"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was not starting cycles. Checked error codes and found error for slow drain. Unit was caught in a drain loop due to reading pressure. I could feel water in the drain line. Ran unit and could hear/feel the drain motor working. Found drain hose is attached to another hose somewhere in the wall, and drains through a garden hose outside. Found that hose is kinked and causing a no drain condition. Once I unkinked the hose I ran the drain. It is now draining but super slow due to a small diameter garden hose. Customer advised they need to have a plumber come out and install a correct large diameter drain solution, since unit can not drain with all the back pressure from the small hose. Unit itself is working as designed, just needs to have drain resolved by plumber. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for the refrigerator that is popping the freezer door open when they close the refrigerator door abruptly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that if they close the door softly, the freezer door does not pop open but if they slam the door shut that he does pop the door open. Checked all gaskets and found all gasket sealing properly. Did explain to the customer that because of air distribution inside of her refrigerator and the fact that they have open air channels from the refrigerator compartment to the freezer compartment, when they slam the door, air pushes up into the freezer and can pop the door open with enough pressure. The customer did state that they are not having any other issues with temperature, moisture, or frost in either compartment. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

And they do put them in the dispenser and sometimes at the bottom of the unit. I found no fault codes. I ran a cycle and visually verified all three levels do come on and spray. I pulled the second level spray arm and the manifold and found them clear of debris and allowing water to flow. I pulled the inlet funnel on top of the motor and found it clear. Based on the picture the customer provided I found the dispenser only partially opened with the pod stuck. I called techline and spoke to Adrian, SR# 7734534463. He advised the pod may be getting the dispenser door stuck and not allowing it open fully. Job complete."

I opened the unit door and pressed the door switch closed and tested and found the unit would heat, but within approximately 5 seconds the flame would shut off. I disconnected the vent hose at the back of the unit and retested and the unit operated as designed. I recommended that the customer have the vents cleaned and provided a referral to a dryer vent cleaning company. No lint observed within the unit, job completed."

Upon further inspection I found that the reservoir was leaking from the cap which can cause there not to be Enough water in the Reservoir to make good ice and itll also cause the External drain pump to continuously run I removed the cap and cleaned and Tightened it back down and tested the unit and found that the leak was gone . I ran the machine until it formed a sheet of ice on the evap plate.job complete.
