I then turn off water supply to refrigerator and disconnected all water lines to gain access to the compressor and remove back cover. I then used my tank to recover refrigerant and unsolder the old compressor. Installed the new compressor and solder joints and access valve. Vacuum the system for about 15 min, vacuum was holding. I then charged the system with refrigerant and tested. Compressor sounded healthy. Disconnected and waited for pressures to equal. Reassembled unit and plugged back in. Advised CX to let unit cool for minimum of 24 hrs before using. Unit is now operating as designed no leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for Leaking at the Top. Upon arrival inspected unit and there is no water leak. Found 4 gap on gasket on top right corner of FC door. The gasket is not formed correctly. Used heat gun to form gasket correctly. Inspected all gaskets and all gasket are now correct. Job complete

When I opened the FC door, I found frost on the FC evap cover. Tested temps in the fresh foods section and found it to be 59 degrees. I inspected the center mullion and found a gal at the bottom right corner of the FC door gasket. Attempted to repair the gap and could not. Tested the ice maker and found no leaks when dispensing water into the tray. Tested the water dispenser and no leaks as well. Arrived onsite and tested oven for failing after preheat by tripping breaker. Customer stated that the unit symptom still intermittently tripped following previous repair. Unable to trip breaker running oven at 400f for 30 minutes. Advised customer that it is likely the issue is stemming from the fact that the breaker is not dedicated to the oven and the oven is not compatible with the GFCI. Advised asking an electrician about installing a non gfci breaker to be better suited to the oven.

I removed and replaced the strike and attempted to test, but the unit would go into diagnostics showing no error codes and do nothing. I attempted to start a normal cycle and the unit would not get past sensing. Tested voltage and unit is getting 124V. Tested the lid latch and its getting 120V at pins 1 & 2 and at 2 & 3. Contacted techline and spoke to Rich and advised of the complaint and my findings. While talking to Rich, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics again and this time it showed error code F6E1. "Arrived to inspect no operation. I found the rotor plate was siezed and after correcting, the unit operated as designed. I had the CX run ice through it to ensure the plate was cleared and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived to inspect no heat. I inspected the unit and found the chassis ground had fallen onto the magnetron leads and was shorting. After correcting the issue, the unit started heating as designed. Operational test good.

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I recovered refrigerant from the unit and then removed the compressor and associated parts. I installed the compressor, dye drier and service port and vacuumed. The unit went below 500 microns and then when tested, slowly lost vacuum. I found the RC evaporator had a very small leak and I removed and replaced it. I re-vacuumed the unit and it held after reaching below 500. I charged the unit with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. The unit cooled as designed and I discovered the right RC door gasket badly torn at the lower left corner. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is giving the customer and LF error code. The customer advised they had really bad water in the city and that her unit would not draw in cold water. She also mentioned that the lid was breaking at the hinge. Did confirm both of the customers complaints and removed the cold water hose off the back of the unit. Tested the water flow from the wall valve and found good pressure. Replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Ordering the lid and left hinge for full repair. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher element bushings. Upon further inspection, I found the bushings to be incorrect and fall under the service pointer #W11540964. When I pulled the unit out from the cabinets, I found the unit had been leaking from the top panel on both the right and left sides (photos). When I pulled the insulation back, I found the tub cracked on the top at the front and left corners (photos). Also found where the element had leaked on the left side due to the bushings deteriorating (photos). I took several photos of the dry water streaks around the unit and also at the back near the bottom the tub (photo). Took a photo of the floor under the unit where water had leaked (photo). I didnt find any damage to the cabinets on either side or at the back of the unit. I turned the water off under the sink (photo of valve in off position) and advised the customer that the unit is not operable at this time. I checked entitlement and found the unit is under any extended warranty. Notified our claims office (MS) and was advised to not repair the element due to the current issues of the unit already leaking at other locations on the tub. I advised the customer and they advised that they still have to use the unit and the customer placed silicone on the cracks and wanted the element replaced. I advised that I had been instructed to not replace the element and recommended the customer contact the manufacturer. I had the customer sign a waiver of damages from working with water. Customer turned the water back on while I was still in the home and advised them not to due to further potential damages to the home. Unit placed back in its space and had customer sign for the ticket. Unit was not tested during service due to the signs of the tub leaking. Job completed."

I inspected the FC section and found ice built up around the vent openings to the RC section. Removed the evap cover and found the drain tube clogged. I removed the ice from the drip,pan and using my steamer, I cleared the drain tube. Cleaned the FC section from water from the steamer spray and tested the the drain tube again with hot water from the steamer and its clear of debris. The customer stated that now every time they open the oven and heat hits the console the console will reset, but not actually power off. Otherwise, the unit ran fine. I found the console bad. On arrival the customer stated the ice maker had overflowed all the way onto the floor, and inside the unit they had frozen water running down the front of the shelves from the IM. I test the IM and found it no longer harvesting. I test the valve and found it as designed. I ixnstalled the IM and tested the unit. It is now working as designed and no leaks were observed at the end of service.Call complete."

