Arrived on site for a dryer that is making abnormal Sam string operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit makes a weird sound when it initially starts up but then it will stop making the noise. I tested the unit and was able to replicate the sound one time After attempting several different cycles. This sound sounded like it was coming from the back. I gave access to the blower wheel and found that the blower wheel had been rubbing up against the blower housing. I moved the blower wheel and found that the motor was not fully connected onto the motor mount. I cant access to the motor and found one of the clips not connected on both sides on the front end of the motor. I reconnected the motor mount clip and attempt to push and pull on the motor. I found the motor sitting in place and not moving. I reassembled the unit and tested the unit. I found the unit was working and operating as designed with no abnormal sounds present. Call complete. No parts were installed.

"Arrived on site for the washing machine. That is making abnormal sounds during agitation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer turned the unit on and I could hear the agitation immediately start grinding. I checked underneath the unit and found the cam had melted. "Arrived on site for intermittent ice making issues, produce gets icey, and some other items get too cold.Upon arrival, inspected unit found container full of ice. Temperature in both boxes seem to be too cold. Took temperatures in both sections and is 29 In RC and 0 In FC when set to recommended temperature settings. Noticed compressor and fans are operating continuously even when temperatures should be satisfied. I believe the water reservoir is freezing over causing no ice production from time to time. On arrival verified complaint of u it not sealing doors correctly. On inspection found gaskets are sealing great except in a couple small spots. Warmed up with heat gun and confirmed gaskets are now all completely sealing. Job complete no parts installed.

"On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage. Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight and twists in power cord removed. Verified voltage and polarity are correct. Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements and main control. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in diag test activation then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Upon further inspection I observed that the control was not sending proper voltage to the motor and the issue is actually with the control. I replaced the control and tested the unit. "Arrived on site for continued drain issues. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and get error code F9-E1. Test unit and is draining but not liking the amount of water that is draining through disposal. Arrived on site to inspect rust/water stains on washer drip pan. Upon further inspection I gained access to the underside of the underside of the machine and observed no standing water or evidence of leaks on the washer itself. I placed the unit into diagnostic and ran a test cycle. All functions of the washer are operating as designed. I checked again for water leaks and could not observed any leaks. I ran a test cycle on consumer mode and continued to observed for leaks. During the drain portion of the cycle I was able to locate the leak on the outer drain hose. I am ordering the outer hose W11244231 and I am scheduling for Monday 9/30; ordrng 1 W11244231 (Outer hose)

"Arrived on site to inspect range middle burner not igniting, drawer not easily being able to slide out, and loose knob. Upon further inspection, I found that the middle burner was not igniting due to the burner head having a build up of grease. I found that the drawer was misaligned and out of place. I found that the knob stem was broken. I aligned the drawer so now it slides in an out without issue. I cleaned the burner head and now it is operating without issues. I advised the customer that the knob would not be covered by the warranty however I was able to make a temporary repair to the stem until he gets new knobs. No gas leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for vent hood not turning off. Button not responding. Vacant home. After testing I confirmed off button is not responding properly. "Arrived on site to follow up on washer leaving gunk on clothes and also has an odor to it. I examined some clothes the customer had washed that had buildup on them. Added pictures of bottom of agitator and clothes. The buildup on the clothes looks like the consistent buildup i see under washplate from normal grime / soap / softener buildup. I advised the customer there is nothing in the washer that creates these substances, it's a combination of debris and particulates from clothes, the water quality, and soaps used. I called tech line and confirmed with them there is nothing in the unit that causes this, and the only way that it can be removed is by hot water cleaning cycles and cleaners, or by taking the tub out and pressure washing it. I checked the bottom of the tub and saw there was buildup on the tub bottom under the basket. Previous tech cleaned as much as possible with gearcase replacement, but did note the buildup was thick and has been going on for some time. Advised customer to try adjusting soaps used, and that with softened and filtered water there are NO abrasive materials to help remove those buildups, and it will have to be constantly run with cleaning cycles. No repair possible, unit working as designed. No parts used."

Arrived onsite and found unit producing a thick sheet of ice but not able to slide of the evap. Advised customer on regular cleaning and maintenance and also that the water filter should be used to reduce deposits. Unit is otherwise operating as designed. Watched a full batch and thick ice melted away to nothing and did not slide onto the grid. Visible calcification. needs to be cleaned.

