerant flow, detected by thermal camera. In the compressor test mode, the three way valve appeared to not open as well. Due to the low side leak, I suspected the compressor had sustained damage and should be replaced. The three way valves operation was suspect as well and will be ordered, no leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave with the door closed and the light comes on and turntable begins to turn. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and found when I close the door, the interior light turns on and the turntable begins to turn without pressing any keys on the control. I barely pressed in on the door latch and the light would tuen off and the turntable would stop. I tested the switches and found them bad. I removed and replaced the three switches and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived to inspect temperature issue. I set the unit to the industry standard of 350 and selected the standard preheat vs rapid, to ensure a true temperature test. The unit claimed preheat at 289 and continued to climb to 308 and then declined to 290. The unit then cycled at 379, 348, 392, 338, 396. I induced a -15 offset, retested and the unit averaged within MFG acceptable limits and operates as designed. No further adjustment or repair required.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher leaking slightly from left hand side. Examined under unit and ran with toe kick off. Did not see any water trails around the sump or motors. Cleaned off door gasket, which had noticeable buildup on it. Continued to let unit run. Could not see any leaks, drops, or dampness around the door area. Tightened fill hose and clamp on drain hose. Advised if issue repeats we can replace the door seal, and to also put pans on the bottom rack in the back as well. Unit working fine at time of service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which was making a grinding noise during spin cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics and manually tested spin and could hear the noise immediately. I tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the insulation and the rotor. I removed and replaced the gearcase, clutch, slider and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water from supply line. Upon further inspection, the customer had the unit toeplate removed and advised the water is leaking from the hose/valve connection? I turned the water on and placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Tested the unit and before the water valve came on, I found water dripping from the hose connector and as the water came on, the amount of water dripping increased (photo). Turned the unit off and drained the water. I removed and replaced the hose and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service (photo), job completed."