"Arrived on site to further diagnose a heater issue. I contacted LM and was instructed to gain access the the RC heater and ohm it out. I did so and found it good. I then activated the heater and found voltage at the heater coming in from the chassis from white to ground and orange to ground, but not from orange to white. This indicates a possible wiring issue due to reverse polarity. I checked voltage at the wall and found it good. I gained access to the control and found the heater orange wire at P2-6 which is correct. I then checked voltage while the heater is activated and found from P2-6 to P70-3 only 12 volts which indicates a possible bad control. We then checked voltage to ground on both of those and found P2-6 getting 20VAC and P70-3 getting 46VAC. However, we are getting 120VAC with reverse polarity at the heater. This indicates a possible bad internal wiring issue as well. We then checked voltage to the FC from the control and found it good. I called techline and spoke to Scott and kept SR# 7733012426. Scott had me run through the test at the heater again but with the connector unplugged from the heater. Now the white to ground was getting 120VAC, but the orange to ground was only getting 20VAC. He then had me go back to the compressor area and observe the incoming harness to the chassis to see if it was wired incorrectly. However, we found the insulation had sprayed all over the connectors and we were not able to identify the connections properly. I informed the customer of my findings and provided them with the file number. Call complete."

Arrived on site to replace heating element for special project. Found unit had old copper water line. Advised customer to replace water line before we can touch it. Customer will go get new water line and call back to reschedule ; O-emld tckt

Arrived on site for a dryer making an abnormal noise. On arrival the customer provided a video of a loud intermittent squeak. The customer also stated that the issue itself is intermittent and doesnt do it every load. I gained access to inside the unit and found the pulley wheel almost completely seized. I installed the new kit and then test the unit. The unit is now working as designed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not cooling. Found compressor not receiving power from inverter due to shorted control. Inverter and small and large power supply will need to be replaced to complete repairs. Homeowner stated unit should be under extended warranty. New dispatch id from AIG added to attention note. Office to have autho provided if needed and set return date.; ordrng 1 WP2259350 (Power supply) and 1 WPW10624574 (Power supply) and 1 W11573593 (Inverter), states that autho needed"

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not working. Test unit and found bad sump and motor and bad control board. Dont know where is leaking from because unit is not circulating water.

"Arrived on site to diagnose a range with a handle that isn't mounted. Customer had handle and screws, and I remounted handle properly. No further repairs needed and all is working properly at this time."

"Arrived on site for range, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint was oven not working. Tested bake and nothing, so I gained access to the igniter harness and tested and it was bad. Tested after installing new igniter and unit is now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

"Arrived on site and Replaced control board and it immediately failed, will need to replace drain pump and possibly valve before replacing another one.; ordrng 1 W11543994 (Control) and 1 W11399437 (Pump) and 1 W11614635 (Filter) and 1 W11220230 (Valve)"

"Arrived on site and inspected cooktop and found center orifice is clogged and after cleaning it it is working properly. Right hand rear and front burners can be lit with a candle lighter but spark is not reaching burner a cat. Attempted to disassemble cooktop to inspect electrodes and found all screws are seized. Screws would need to be drilled out and this would require replacing all of them, and orifice holders.

"Arrived onsite to inspect ice maker not making or dispensing ice. CX reports that the ice bin had a big block of ice in it. Tested ice bin and maker thermistors, fans, and temperatures. Unit passed all tests. I ran an ice maker diagnostics test and during the test the ice maker did not completely break all the ice out. This is causing the ice maker to over fill and make a block of ice down in the bin. I replaced the ice maker. I did find the ice maker door with a very small gap at the bottom and the separator door with a very small leak. CX decided to try the ice maker first and if it still has any issues we will need to replace the separator and the ice door. Call complete."

Arrived on site to install previous diagnose part. I found the part sent was missing boxed. The customer provided a UI the warranty company sent them I verified it is the correct part. I installed the UI and tested the unit. I found the diverter valve never switching to the lower spray arm. I am ordering a sump and motor assembly to complete the repair. Arrived onsite and found unit with failed icemaker. All checks good.

Arrived onsite for dryer not heating. Upon arrival inspected unit. Tested and found unit tumbling and heating. Found poor ventilation causing extended dry times. Notified customer that the ventilation should be shortened and cleaned to allow proper air flow. Also found door gasket failed. Ordering Gasket ; ordrng 1 W10906683 (Gasket)

"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Edified parts were needed. Replaced control, filter head, recirculating pump, reservoir pump and ice bin thermistor. Tested unit, unit working as designed. No leaks detected.

"Arrived on site for a dryer thats making a squealing sound does a tumbles. Inspected unit and worked area. Did confirm the customers complaint and disassembled the unit. Found three out of the four rollers would not turn as well as the idler pulley. Replaced all rollers and idler pulley and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed.

Arrived onsite and found dishwasher with intermittent control issues but working at time of service.