Arrived onsite for washer leaking water from behind. Upon arrival I found the drain hose into the wall to be loose and when drain activates it jumps up. I secured the drain hose line to where it will not jump up anymore. I ran the washer on fill and drain 4 times and no leak occurred. I also ran a normal cycle and completed with no leaks present. No leaks could be replicated. Unit is operating as designed at time of service. I suspect the drain hose line jumped out of the wall while draining and poured water on the floor. Water lines were tight and no water was leaking from the valves. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher spray arm not working. Upon arrival customer stated the dishwasher wouldn't wash at all just fill and drain. I found a F4E3 error code present. Arrived onsite for washer with no lights working and weird noise present. Upon arrival I found the lights off when powered on and the drain pump to be continuously running. I checked the drain pumps ohms and checked to be good. I disconnected the pressure line and the drain pump was still running. The control has gone bad and needs to be replaced. I replaced the control and the drain pump does not run continuously anymore. The lights are now operating as designed. Unit is now completing cycles with no issue. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not heating. Upon arrival I checked error codes and found F7E1 no heat error code present. I checked the control to the heater and found voltage to be good. I checked continuity on the heater terminals and found it open. The heater has gone bad and upon visual inspection I found a break in the heater element. "WTW5010LW0 Arrived on site for unit not washing. Upon arrival, customer mentioned the unit will start to sense and soon after go straight to done. Proceeded to check error codes and found F5E1 lid switch failure, F5E3 lid will not lock or unlock, F7E6 motor circuit open, F7E7 motor unable to reach target RPM and F7E1 tachometer error. Previous door lock errors were not cleared after part replacement. Proceeded to check capacitor and found reading 38 MdF. Proceeded to replace W11395618 capacitor. Before entering diagnostics, cleared all error codes. Diagnostics passed with no issues. Customer had few items of laundry and proceeded to test on Normal cycle. Unit cycled correctly and is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time."

JJW3430LM00 RG: Arrived on site for an oven tripping breaker . Further inspection found breaker was tripped flipped back on and pre heated oven to 500 degrees . Entered diagnostics and found F9E1 product not draining and F10E2 vent wax motor electrical problem error codes stored. Ran a diagnostic cycle, when vent fan engaged it made a whirring sound. All other components are properly engaging. Replaced vent (W11649995) and tested, unit is now running as designed. Customer also had concerns about her dishes being cloudy since they moved in. Customer has a soft water system. Advised customer to run hot water at the sink faucet, once water gets hot then start the cycle. Also advised customer on the importance of using rinse aid, the correct amount of soap, and running cleaning cycles. No leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no operation. Upon arrival customer stated unit started to work again. Initially when it stopped working he removed the UI panel and water leaked out of the compartment. Customer keeps the house at 69? causing condensation buildup when warm moist air enters the cabin through the venting. The condensation is interfering with the UI electronics and causing the panel to go dark and renders the unit unusable. Removed panel and found condensation buildup throughout. Replaced console (W11378949) as precautionary. Ran a vent test and found the venting restricted. Advised customer to contact his builder and have him inspect the venting. If vent is clogged advised to hire a professional vent cleaner to get it clear. Also advised to close AC vent right above the unit to bring the temperature of the room higher to try and minimize the temperature difference. Unit is now running as designed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Inspected the compressor compartment, removed evaporator cover, found no noises or vibrations. Placed unit back into the cavity, heard a slight vibration only at one certain point, bottoms right side. Removed unit compartment cover and found one side of the compressor is not padded out and it may be causing the cardboard sheet to vibrate against the frame. Used pads (W11113654) to make sure no contact is being made with the frame, installed unit back to its place and could not create a vibration noise any longer. I called the safety line and they informed me that the cost of the repair would fall on the customer SR7739916373. The customer chose not to repair the unit. Diagnosis complete."

Arrived on site to inspect ice maker producing too much ice and noisy operation. I found that the bin thermistor was out of spec allowing the unit to overproduce ice. I replaced the bin thermistor and ran a test cycle in consumer mode. I did not observed any unusual or loud noises and could not recreate the loud noise that the customer observed. WPW10511923. No water leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site for cooktop knobs feeling loose. Upon further inspection, I found that the left front and right front valves were cracked causing the valve stems to be loose. I replaced the manifold and now the unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks observed during service. W10682073"

Upon further inspection, the customer had the unit performing a cycle and I found water pooling on the floor at the bottom of the door on the right side. When I opened the door, I found the door gasket, in the upper right corner, was bowed inward telling me its not sealing properly as it should pop outward when the door is opened. I found the left top corner popped out as it should be. I removed the gasket and attempted to adjust the gasket and it continued to fail. I removed and replaced the door gasket and retested unit and it is operating as designed (photos). No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. W11483553"

