Arrived on site for a washing machine that had a control blow prior last repair. I ohmd out all components and found the drain pump read 1.3 ohm. This is significantly out of range and is most likely what shorted the control. I replaced h the drain pump and control. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and test it. I found the unit now running as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete.

"JM: Arrived onsite to inspect washer. CX reports that unit door lock does not work and that the unit squeals while running. I found error codes F5E1, F2E1. I ran a service diagnostics test. Unit failed door lock test. Manually tested door lock and it failed once every three times there as well. I could here it activating, but it wouldnt lock. Tested spin cycle and I could not reproduce the squeals the CX was reporting. I tested the suspension and it passed the test, it has very little play in it. I talked with the CX that it could be producing the squeal, but that its not worth replacing at this time. Unit needs the door lock assembly replaced. R/R door lock assembly and tested unit. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. Call complete."

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is freezing in the rc. Found diffuser not opening and closing and replaced diffuser. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with an ice maker that doesnt work and the unit is making a loud chugging noise. On arrival the customer provided a video of the sound and it appeared to be the compressor valves rattling. I checked temps and found the FC at 8?F when set to 3?F and the RC at 40?F when set to 34?F. I gained access to the RC door harness and found two wires damage and two completely severed going to the IM. They were to close the the door to repair. This is why the IM is not working. I then gained access to the back of the unit and found the RC drain line was missing and the unit was dripping directly into the bottom of the unit. I was able to replicate the noise and verified it was coming from the compressor. In order to repair the unit it will need a new door, compressor, and RC drain line. Call complete."

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the unit cooling well and the FC was at 5 F. I discussed the CX complaint and it was the unit would work fine and intermittently the temperature would climb and then afterwards, water would pool in the bottom of the unit and then it would start cooling normally until the next incident. Inspection of the unit revealed the FC door liner was allowing the gasket to pull up and get very near the top of the front lower border, allowing air to circulate into the FC chamber. The upper FC drawer was binding badly, preventing full closure of the door and plastic debris was found within adjacent areas to the rear and lower drawer slide areas. I removed the debris and applied MFG approved lubricant and the prior binding of the upper drawer and subsequent failure of the FC door slides to pull the door fully closed, was completely remedied. The right RC door gasket was torn in several places and the magnetic door strip could be seen as well. I tested the defrost system and found it working as designed and cycled the compressor multiple times, without fail. Office to order FC door and RH RC door gasket. "Arrived on site to inspect venthood not operating. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on to test and could hear the motor humming, but the blower wheel was not turning. I turned it by hand and found it rubbing against an object. As I was removing the blower from the hood, I found a screw at the top of the blower that was holding the blower to the hood. I removed the junction box cover and found when the unit was installed, a 2 inch screw was used on the ground wire and it was embedded in the blower housing making contact with the blower wheel and keeping it form turning (photo). I removed the screw and installed a green grounding screw and retested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. I notified the builder and provided a photo for them as well. Used my heat gun to reform new door gasket and advised CX to keep doors closed for a minimum of 6hrs. Unit had frost on the freezer chamber just on the goods none build up on the evap cover. I explained to CX that its a must that doors dont stay open more than seconds because moisture will get up in the cooler sections and cause frost. No leaks where observed during service. I opened the freezer door and found a slab of ice at the bottom of the FC section. Disassembled the FC section and found the right door bracket damaged. Removed the ice and found the drain tube clogged. Pulled the unit out and found the drain tube gapped. Removed the drain tube and found pieces of insulation wedged inside the drain tube. Removed the debris and using my steamer, removed the remaining ice from the FC evaporator drip pan and cleared the drain tube. Re-installed the drain tube at the back and sealed with silicone. Installed a new right door bracket and reassembled the FC section and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

However, at the end of the cycle there were excessive suds. I found the customer had a water softener. I walked the customer through proper soap usage via the user care guide. I advised them to run a clean cycle on the unit to remove some excess soap build up. Arrived on site for washer not completing the cycle. I spoke to the customer about the warranty and with this unit not being commercial approved and being used in a commercial environment. I let them know that we can service it but there will be a charge and we cannot guarantee the work. I found the unit badly out of level and the drain line not installed with a high loop. I checked diagnostics and found fault codes for out of balance and long fill. I corrected the level of the washer and secured the drain tube so it has a high loop. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found it working as designed.

I installed the replacement and performed testing and found the audible issues were fully corrected and positive actuation could audibly be detected, including the sound of the flow of refrigerant to the correct evaporators within test mode. I advised the CX to monitor temperatures and if there are further issues, the TWV mechanical assembly would be required. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site and found saved error codes F0E2, F7E3. Ran all functions in manual diagnostic cycle and everything passed, test 51 and calibration 52 will also pass. Customer experienced issue with delicate cycle. Began delicate cycle and it started at 47 min, jumped to 53 then 54 progressed to 44 min sat idle for 5 min then drained. Went from 34 then 38 min added some water at 37 min then sat idle drained at 36 then sat idle, drained again dropped to 34, then dropped to 27 drained again at 26 ran drain pump for several minutes then raised to 28 min and added water then raised to 35 min. Spoke with techline and Reported everything observed and they said it was likely a logic problem in the control board 7734423036.

"Arrived on site for no lights. Ui reading door open,checked switches,rocker arm engaging switches correctly,opened doors switches disengaged,reset power from master switch,tested door operation and switches unit working as designed.

Arrived onsite and repaired unit by replacing repair kit parts and removing bead caught in he tread. All else checks good.

Arrived on site. Per tech support replaced freezer door and brackets tested door operation good. SR#7733619313

"Arrived on site for washer flashing . Ran diagnostics got latch and drain error . Replaced latch . Reran diagnostics latch make loud thunk but didnt latch and went back to flashing control. Ordering control drain ,control and latch . Will install pump first . No water leaks detected. ordrng 1 W11414731 (Latch) and 1 W11428994 (Control)"

Arrived on site to test unit for flames to high. Test unit and found left burners high on low. Adjusted flames test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site for fridge not cooling properly. Found FZ evap covered in frost . Defrost evap. Ran diagnostics. Fan ,and heater are checking normal. Advised customer about making sure about load FZ and making sure door is closed . job complete"

Arrived on site to replaced element due to special project. Replaced element test unit and unit test good job complete no leaks present.

Arrived on site to replace panel for range. Replace side panel and all is working properly at this time.

Arrived on site to install new heater per SP W11540964. Installed new heater and verified no leaks or water damage present. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found fridge section warm and freezer section cool but not cold. Found evaporator completely covered in ice. Ran forced defrost to test element and element did energize. Found thermistor out of range and control not adequately performing defrost cycle. Replaced freezer thermistor and main control that includes RC thermistor. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete
