Check behind the unit and found the compressor running. Took an amp draw off the compressor and found that compressor pulling .6 A up to .656 A. Found the compressor hot to touch and 80? inside of the freezer and refrigerator compartments. Ordering all sealed system components and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability. "Arrived on site for a dryer that wont start. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the unit in the unit turned on and operated as designed. The customer advised that the unit sometimes wont turn on and sometimes will turn on but will turn itself off. She advised that when the unit turns itself off she can open and close the door and the unit will start again. She also advised that the unit timer seems to advance pass the opposition and will continue to dry her clothes unless if she keeps the door open. Check voltage to the unit and found proper voltage. I did replace the timer due to the timer continuing to advance regardless of if it was in the office session. Did explain to the customer that the issue she may be experiencing may be due to her voltage and that when he unit is running, it is vibrating and may cause her plug to wiggle in the outlet and lose voltage from time to time. The unit was heating and tumbling and doing everything the dryer was supposed to do. Did advise the customer if any other issues persist that she will need to check her electrical supply. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that intermittently loses cooling, and has also lost the lights at random. Talked with customer who said this does not happen daily, but they have had cooling loss so bad they lost all food twice. Other times they open the doors and the lights don't come on. Unit doesn't seem to have completely lost power, but does lose cooling. Most often this is resolved by a power cycle at the breaker. I ran the unit through DC load tests and diagnostics. After running through all tests I found no failed or out of range components, and all items passed. I advised the customer that due to the nature of the issue, being both electrical and intermittent the only repair we can attempt is to replace all electronic controls. Customer does not wish to proceed with a costly repair on the unit, and will replace if it gers worse. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a leaking washer. I tested the machine in auto diagnostics and could see water dripping from the pump. I found the pump gasket had been rolled and pinched when it was installed on the tub and water dripping from the seal. I removed the pump and removed the gasket from the pump finding it good. I put the gasket back in its normal shape and attached it to the pump then remounted the pump and tested again. The unit worked as designed and there were no more water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

I vacuumed to 480 microns and then monitored for an additional 15 minutes. Seeing no change in vacuum, I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. The unit cooled as designed and I squared the chassis and doors. The ice maker housing required position adjustment. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is freezing in the fc. Upon inspection I found that the freezer was full of frost. And the door would not close properly. Upon further inspection I found that the was no ice buildup on the evap but it had a good frost pattern. I removed all frost/ice from the unit and I checked the action on the sliders and found that it operated smoothly and would snap the door closed like it should. I the put the fc dins and the door back on and tested the unit several time and found unit closing and sealing up properly at this time. Job complete
