Arrived to inspect range front left burner not igniting. I took apart the front cover and found the the harness that connects to the igniter was unplugged. I plugged the harness in and tested and the burner igniter began working as intended. Operational test good. No leaks detected.

I found that the FC was collecting frost near shelf rails, but I did not find any air gap openings in FC. Unit was tilted forward due to installation. Cleared ice from FC and realigned unit for better seals. I inspected the Freezer door and the door was sealing properly. Checked door gaskets and no tears were observed. Removed evap cover to inspect for ice build up and found no excessive ice build up on evaporator. Operational test good. Adjusted unit to MFG recommended temperatures. called tech line and spoke with Travis SR#7734353799 and explained the situation of the water line freezing for the second time, he recommended to use perma gum to seal and the water line inlets and around the icemaker fill tube. Removed water line from cabinet and inspected for any splits and it was good. Removed ice build up in the line and reinstalled. I then tested unit and its now dispensing water as designed. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that would not fill properly during a cycle. The customer stated that the unit will put a small amount of water in at the beginning of the cycle when sensing, but when going to wash no water came in. At this point the tub would just slowly spin and nothing else. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E1 for long fill and F7E0 for power failure. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and manually activated each component to find all running as designed. We then filled the unit with clothes and ran a casual cycle. I was able to replicate the failure as the customer described. While trying to fill I checked voltage to the valve and found it good but no water was coming through. This indicates a faulty valve. I also gained access to the bottom of the unit and found a significant amount of gearcase oil. This also indicates a failing gearcase. I installed the valve and test the unit with the same steps prior. The unit is now working as designed with no leaks present at the end of service. The return tech to install the gearcase ordrng 1 W11393685 (Gearcase) and 1 WashplateRemovalTool (Washplate Removal Tool)"

Arrived on site for a washing machine still not working properly after the last repair. The customer stated the unit will fill to an exceedingly high water level even when not on high water. They also found the unit will not spin properly and seems to almost get locked up. This occurred on the first cycle after the repair. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F7E3 for motor drive over current and F0E2 for oversuds. I cleared the error codes. I then manually activated the high spin and a diagnostics cycle to find it ran through as designed. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the ordered motor was not installed. I ohmd out the stator and found it read 26.5 which is more than double what it should be indicating a bad motor. Due to this I am ordering the rotor and stator to install. I also ohmd out the water level sensor harness and found it open. Due to this the valve assembly will need to be installed again. I am ordering the parts and the office will need to reschedule. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and test of the unit. Found the UI glitching and registering other buttons pressed when pressing certain options on the board. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing ice. Upon arrival found that unit was not making ice. Dispenser components are functioning. Ran test and found frozen fill tube. Could hear valve energizing but no water. Thawed line and tested. Ice maker now receiving water. Checked harness fill tube heater and found high resistance. Notified customer to monitor ice production. If fill tube heater freezes again the fill tube heater has failed. Heater is not replaceable. Customer would need to replace freezer door.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Installed the Main control and tested, unit is now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F7E5 & F3E2. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit filled with water but when the unit was to spin, it would not get up to proper speed. I cancelled testing and tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on all four panels, the rotor and drain pump. When I went to remove the rotor, I found the rotor bolt loose and the rotor had dropped down slightly not making contact with the slider. Once I had the rotor removed, I found a large amount of gearcase oil on the underside of the rotor, clutch and the slider and the slider teeth were stripped (photos). Unit left unplugged for safety. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for no gas to unit . Unit is sparking . Gas valve under counter is turned on . Pulled unit out and found second cutoff turned off . Turned open second valve unit is now igniting . No gas leaks detected at time of service.

Cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit drain pump would not turn off. Following the tech sheet, I tested the water level sensor, harness and control and found the sensor to be bad. I removed and replaced the sensor and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for no ice. Power led blinking diagnosed a defective bin thermistor,replaced bin thermistor ran diagnostics all test passed ran normal cycle icemaker running.

Arrived on site for water leaking and no lights. Diagnosed defective led modules per service pointer installed updated led modules in both sections all leds working as designed. Found clogged drain in fresh food section cleared obstruction in drain.

Arrived onsite for a washer not spinning the clothes out and leaving them wet at the end of a cycle. Mr stated it happens with larger loads like towels. I found a stored F8E1 error. I found the second cold valve not passing much water. Other than the cold valve the unit was working as designed. I replaced the valve and tested the machine. Unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service.

"Arrived on site to diagnose range that had error on console. Tested unit and found functions seem fine, but there was a code for stuck key in the control, and also what looks like dead pixels.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not draining. Tested unit and could hear debris rattling in the drain pump. Drained unit and removed drain pump and found a couple small pieces of glass. "Arrived on site for icemaker not producing and making a noise. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the icemaker house incased in ice. I cleared the ice and jumped the ice maker, I found the wheel twitching and making a noise. I installed a new ice maker.

Arrived on site for washing machine not spinning. I inspected the unit and work area. The customer stated the washing machine filled with water but wont drain or spin. I gained access to the lid switch harness. I jumped the lid switch and found the unit would drain and spin. Indicating the lid switch is bad. I installed a new switch. I reassembled the unit and tested it. It is now working as designed.

Arrived onsite for a washer with an F5E3 door lock error. I found a failed door latch. I replaced the latch and ran the diagnostics cycle after clearing the error code. The unit completed the cycle and works as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that was rusting and unbalanced. Upon further inspection I found the underside of the lid rusting. I then tested the units suspension and found it bad. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the gearcase in good shape. This indicates just bad suspension rods. I installed the suspension rods and test the unit. I found the unit now as designed and no leaks were observed at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. Turned the unit on and attempted to start a cycle. Found the unit tumbling and heating as designed. The customer advised that a couple days ago, the unit wouldnt even turn on. The customer and I test the unit eight times to ensure that the unit was working properly. I asked the customer about whether or not they had any electrical power outages or surges. The customer advised they get power issues all the time. I did advise the customer that it is most likely that they are either have a failing breaker or an electrical supply issue. The unit is working as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I removed the ice maker to inspect and found the heating element on the bottom the tray had shorted and cracked the tray and water leaked into the motor housing shorting the motor. I replaced the ice maker and cycled power and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator that is frosting up in the freezer section. Upon inspection I found that there were some air gaps in the cabinet between the out and inner skin at the door I sealed them up with silicone. Upon further inspection I found that the drain tube was frozen I cleared the tube and removed the ice that was built up in the feed vent to the refrigerator section returning air flow to it. And I sealed up and other gaps that I could fined. Unit now operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for hood light malfunctioning. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found socket failed. Replaced socket and sold customer replacement bulb. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site and inspected dryer and did not find any internal shorts. breaker will tripped immediately when dryer is plugged in. All components on rear dryer check good either harness or motor is causing breaker to trip

Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found dispenser is not operating. Found power to valve valve is not actuator. after replacing valve it is now running but water is still not being dispensed. Removed water filter and water will now dispense properly. Either water filter is defective or water filter housing has failed. Customer will attempt a new filter

Arrived on site to test unit for customer concern about bike getting hot. Found correct bulb is being used and advised customer bulbs tend to get hot. Unit received proper voltage.

"Arrived on site to test unit for water accumulating on bottom of RC. Found drain tube was clogged. Cleared drain tube, tested unit, unit working as designed. Customer also stated bottom FC door gasket came loose. Re inserted gasket and placed small bead of caulk to prevent from popping out again. No leaks detected. Job complete.
