Arrived on site for dishwasher not having power. I inspected the unit and work. I tested voltage from the outlet and found none. I reset the breaker and still found no power. I swapped the dishwasher to the disposal outlet and tested it. It is working as designed. I advised they have an electrical to figure out why the outlet has no power.

Arrived on site to install customer provided part. I gained access to regulator and replaced it with the customer provided one. I found the ignitor in the large oven not igniting the bake. The customer is going to find a replacement ignitor and will reschedule with us. I tested the small oven and cooktop. All are working as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezing up. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit has never fully operated as it should. They have been finding the RC evaporator freezing up even after previous service. I disassembled the RC section and gained access to the evaporator where I found ice on the top of the evaporator and on the suction line and cap tube in the top left corner. I unplugged the unit and removed the back cover and to inspect the drain tube. I found the tube gapped and clogged with debris. Cleaned the drain tube out and re-installed the tube and placed silicone around the lip to seal off the gap (photo). I tested the RC evap thermistor and found it out of range. Tested voltage and found the control not providing proper voltage. I removed and replaced the control kit (HV control and dispenser UI) and the RC evap cover with thermistor. Secured the thermistor to the suction line with foil tape and ziptie (photo). Pushed the suction line and cap tub towards the back of the cabinet and tested the unit. Unit is beginning to cool and has a good frost pattern. Reassembled the RC section and advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. Recommended allowing the unit to cool for 24 hours before placing food items inside.."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the mullion not working properly. On arrival the customer showed me how when you close the door the mullion will hit the other door. I found the mullion not snapping back properly. The customer also pointed out how the right side RC gasket was torn. I am ordering the gasket and will return with the mullion to install. Arrived on site to replace heating element due to special project. Replaced heating element test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked the ice maker error codes in test 56 and found E2 & E3. Tested the harvest in test 57 and the ice maker began to harvest but stopped mid-cycle. I removed the ice box and found ice cubes in the tray and the heater never came on. I tested voltage at the hv control for the heater at pins P12-6 to P1-2 and got 113V. I tested the ice maker motor at pins P7-5 to P7-6 and got 13VDCI removed and replaced the ice maker and retested in test 57. Ice maker harvested and then I tested the fill tube in test 45 and the tray filled. Ice maker is operating as designed. I cycled power to the unit to reset the controls and placed the unit back into diagnostics and checked for error codes and found E0 (none). No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for refrigerator inspected unit and work area. Tested water dispenser and found low water pressure. Removed filter and inserted my bypass and still the same. I the pulled unit out and found the water line kink and not allowing good pressure. Fix the problem and unit is now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking. On arrival the customer stated it will leak and an entire towel will get soaked during the cycle. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E1 for diverter cant find position. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it aggressively leaking from the diverter. I installed the new sump and motor and then ran a diagnostics cycle. I found it now working as designed with no leak present at the end of service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the unit on a time dry cycle and found the unit tumbling and heating. Remove the vent hose from the wall and found water and lint buildup inside of the vent hose. Remove the water and lint from the vent hose and tested the dryer on a high heat setting. Found the unit cycling as designed. Advise the customer that the issue was most likely with her airflow restriction going out of the home. The customer advised they have not had the vents cleaned since they moved in. Customer will get the vents cleaned and will call back if further issues persist. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine making a loud clicking noise and now not properly agitating. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then manually activated the high agitate and found it never shifted. On agitate the entire tub was moving. I found it would spin as designed. I gained access to the bottom and found the shifter arm physically broke and separated from the gears. I installed the new shifter and then test the unit. I found the unit now working as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F21-long drain. Canceled the test and inspected the bellow drain and found a large amount of debris inside the bellow. Inspected the drain pump and it was clear and the empellars were good. I ran a drain/spin cycle and the drain pump is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer clean the inside of the bellow and run a cycle and see if that helps. I made recommissions for use & care of the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner not igniting. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and all are operating as designed. I found the far left 2 burners flames were too high and adjusted them. Customer demonstrated on the front right burner what they were experiencing and I found that they were not turning the knob far enough to turn the gas on and thats why they were having a difficult time getting the burner to ignite. I advised to turn the knob until hit was on the high setting and the burner will ignite. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that was getting white residue inside of the unit. I found the residue to be regular hard water calcium build up. I advised the customer on running regular self clean cycles. The customer also expressed concerns of the unit not drying. I found the customer is using rinse aid. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F7E1 for no heat. I then ran a diagnostics cycle while monitoring amp draw to the heater and found no amperage. I could hear the relay click however. Upon further inspection I found the harness good and good voltage coming from the control to the heater. I am ordering the heater to replace. "Arrived on site and inspected range and found no power showing on user interface, if a knob is turned interior light flickers on and off and sparking can be heard from power relays behind control board. Checked incoming power and found only one leg has 120 V, 0V on the other. First an electrician will need to correct incoming power before a correct diagnosis can be made. All parts listed are if needed. Actual diagnosis will depend on what is corrected after incoming power is fixed.

Ive done side for you to not cooling. Upon arrival confirm complaint upon further inspection found that compressor is running with amp fluctuations between. 23 and. 63. Both fans were running but dryer was at room temp while compressor is overheated as well as evaporator coil had no frost buildup except for on the To going into the evaporator only. Arrived onsite to inspect icemaker clean cycle not starting and just beeping and displaying add cleaner at CX. The owners manual showed to press clean cycle once and then the unit would beep and display add cleaner. Then the manual said to add cleaner then to press clean cycle again and it would start the clean cycle. The software has changed in the control we have replaced previously. I showed the customer that now you press the clean cycle and it will beep and flash add cleaner then after the cleaner has been added you have to press and hold the clean cycle button until the clean cycle starts. "Arrived on site for a washing machine not draining and with door bellow concerns. On arrival the customer stated they just wanted me to inspect the bellow and I found it good. They also found a few quarters got into their drain pump filter. I ohmd put the pump and found it bad. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E1 for long drain, F0E2 for oversuds, F0E5 for off balance load, F8E1 for valve failure, and F5E2 for lock failure. I cleared the codes. I then installed a new drain pump and ran a diagnostics cycle. I found the unit running as designed with no leaks present at the time of the cycle. Call complete."

Upon further inspection I found a long air gap in the gasket on the left hand side of the RC door. I shaped this and it was now sealing as designed. "Arrived for washer that is showing F3E1 code. Upon inspection I found that the below was becoming detached from the tub. I fixed that and the perform a diagnostics test and found that the unit was producing too many suds for the detergent dispenser being empty, Which indicates an over sudsing issue. I replaced the Pressure switch in case it was too late to save it. Then I noticed that the cx is using a soap that is Concentrated. Advise the customer to use the measuring cup and do not go past the number one no matter the size of the load she is washing. I rinsed out detergent dispenser and ran unit several times until the amount of soap soap reached a normal level. Tested unit one last time and found unit operating as designed job complete."

MR Arrived on site for clothes not drying. On inspection unit had error code n95.The air vent had restricted air flow. Pulled vent hose from wall air follow was normal. Tested air flow outside and it was was restricted. CX will clean.Ran a moisture sensor test and the readings were off. Clean the moisture sensor bars off and retested. The test was with in MGF specs. No other issues found. 2nd appliance.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that was making a loud sound during the spin and now getting an unbalanced error code. Upon further inspection I found an extreme amount of rust on bottom of the unit. I found the unit would need new bearings and gearcase. I walked the customer through my findings and they declined any further repair.

Arrived on site to test unit for frost build up in FC. Customer stated they went out of town and returned with frost build up present. Found frost was caused by door not closed properly. Removed frost and door is sealing as designed. Filled gap between linear and cabinet with silicone. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived on site to replace capacitor due to failed/leaking capacitor on washer. Replaced and tested. Verified unit working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to replace HV control for unit frosting you. Customer stated they have to unplug every so often to thaw unit down. Found drain tube was clear and not restricted. Advised customer on string of issues specific model has and not confident repair would hold. Customer agreed to proceed with main control replacement. Replaced UI and control.

Arrived onsite for a washer that is making a squeaking noise when in use. Upon inspection I found that the rotor had some damage to the teeth. I installed new rotor and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. CX compla int was washer not draining. Tested unit and found stored error codes F2E1 F9E1. I then tested voltage at the control for drain pump and it was good. Tested voltage at the drain pump and had no voltage. Wiring harness has to be replaced in order to fix. Will also replace strike as is broken. When parts have arrived. No leaks where observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11568984 (Lower harness)"

"Arrived onsite for Fridge- temp issue. Upon arrival Mrs.stated that the FC has good temp, but the RC seemed too cold. Found the RC set to 7 which is the coldest setting. Mrs. Said she did not recall ever switching from recommended setting 4 to 7. Checked temps. Got 2 degrees In the FC and 33 degrees in the RC. Ran diagnostics and all test passed including thermistors. Changed settings to recommended and unit still dropped to 34 and compressor still operating with call for cooling. Ordering control. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11524469 (Control)"

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found both cabinets cool but above temperature. . Found evaporator covered in ice. Unit having defrost issues. Ran diagnostics, found defrost sensor open. Also ran forced defrost and heater would not energize. Ordering defrost sensor, control, UI and evaporator harness. Needs manual defrost 48 hrs prior to next visit. ordrng 1 W11546681 (Harness) and 1 W11558182 (Control) and 1 W11546610 (Heater) and 1 W11518204 (UI)"

Arrived onsite for no cool in fresh food section and found cause to be failed evap fan motor.Completed repair. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair.
