"Arrived onsite for a leaking dishwasher. The customer stated that water starts dripping on the left side at the bottom of the door through out a cycle. I tested the unit and found water getting past the door gasket and running down the left door jamb then dripping on the floor. I found the upper left corner of the door gasket distorted and bending inward. I replaced the door gasket and both corners were protruding out but when testing the unit still leaked. The door has some wobble like it is high centered at the latch and strike. Need to replace the latch and strike along with the door gasket again all at the same time. Arrived onsite for a wall oven that will not come out of lock mode. Upon inspection I found that the unit would tell you to swipe up to unlock then it would ask unopened to update and when you select update or skip it goes back it swipe up to unlocked over and over again. I power cycled unit and found no change. Will need to replace the console to resolve issues and cx will need to connect unit to Wi-Fi to prevent this issue from occurring again

Arrived onsite for going issue with oven not heating in the oven. Found second short in the wiring harness from initial cause of sheet metal cover pinching the wiring upon delivery. Repaired second short and found ongoing symptom of no oven heat. When bake is selected the control does not send voltage on the red wire to the ignitor tested at the control. "KUIX535HPS01 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I recovered the existing refrigerant, noting 45 psi in a room temperature unit, assuring the likelihood of no evaporator leaks. I removed and replaced the compressor, service port and non-dye drier and vacuumed the system. Holding vacuum for 15 additional minutes, I charged. During charging, the refrigerant tank ran out precisely one ounce short of the MFG prescribed 5.75 oz. The unit will require one uncle of refrigerant for a full charge. Watching the unit attempt production, I actually produced a reasonable slab and easily out performed the prior failed compressor. No leaks observed during service. Returning tech will only need to precisely add one ounce and two hours sealed system service are not required.; O-emld tckt"

I found the actual source of the gas leak was at the manifold, but it the burner supply and it was the main supply line to the manifold. When I pulled the u;it out to cycle power, I found a half dollar sized rust spot on the back panel (photo) due to insulation. I advised the customer that theres no timeline of when the rust spot will go all the way through the cabinet, but for now, it has not produced a hole in the cabinet that will allow warm air into the freezer section and cause cooling issues. I recommended the customer begin shopping around for a new unit and to monitor the rust spot keeping a close eye on the center of the rust spot. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning out the water from the clothes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they removed water from the lower front portion of the bellow at the drain and their clothing still had more water in them than normal. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E3-overflow condition. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. I removed the top panel and rear panel and inspected the water level switch/sensor and air trap and the trap was clean and the sensor tube was clear with no holes. I removed the drain pump filter and it had minimal debris but not enough to cause the unit to not drain. Reassembled the unit and retested two more times and the unit continued to operate as designed. I checked the drain at the bottom of the bellow and cleared a small amount of lint debris. I advised the customer that Im not finding anything wrong with the unit and questioned about how much detergent theyre using. I found the customer to be using too much detergent and made recommendations on use and care as well as emergent use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water. On inspection found that without the filters in the refrigerator it would dispense water. Installed new filter head and with filter it still wouldnt dispense water. Replaced filter and it started operating as designed. Sold filter to customer

"KODE500ESS04 Arrived to inspect loss of power. Upon arrival, I found the UI displaying F9E0. Upon inspection of the power supply, I found the L1 connector had failed internally and was burning through. I advised the customer of my findings and to correct the issue. The customer will contact us after the supply is corrected, if there are further issues.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was refrigerator not cooling fine. Retrieved temps and FC -9? RC29? unit was empty. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not properly cooling. I examined the freezer compartment and found ice buildup engulfing the evaporator. Disassembled the FC and checked heater circuit wiring and heater. I found the wiring and heater all working, with resistance at normal. Customer mister has replaced the thermistor, heater already. I found that the FC fan was also surging while running and didn't seem to want to stay consistent on speed or activation. Talked with SW about repair recommendations, which should include a replacement of the main control and fan to resolve DC voltage issues. Freezer fan also out.

"Arrived onsite for a wall oven that has a screen that will not respond to touch. Upon arrival I found this to be true I then power cycled the unit and found that it gained screen functionality back. I put the unit in diagnostics mode and found error code stored F6e0, I checked that all connections were good in between the UI and the main control and they were. I also double checked that the unit was connected to Wi-Fi and it was the Wi-Fi signal would fluctuate, but it should still be good enough for the unit to get its firmware updates overnight. Then I went ahead and performed a few temperature tests and found that the unit is operating as designed in bake at 350? for both upper and lower ovens

"Arrived onsite for a cooktop that is not igniting correctly. I found the burner valve switches defective causing the issue. I replaced the switches and the missing orifice holder gaskets. Arrived onsite for unit with cooling issues resulting from torn freezer liner see pic causing fc evap to freeze through. Ice production stopped. The unit power cycles itself every 5 minutes. Freezer at 36f and fridge at 46f at time of service. Tapped over freezer liner gap to potentially slow the air leak. Customer will defrost unit to get by while they seek a non repair solution.

