Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found the back left and front right burners caps were not seated properly and the center burner outer flame would not come on. After further inspection, I found the center burner orifices not installed properly and the mounting screw would not secure in the stud due to the stud not threaded properly. I attempted to correct the stud and found the mounting screw would not fully seat. I switched the orifices and retested and adjusted the flames on all burners and the unit is operating as designed except the center burner head is not secured/grounded properly. I am ordering the center orifice holder, burner head and mounting screws, along with CNOTE-LSO FOR TRAINING and scheduled return service for 02/10/25 (KC). Ran a diagnostic cycle, all components are properly engaging. Filled unit with a high water level, about 3 above the bottom of the bellow. "Arrived on site to inspect range not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display blank and checked the breaker to find it's a GFCI breaker and was tripped (photo). Cycled power and unplugged the unit and removed and replaced the bake and broil elements and the main control. Completed a burnout test on Bake at 500 degrees with the ground wire disconnected at the terminal block. I tested voltage at the bake element and found 242V at the terminal block, 10amps at the bake element and 14amps at the broil element. Once the unit completed the burnout and reached preheat temp, I unplugged the unit and reconnected the ground wire to the chassis and performed another burnout on Bake at 500 degrees and the unit completed preheat as expected. I advised the customer of my repairs and testings and recommended that should the unit trip the breaker again to contact their builder and have them replace the breaker and if the unit continued to trip the breaker to call it in for service. "Arrived on site to test unit for not entering a spin during a cycle and latching issues. Upon arrival customer stated during a regular cycle, unit will not go into a drain and spin. Will need to be put into a drain and spin manually to wring the clothes out. Also it will cancel the cycle before agitation starts. Tested unit, mid spin a screeching noise appeared failed gear case. Replaced gear case (W11454372) and ran a calibration cycle successfully. Ran a diagnostic cycle and heard a rubbing noise coming from the splutch. Replaced splutch (W10721967) and actuator (W10913953) and tested unit, all noises have been eliminated. Noticed bottom of the agitator has scraping marks as does the basket (images attached). Ran a regular wash cycle, unit filled and before agitation, the cycle canceled and drained out with all the lights off. Replaced control (W11307244) and valve (W11210459), also replaced capacitor (W11395618) and lid lock (W11307244) as precautionary. Started a quick wash cycle and monitored incoming voltage, voltage stayed a steady 120V. Unit filled with water, right before progressing to the wash portion, all lights shut off and unit drained all the water out. After draining the water out the wash LED illuminated but there was no progression in the cycle. Will order additional parts. Returning tech to call techline. Ordering parts, rescheduled for 02/07.; ordrng 1 W10919191 (Wash plate) and 1 W10832724 (Motor)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator frost build up in the freezer. Upon further inspection, I found a sheet of ice on the bottom of the freezer and a frozen water drip coming from the evap drip pan. I pulled the unit out to gain access to the drain tube and found the evap cap tube plug wedged in the drain. I was able to get the plug removed and water from the evaporator drip pan began to flow out of the tube. I cleared the ice from the freezer section. Unit is cooling properly. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, I checked the previous cycle settings and found the settings on Regular Normal with a small amount small load of towels. With the door open and the door switch closed, I tested the unit on timed dry and found the unit operating as designed as is could see the element illuminating in the back right vent area. Using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow to the unit and found the unit passed/showing good airflow and the vent tube at the back of the unit is installed correctly and not restricted. I made recommendations for use and care and explained how the other settings use the sensors versus the timed dry usage. No lint observed during service, job completed."

The customer advised that they had noticed part of the paint coming off of the use your interface and wanted to know if there was a way to resolve that issue from happening. I did explain to the customer that the reason why this happens is because of steam from the hot water. I showed the customer that the lid is leaning towards the back near the user interface, which causes the steam to rise up that way. I did explain that this is normal operation and that the only way to resolve the paint issue is to use a touch up spray paint to fix the cosmetic issue. The customer advised that the unit works otherwise and that no further service is needed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit stop making ice for several days and then all of a sudden started making ice again. They advise that they have not had any other issues since it came back on, but still wanted to have it checked. I found the ice container full of ice but found some cubes stuck between the ice maker bail arm and the ice maker. I removed the ice cluster and found the ice maker began to harvest a new batch. I showed the customer what was likely the issue and the customer advised that they were unaware that how to open the ice container. I showed the customer how to remove the ice container. And how to resolve this issue, if the the problem persists. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and when it began to operate, it started making a loud squealing noise. Disassembled the unit and found the tension pulley roller seized to the axles and the back right roller almost seized. I removed the tension pulley roller and rear rollers and cleaned the unit including the axles. Installed new rollers and tension pulley roller and removed and replaced the three rollers on the bulkhead, one with part number WPW10314173 from my van stock. Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not drain. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they were in the middle of a wash.Cycle and the unit would not drain or unlock. They must they were able to remove the water and get it unlocked but they didn't try again. I did confirm the customer's complaint and checked resistance from the control down to the drain pump. I found it open and checked again at the drain pump. I found proper resistance at the drain pump indicating a failed wire harness. I replaced the wire harness and tested the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed until it went into spin mode, at which time, the unit began to make a loud metal on metal screeching noise. Tilted the unit back and removed the Pulley shield and found belt residue in the shield and found where the belt had been slipping on the pulley and motor pulley. Removed the pulley from the cam and found gearcase oil on the cam and pulley. I removed and replaced the gearcase, cam and belt and calibrated the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. When I inquired about warranty / payment the person onsite said to just call the number we had on the ticket for payment / estimate etc, but the person I called said to handle it with the people on site. Talked to MS and advised her of the situation. No work performed, left the site. Noone on site was prepared to pay for the work. No signature captured, no work performed."

