"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is coming too much. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had cut off a cycle because she advised that she thought the unit was filling too much and after she had unplugged it she had attempted to run the drain in span but found the unit still continuing the cycle previous. She then unplugged it and has not used it cents. Was able to cancel out the cycle and get the unit to drain. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any store error codes. Ran the unit for an auto test in the unit ran as designed. I asked the customer about the load that she was washing and she advised that she was washing a king size comforter and some sheets. I did explain to the customer that this unit cannot handle that kind of a load due to the sheer size of the load. I did explain that heavier duty loads including rugs, comforters, quilts, sleeping bags, and things of those nature would cause issues completeing the cycle due to various factors. I did explain the operation of this machine and advise the customer against washing any of these items in this washer. The customer was just worried because every time that she was opening the washer lid and closing and she would find that the unit was filling with water. I did explain that that is normal operation and that any time that she will open the lid in the middle of the cycle, it will fill. I went over the user care guide and the unit is working as designed. "(JM) Arrived onsite to inspect washer not draining excess water at the end of a cycle. I entered diagnostics and found error codes F8E1, F5E2, F0E2, F1E1, F5E3. I entered the service test mode and ran a test cycle. The drain pump turned on and drained the tub as designed. The water valves filled as designed. However, at the end of the test cycle the unit was still filled with water. I manually tested the the drain pump outside of the diagnostic test cycle and it is working as designed. Unit will need a new control board and I advised the CX to purchase a surge protector. I may also need to replace the water valve, but I need to rule out the board first. "Arrived on site for an ice machine that was not draining water. Upon arrival the customer stated they thought the external drain pump stopped working, and that the ice machine had leaked all onto the floor. They went out of town and when they came back the ice machine was completely full of water and a very large portion of their floor was covered in water. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the valve never energized. I checked voltage going to the valve and found none. This indicates a possibly bad water level sensor or control. I am ordering the recirc pump with the sensor integrated to install, and will order the control too. We will install the pump and test the unit. If the pump does not work then we will install the control. I gained access to the back of the unit and found the water line and drain line leaking. "Arrived on site for wall oven getting hot on the outside. I spoke to the customer and found out it is the floor next to the oven that is getting hot. The wall oven is installed into a cabinet below a cooktop. I inspected the unit and work area.I found the door hinges in good condition and the gasket it good shape. I put the unit into diagnostics and found no error codes. I tested the blower and found it working as designed. I explained how air flows in this unit. That it pulls air from the top and it blows out the bottom, and that with the oven on and the blower circulating air, the floor will heat up due to the unit venting down towards the floor. There is no way to change the air flow direction. The unit is working as designed. Job complete.

I spoke to the customer about having a electrician come out and inspect the outlet and switch.

Arrived onsite for oven door coming off hinge. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found left hinge came out of receiver. Repositioned hinge. Inserted door and door is now opening and closing properly.

Another servicer had recently replaced the ice maker and I found they did not correctly instal the upper cover and fascia, creating excessive air movement within the low profile ice maker housing. I correctly reassembled the unit and tested the ice maker, ice maker fan, bin level sensor and thermistor. I also tested fill at the end and all operations were present. The FC was 10 and dropping during testing. The unit required chassis squaring and door matching. The CX will contact us if there are further issues. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine getting an LF error and that was not dispensing water properly. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F3E2 for inlet water temp fault, F0E3 for overload, and F8E1 for long fill. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found the hot valve not working properly. I found good voltage to it indicating a bad valve. I installed the valve and then test the unit. I found it now working as designed with no leaks observed at the time of service.

I found the water line is copper tubing as well. I found the lower spray arm not seated properly onto the outlet cover. I inspected the cover and spray arm I found some of the locking tabs damaged. I reseated the spray arm. I also found the unit not fully installed into the cabinet. I leveled the unit as best as possible. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the motor working properly. I found the door hinges have lost some tension and are allowing the door to fall open and not hold tension while closed. I installed a new hinges. We leveled the unit properly. I gained access to the ignitor and found it in good condition. I gained access to the thermal fuse and found it open. I installed a new fuse. I reassembled the unit and tested it. Arrived for cooling issue. FC 23?RC 58? Discussed with CX that he put unit into manual defrost. Removed old defrost timer and was very warm to the touch. I removed and replaced the defrost timer and tested. The unit operated as designed and I am applying our warranty to this service. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived to inspect no water flow. I entered service test mode and found F4E3 F7E1 stored. I tested the sump assembly and it showed the correct ohms. The control would only momentarily apply voltage and I removed and replaced it. The issue persisted and I found the pump motor had been leaked on from a faulty sump assy seal, causing the resistance reading to be nearly the expected of the motor circuit. I removed and replaced the sump assembly and the issue was corrected. Operational test good, no leaks observed upon completion of service.