I ran a test bake at 350 degrees and used a thermocouple to measure the temperature. The unit reached preheat temp in 8 minutes at 380. I continued to monitor the cycles amps the unit continue to maintain an accurate temperatures range. Unit is operating as designed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not washing clothes. Upon arrival spoke to the customer, house is a AIR-BNB rental and one of the renters told her that the washer would not start a load and would not wash clothes. M/S did not match the one on the ticket, updated M/S, shows unit is still in warranty. Started a normal eco cycle, unit filled with water and proceeded to start agitating properly. Ran a full diagnostic cycle, unit filled, agitated, drained and spun. All components are properly engaging. No stored error codes. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making awful rumbling sound when in use. Tested unit and confirmed very loud noise. Disassembled unit and found a massive lint buildup, which had worked into almost all rollers. The rear right roller had separated the wheel from the bearing and was causing the noise. Used repair kit 4392067 to replace all rollers and the tensioner. Tested unit after vacuuming unit thoroughly and verified noise is gone. Unit working as designed. Repair completed."

Per customer unit completely stopped cooling and started cooling again after a week,at time of visit unit cooling correctly,possibly relay sticking and not powering back on after defrost cycle,replaced main control,powered unit on compressor and fans powered on. "JFFCC72EHL04 Arrived to inspect cooling issues. Similarly to prior service on the machine, FC 13 RC 38, and the machine had obviously just completed a defrost and was back into cooling mode. On this trip, the back wall of the cabinetry had already elevated to the upper teens over 100F and was climbing. The air divider that had been replaced and customer fit to the machine prior, was doing its job, but I found the heated system air was swirling around within the cabinet area above the machine and allowing the heated air to be drawn back down into the intake. Per notation, I too photos of the mounting of the machine and contacted the MFG tech assist. Mfg Tech Aaron, file# 7739751475. Updating file on external airflow issues affecting internal temperatures. Will also follow up with QC group on this issue. The machine will not work within this installation due to machine design. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. I confirmed the customer complaints and getting access to the terminal block. I found 88 bolts from line 1 to neutral, 150 V from line 2 to neutral, and 250 V from line 1 to line 2. I checked the voltage at the plug and found proper voltage and polarity indicating a bad power cord. I double checked voltage twice to ensure that I was getting proper readings and did confirm a discrepancy between the plug and the terminal block. I did advise the customer that they will need a new power cord. I could not touch the unit due to improper voltage. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont lock the lid. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that when she first bought it, the unit would lock the lady soon as she started the cycle but that it is not doing that now. I tested the unit and found the unit go into the sensing portion of the cycle. I found it to spin one time, lock the lid, and then continue forward with the cycle. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I did advise the customer that that is normal operation on this washer and tested multiple cycles at least seven times. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. The customer attempted to run a cycle and we found the unit working and operating as designed. I did advise the customer that I could not see anything wrong with the washer itself and that the way that it is starting is how it generally will run each and every cycle. WDF331PAHS1 Arrived to inspect water issue. I found the circulation pump failed and I removed and replaced the pump and motor assembly. The machine regained all functions and operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

On arrival verified complaint of over freezing. Per previous disgnteplace main control. Advised customer temp will regulate in 24-48 hours. Frozen food will take time to defrost but fresh food should no longer freeze after temp readjusts. Job complete collect balance from CX on file

"WTW4816FW3 Arrived on site for unit not starting. Upon arrival, enter diagnostics and found no errors. Continued to run diagnostics and ran fine but a hissing/scratching noise present during agitate and spin. Disassembled cam assy and found no issues with the part and sensing ring. Capacitor is reading 46 MDF, calling for 45. Inspected tub and found few scratches on the outer basket and inner tub (picture attached). Suspecting something metal found its way in between basket and tub and started rubbing and drained out. Inspected inside outer tub and found no signs of debris. Installed all parts back together to re test and the issue still occurs. Ordering W11454741 gearcase. No water leaks present at this time. On arrival verified complaint of unit not making ice. Ran harvest check and the ice maker failed to finish the harvest. Replaced the ice maker and it did the same thing. "On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage. Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight twists in power cord removed. Verified voltage and polarity are correct. Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in diag test activation then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, unit is working as designed job complete replaced bake element w11182108 and broil element w10856603"
