Arrived onsite to inspect washer to test it for running correctly. I found the unit not spinning correctly at the correct speed. I found the rotor bolt was loose and backed out. "Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop burners flames not adjusting. Upon further inspection, I tested the burners and found the front left and right large burners simmer wont adjust from high to low and the back middle (small) burner flame is too high in low setting. I adjusted the back middle burner and retested and it is operating as designed. I adjusted the front left and right large burners and tested them on high to low and they are operating as designed. I contacted tech support and spoke to Cliff and advised of the complaint and the adjustments I had made. Cliff advised that due to the unit being converted to LP, the simmer flames cant be adjusted. Cliff advised the info would be documented on the previous SR#7734028844. After researching and discussing with service management, I removed the knobs, bezels and switch harness from the valves/stems and adjusted the simmer flames by the adjusting screw located on the left side of each valve. Tested the simmer flames and both are operating as designed. I advised the customer of the repairs and demonstrated to the customer. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Found no faults in pressure switch, hose, trap, or valves. Found signs of foreign objects between tubs but couldnt pull anything or or visually confirm what was stuck between tubs. Call complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop and missing screw. Upon further inspection, I found the oven door outer glass not attached t the bottom the door as it is missing the 3 screws. When I removed the door from the unit, I found the entire door very loose. After disassembling the door, I found the inner handle brackets badly bent and the screws backing out. I tightened the screws and adjusted the door and temporarily repaired it until I can return with the correct parts to fully repair the door. Reassembled the door and placed back on the unit. Tested the cooktop and found none of the ignitors function but each burner is getting gas. I found the cooktop with lots of cooking oils/grease on the burners/burner caps as well. Also found the oven door gasket badly torn. I am ordering the spark module, switch harness, door gasket, door handle inner brackets/screws and the screws that secure the bottom of the oven outer door glass and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that has a broken dispenser and its flashing prior to the end of the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Ran unit through diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. Tested the unit in an auto test and did find something appearing to be hitting the drain pump impeller. Remove the obstruction from the drain pump and replaced the dispenser. Tested the unit and the unit is not working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven that was getting an F2E1 error. On arrival the consoles LED was lit, but the console was unresponsive to touch. I cycled the power down at the breaker for several minutes. The unit was now responsive, but threw the F2E1 for stuck key every few seconds.I installed the console and the unit was now responsive. I preheat both ovens to 350?F and found the unit running as designed.