Arrived to inspect knobs rubbing. I found the left two burner knobs would rub during ignition and were much closer to the cooktop than the others. There was a steady slant to all the knobs that denoted an issue with the manifold assy. The cooktop had several marks and decals had sections missing. Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining. Gain access to unit put unit into diagnostics mode found error F6E4. On inspection water was standing in the bottom of DW. During service noticed that the kick plate was missing and the insulation blanket was missing .Order parts for CX Unit working as designed. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a knocking sound as it goes into a spin. Inspected unit and work area. Ran unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Were on the unit through a high-speed spin and the unit ran as designed. Did notice that the unit was unlevel and leaning to the right where the tub was pressed up against the side wall. Did adjust the feet to level out the unit but did advise the customer that there were no issues that I could see with the unit. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had lost power this morning at 4 oclock and were not expecting power until later this afternoon. They did advise that a day after they called, the unit began to cool as designed. They did not know if there was still an ongoing issue with the unit or not but since they had no power they couldnt tell whether or not the unit would still work once the unit was powered back on. Luckily, power was returned to the customers unit prior to my departure. I did find the unit compressor kick on an attempt to cool. Ran the unit for 15 minutes and did find the unit continuing to cool down. I did explain to the customer that because the unit is working at this time, I could not verify what initially caused their issue. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a range where the burners do not work properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that none of her burners really work properly as she has had issues with all burners staying at the proper temperatures. The customer pull out a pan to tear up some water. Found at the pan that she gave me it was not flat and rounded. Had the customer show me the other pans that she typically uses and found all of them not properly flat to touch against the security safety button. I did advise the customer that this unit requires that you have a flat surface for your pants because it is not going to function properly otherwise. Tested all the burners and found all working as designed except for the right rear burner. found the element not even attempting to turn on. I called Whirlpool Safety Team and spoke to David SR# 7734259745. He advised that based on the current information, whirlpool would not cover the repair and the customer would need to purchase new cookware for the unit. The customer advised that she did not wanna proceed forward with repair if whirlpool was not gonna cover it because she does not like this unit anyway and were just referred by her self in the unit. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not starting any cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complain and found wants the unit was started in the time start coming down, the basket was not spinning. Disassembled the unit and found the thermal fuse blown. I called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Chris SR# 7734367381. He advised to go ahead and replace the thermal fuse in to measure temperature coming out of the exhaust. Found temperatures ranging from 164?F down to 131?F. I was advised this was good measurements and the issue would have to be we ventilation out of the home. Was advised to have the customer contact a vent cleaning service. Call complete."

Did confirm that there was ice buildup in the evaporator drip pan. Steamed out the ice and removed the clog out of the drain tube in the back of the unit. The customer advised at the unit on a wash cycle completely stopped draining and would not allow the letter to unlock. I did confirm the customers complaint and attempted to turn the unit on. Found the unit would not turn on but could not hear the drain pump running. Measured resistance through the drain pump and found that the drain pump it shorted.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is still having a drain issue. Inspected unit and work area. Did you from the customers complaint and found one of the wires on the drain pump connector separated from the actual connector. Fixed the connector and was able to drain the unit. Once the unit was fully drained, the unit stuck its self into the drain and would not Start draining until the unit was unplugged. A power cycled the unit several times and blew through the pressure hose. Found no blockage. Found the unit was still draining with the pressure hose removed from the control. The unit will need a new control for repair. Ordering the part but the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item.; ordrng 1 W11419171 (Control)"

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that has a service pointer for a heating element replacement. Inspected unit and work area. Disassembled the unit and went to replace the heater. Found the heater in the box was missing but the box had the correct part number. Re-ordering the heater and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability.; ordrng 1 W11537778 (Heater)

Arrived onsite for oven intermittently heating. Sometimes does not heat at all. Upon arrival test unit 3 times and ignitor will not glow. Got 120 at ignitor. Resistance on ignitor is out of range. Need to replace ignitor. Replaced ignitor and unit operates as designed. Job complete

Arrived onsite for Too Cold in Freezer . Upon arrival inspected unit and found frost build up in FC cavity as well as top of FC door. Found 8long 1/4 in gap on bottom of RC right corner and 4 long of 1/16 inch o right side of Rc. Called techline for assistance. Submitted pictures via text to techline. Tech stated that there is no repair for me to make at this time. He is submitting case to engineering department Tech gave SR #7734370782

Arrived onsite for Not Filling or Long Fill Times . Upon arrival ran diagnostics and unit would go straight to draining continuously. Found error code F1-E1 control fault. Need to replace control. Replace control. Test unit and unit operates as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for Ice maker not producing ice. Upon arrival found ice bin empty and no water in tray. Got good water pressure at supply. Reset icemaker to run harvest. Unit is now receiving water. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for customer states'The dishwasher initially stopped in between after 1 hour of washing and we had to manually press the start button again After that the buttons stopped working. Now after a day or two, we are able to operate the dishwasher again but the lights on the LCD do not show.Also, once the dishwasher finishes, it used to show CLEAN in the LCD. which is not showing now and all the lights go off in the LCD once the cleaning is finished . Upon arrival ran diagnostics and got F3-E3 owi failure.also found a couple of ui buttons are hard to push and lights intermittently blink. "Arrived onsite for call back for same issue, Ice maker not producing ice.. upon arrival the ice bin made a few small pieces f ice since last visit. Arrived on site for a dryer needing to be cleaned. On arrival the customer stated they wanted a lint cleaning. I cleaned the unit and then test it. I found it working as designed.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the valve housing, stator, and rotor. I then test the unit. I manually activated high spin and ran a diagnostics cycle to find them running as designed. I activated the unit with the valves exposed and verified the unit was no longer leaking. I then ran a quick cycle and found the unit running as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a cooktop with broken regulator. Installed new regulator. Unit is now as designed. Call complete.