"Arrived on site to inpsect washer making a grinding noise, upon further inpsection, I gained access to the underside of the washer and found that the cam assembly was not shifting correctly and causing the pully to grind against the cam. The actuator was not operating properly. I am ordering the splutch W10721967 and actuator W11481722. "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed until it got to the spin mode and began to make a loud metal on metal screeching noise. Tilted the unit back and found the belt with some slack and removed the cam pulley and found gearcase oil on the cam and pulley. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the gearcase, cam and belt and scheduled return service for 02/07/25 AM call. Arrived on site to test unit for console not responding. Verified multiple inputs needed for console to respond to commands. Replaced console(W11659261) and unit is now working as designed. Advised customers to download app and connect unit to wifi to ensure latest software updates. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit skidding forward and top rack falling. Found customer pushing top rack to far up. Showed customer how far the rack goes up to prevent it from falling. Also found unit secured only from the feet and it had wood pice keeping the unit levels and the wood had moved. Secured wood under right foot to stay level job complete.

Arrived onsite for one f1e6 error. Customer had reset and restored function. Verified unit is operating at time of service. Cleared single error and advised on door closure. No parts.

KRFC302ESS09 Arrived on site for a refrigerator with damaged to left door. On arrival verified issue replaced left door tested product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking and not filling with cold water. Upon further inspection, I found the unit in a closet in the garage. Placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E4-spin limited by water temp. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Customer advised the unit won't spin and they're not getting cold water. Also advised of previous company's repairs to include the gearcase, valve, suspension rods. The unit completed diagnostics and i gained access to the valve and found the hot and cold hoses switched on the valve which would explain why they're not getting cold water. I corrected the hoses and retested and unit is operating as designed. I did find rust on the top panel and at the top of the front panel, along with a dent in the top right corner of the top panel. Also found moisture on the underside of the lid. Customer advised previous company did the damage to the unit and i recommended they contact their extended warranty to make a claim. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for unit continuously draining and popping up F8E4. I found a drain electrical problem error. I replaced the drain pump. Units issue still persists. I fixed the drain line as it was kinked and not ran behind the dishwasher but it did not solve the issue. I found the float switch showing open on both positions whi h is leading to the drain pump constantly running and popping the error up. Will need to order a float switch and control just in case. Ordering W11545764 Float Switch and W11462459 Control. Office to RS as I was not able to ask customer. Didn't get signature because customer had to run to a work call.; ordrng 1 W11545764 (Float switch) and 1 W11462459 (Control)

Arrived onsite to replace pre diagnosed capacitor failure. Unit would not complete wash cycle. Replaced capacitor and tested. Ran test cycle and quick wash cycle. Unit is now functioning properly and as designed to. No leaks present at this time job completed. Parts usedw116145122

Arrived on site to test unit for not draining. Found error f9e1 present. Black wire to drain pump was severed. Corrected wiring using harness(W11643701). Unit completed diagnostic cycle with no issues. No leaks detected at this time. Unit is now working as designed. Job complete.

MER8700DS1 Arrived on site for a range not heating correctly. On arrival tested all i could to determine the issue and found bake element has failed . Replaced bake element tested product works as it's designed. Uploaded photos of readings

"Arrived on site to install previously ordered and diagnosed parts per previous technician. I installed the latch and strike and found that the door is still pushing itself open. I pulled the unit out and found that the leveling was off and 6 weight was not evenly distributed, causing the door to go out of alignment. I also found that the unit was sitting too high and too close to the counter. I made sure that the unit was sitting square and made some minor adjustments to the hindges so that they were operating correctly. The customer also expressed a separate concern that she wanted the door to open only about 6 inches and no further. I explained and showed her how the door is designed with the hinges and that it has a slow open feature. The door was opening like it is designed. After making the adjustments and leveling, the dishwasher is now latching properly. However, the unit will need to be mounted to the cabinet by the builder since the unit had to be lowered during the adustemt and leveling. Arrived onsitwnfor concerns about the oven evenness of baking. Tested preheat to 350f and found the unit operating within design specs. Advised customer on longer preheat up to 30 minutes instead of the 15 minute minimum. Advised using an ambient radiating regulator such as a rectangular bake stone on the bottom rack to help capture and evenly radiate the heat. No parts. Unit is set up properly and operating as designed.