The customer advised that it makes a high-pitched noise and then makes a clicking sound and will continue to do that every few minutes. She did advise that the unit has not called for the past two weeks and she just bought this unit a little over a month ago. Replaced the starting device and capacitor and tested the unit again. Took an amp draw off the compressor as it attempted to run and found pulling 9.28 A indicating a failed and locked compressor. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor. I moved the unit around and could not duplicate the noise/vibration the customer described. I removed the kickplate and found the piece of foam thats located in between the condenser coil and the bracket at the front of the unit was crushed to where the coils were resting on the bracket which can cause the vibration noise. I adjusted the coils and placed a folded up sealant pad in between the coil and bracket. Test3d the compressor again and still could not duplicate the noise. I advised the customer of the possible issue and recommended they monitor the unit and call in for service if the unit begins to make the noise again. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that has a service pointer for a heater replacement. I did confirm that the customers model and serial tag were within the range of the service pointer. Arrived on site for a vent hood not laying flush at the top of the hood. On arrival the customer stated there is a small piece of metal screwed into the top front of the vent hood and when the fan is on some air escapes from it. I found the customer referencing the plate that covers the recirculation vent. I removed the cover and shaped it. I found it significantly improved. I informed the customer of my findings and that it is normal for a small amount of air to escape there due to the design of the unit. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for fridge making a noise. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the unit on but the compressor not running. I put the unit into test 4 and verified the condenser fan is running. I put the unit into test 5 and tested the compressor I found on low the compressor making a buzzing noise, and it get louder on high. I used temporary padding to isolate line and found the noise coming from the compressor its self. I am ordering a sealed system to complete the repair. Compressor, uv dryer, and process stub. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I checked the element bushings San den found them missing. When I went to remove the toeplate, I found the assembly not complete as the smaller toeplate and screws were missing. I pulled the unit out and removed and replaced the element. When I tested the unit, due to the toeplate and sound shield missing, the unit was louder than normal. I am ordering the small toeplate, shield and screws. Scheduled return service for 09/02/22. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not heating. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the inspector tested the unit on 350 degrees and the unit failed to get past 265. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F9E0 & F1E1. Cleared the codes and removed and replaced the main control. Using my multimeter, I placed the thermal lead in the center of the middle rack and tested on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 358. Next 3 readings were 368, 332, 370 for an average temp of 356.7 degrees. Unit is operating as within manufacturer specifications. I made recommendations for use and care. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking from underneath. Upon further inspection, the builder advised that the unit is leaking from the nut on the valve. I found a yellow cloth under the valve and hose. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed with no leaks. As I began to pull the unit out, water began to flow rapidly onto the floor. I found the drain hose was not properly installed and came undone. I cleaned the water from the floor and re-routed the drain hose to where I could get it to secure with the check valve hose. Tested the unit again to verify no leaks and I found where the water supply hose is leaking at the valve. I advised the builder the that unit is going to need a new 72 inch 3/8x3/8 water hose and another drain hose due to the unit being installed with a cabinet in between the dishwasher and the sink. I am ordering the 12ft drain hose and 6ft drain hose and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service for 09/02/22. Arrived onsite for fridge has incorrect ice maker. Upon arrival found that the icemaker installed is the correct ice maker. Bin is more than half full. Customer is wanting an ice maker with a wire bail and not the plastic. She said that she feels the production is too slow. Called techline for assistance. Tech said that ice maker is not interchangeable and there is no repair that can be made. Tech told me to give customer phone number to customer service. Tech gave Sr#7734465513. Job complete

Arrived on site for a microwave that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Found the door switch latch on the top pushed all the way to the back upon inspection. Unplugged the unit and removed the user interface assembly. Did confirm that the latch had been pushed all the way to the back causing an incomplete circuit. Popped the latch back into place and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer turning on without pressing the start button. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit in timed dry and as soon as I turned the timer knob, the unit came on. I checked the door switch and it was good. Tested the start switch and it was closed. I removed and replaced the switch and retested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed. Unit is vacant-new build"

Arrived onsite to replace damaged door outer panel. Replaced panel and tested. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site to install updated heater for dishwasher. Replaced element and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found after service was performed.

Arrived onsite for intermittent leaking. Found unit with evidence of sudsing leak. Advised customer on findings and provided instruct on use and care. All else checks good.

Arrived onsite for oven. It heating. Found all other functions in tact. Determined fan was not operating and tod had shorted replaced TOD under warranty and restored fan function. Tested unit. All checks good and is operating as designed

"Arrived on site for freezer needing previously diagnosed inverter board. Upon arrival confirmed issue but found compressor also failing. Installed new compressor! Uv drier, and access port. Pulled vac and charged system wi5 45 grams of refrigerant. Found no leaks and unit running as designed. Informed customer to give unit 4 hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete"

Arrived on site for washing machine not washing properly. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the machine not advancing the cycle. I found fault codes for pressure system fault. I gained access to the control and found the pressure hows not flowing properly. I gained access to the tub and found the hose pinched off. I removed the damage hose and reconnected it. I tested the unit. It is now working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to install previous diagnose parts. I isolated the evaporator fan and found it rattling more then usual. I gained access to the evaporator fan and replaced the, motor, fan blades, and grommets. I reassembled the unit and tested it. I found it working as designed. I spoke to the customer about the variable speeds for the evaporator fan, and depending on what the cooling condition it is calling for the fan speed will decrease or pick up. Job complete."
