Saw that when the unit runs the drain pump it's spraying water out of the drain hose joint where it meets the drain loop on the tub. Found installers had used a worm clamp and pinched it and left the clamp out of round, and made a pinch in the drain line. Was able to smooth out the drain line and adjust the round of the clamp to create a good seal. "Arrived to inspect dryer noise issue. I found the unit made a very loud squeal and determined it to be coming from the idler pulley, which had worn through. I was able to get the pulley to work for testing and found the upper blower housing bearings were very noisy and likely to fail in the near future. I informed the CX that the unit cannot be repaired, but it does have limited operability for the time being. No gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived for FC not cooling. Gained access to the back of the unit and found gap in drain tube and sealed. Tested the thermistors, RC Thermistor read 5.16K and the RC evap thermistor read 11.97K, readings were inline with the temperature including the frozen Evap coil. Evap was frozen enough that the fan stopped a few days ago and CX is aware that they must check it for operation once the evap is thawed out for 48 hours. I advised CX how to defrost the unit and will contact us if there is no evap fan. CX is aware of additional part and adjustment if fan in needed. Chassis also required squaring, leveling and door re-alignment.

Used one of the lokring fittings to lokring the compressor to the return line. Vacuum down the unit and found the unit held pressure for 20 minutes. Charged the unit and attempted to run the unit. Found the compressor still would not turn on. Checked all connections to the inverter into the compressor and found proper voltage going to the inverter but no action with the compressor. Spoke to CS and was advised to order the compressor for repair. Was advised to try and replace the inverter first prior to the compressor replacement but the office will need to schedule service for three hours due to ongoing issues and R600 unit. Arrived onsite for dishwasher making noise. Upon arrival inspected unit. Customer stated it sounded like spray arm was not spinning properly. Inspected loading. Found recently completed load had oversized lid that was impeding the arm. Instructed customer on proper loading to insure are could rotate freely. Unit is functioning properly. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for range flame distortion. Upon arrival inspected unit. Tested and found all burners igniting and burning properly. Did not see any issues with flame height on any burner. Customer stated flames dance while the air is on. Notified customer that humidifiers and AC vents can cause flame distortion or discoloration affecting air gas mix or burning impurities. Customer also stated took over 20 min to boil a pot of water. Called tech line for assistance. Sent tech pictures of flame and recorded normal operation. When asked about boiling water tech explained, 2.5 quart @ 70 degrees will take about 20 min to boil. Provided #7734352408. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for dishwasher blinking lights and not starting a cycle. Upon arrival inspected unit. As soon as unit was powered the indicator light would blink 6/1 error code. Tried clearing but would not. In normal mode UI was not responsive . Put in diagnostics and in test one buttons would respond. Unit would then revert back to blinking. No communication from ACU. Arrived on site for dryer making loud noise. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and sound. After further testing I found blower wheel broken causing noise. Replaced blower wheel the. Tested unit. Found noise gone and dryer functioning as designed. Call complete

Find on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found a minor differences you still occurring. After further testing found the control in RC thermistor had failed. Replace both parts reassembled unit after clearing all ice and inform customer to give it 24 hours to stabilize the temps.