Arrived onsite for a washer that vibrates during a cycle. The customer stated the washer is walking all over the place when it spins. I checked stored error codes and found an F0E5 off balance load error. I found I heavy cotton shirt loaded in the machine when I arrived. I found the feet screwed all the way in the chassis. I lowered the feet and leveled the machine. I ran auto diagnostics and the unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. I ran a manual high speed spin and the unit works as designed. The underneath side of the unit is clean. I found the suspension good. I went over loading the machine with the customer and explained to not wash just one item at a time. "Arrived onsite for a range that chows code F2E1 control panel and nothing works on the unit. Upon inspection I found that the issue was the the oven was leaking hit air into the console and the cx would use a wet towel to clean the key pad. Which is not and ideal combination this would cause the controls to basically be steamed and cause shorted keys amongst other issues. I found that the door was not being closed firmly and the gasket was flattened. I advised the customer to every so often pinch the gasket to help with it sealing properly and when they use the oven to push the door closed firmly to insure that the heat stays where it supposed to be, in the oven. ordrng 1 WPW10116117 (Key pad)"

Arrived onsite for a dryer with the timer knob broken. I found that the timer wasnt the issue but the 3 position selector switch was the issue. The shaft on the switch is worn down and it will need to be replaced. The customer ordered a new knob and it looks correct but he couldnt confirm the part number that was ordered. ordrng 1 WE01X20378 (Knob) and 1 WE4M404 (ROTARY SWITCH 3TEMP ELEC)

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found compressor having a hard time starting but not over heated. Found all fans running. Tried two different tester start devices but found compressor still failing to stay on properly. Found unit needs compressor replacement and parts covered under extended parts coverage under entitlement. Will need office to reschedule once Availability of W11574734 compressor, WPW10143759 uv drier, W10913906 access valve. ordrng 1 W11574734 (Compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (Uv drier) and 1 W10913906 (Access valve) and 1 R600kit (R600) and 1 Nitrogen (Nitrogen kit)"

"Arrived on site for no cool. Powered unit on,compressor and fans powered on removed evaporator cover no frost forming on evaporator diagnosed a leak in the system parts covered by manufacture warranty ordering an evaporator,compressor and drier. Ordrng 1 WPW10466675 (Compressor) and 1 W11256565 (Evaporator) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve) and 1 Wpw10143759 (Drier)"

"Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found airflow to the exterior is restricted. Found that hose is mostly crushed behind dryer, after moving it forward airflow has improved but is still registering restricted. Also found dryer door will not stay closed front panel is bent/warped causing it to pop open. will need to replace it and strike. ordrng 1 WPW10459661 (Front panel)"

"Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that is still leaking at the corners of the door at the bottom. The customer stated it would start dripping on the left side first and then would start dripping on the right side. I tested the unit in diagnostics and found no water leaks. The customer stated they run a normal cycle with hi heat, heated dry, and sanitize on. I started this cycle and watched the machine over an hour and it never leaked. I ran a couple more calls and the customer called the office stating it started leaking again.

Arrived on site for right front burner not igniting. Found orifice clogged . Used tip cleaner on orifice. Burner is lighting now . No gas leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher not starting a cycle. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found unit blinking 7/2 was motor faulty code. Ran test and unit would not progress thru testing . Also had 5/1 door latch error. Did get into diagnostics and fill was inadequate. Drain pump did function. Due to unit not responding correctly and error codes present ordering wash motor, inlet valve, control and inlet. Customer will be reaching out to Ferguson due to unit not functioning and is new. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11535094 (Inlet assembly) and 1 W11572094 (Control)"

"Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival I realize that I didnt have the parts, I explained to both husband and wife the situation and they where okay with rescheduling

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit was making a clanking noise. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the damper and found it is making a loud clicking noise. The customer advised that she wasnt sure what the noise was, but her spouse is the one who can hear it. I am ordering the damper and office to schedule return service due to the availability of the part. Customer advised they would not be back until April 17th. Arrived onsite for oven ui go out after 1 hour of use.on inspection the issue did not happen when the lower unit was by it self. The issue happens when the upper unit is being used. Arrived on site to test unit for temp not fluctuating and staying at a consistent high on LF burner. Tested burner on low using single burner. Single burner and dual burners switching as designed but not cycling as designed. Recommend burner and switch replacement. Switch was a run without. Office to reschedule. ; O-emld tckt

Arrived on site. Ran diagnostics compressor attempted to power on diagnosed a defective compressor ordering a new compressor found broken latch ordering latch. "Arrived on site for dishwasher, inspected unit and work area. Customer complaint F9E1, found unit not draining correctly due to a bad drain hose. Im ordering a new drain hose and reschedule . No leaks where observed during service.

"Arrived on site for cooktop, inspected unit and work area.customers complaint was the middle burner would shut off between simmer & high. Tested unit and I did find it going off, tried adjusting the valve and did not help. Im ordering a new valve, burner head and returning with manifold if needed.
