"WED5620HW1 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the blower assembly could be heard making and initial inspection appeared to be due to debris within the blower wheel. After removing the debris, the sound changed to more of a high speed scraping. I found the right blower housing screw was not tightened from the factory and attempted to remove the blower wheel to access the screw. The blower wheel was seized in position and in leu of chiseling it off, I removed the housing and motor mounts, which allowed enough room to get a wrench into the housing and tighten the screw without blower disassembly. Upon reassembly of the unit, the dryer operated as designed and had the expected sound from this chassis. Operational test good."

Ran temperature above target temp and then started a normal bake function. Bake cycled properly. Found that issue is only on preheat when both elements are running at the same time. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the airflow and found the unit has good airflow (photos). I tested voltage at the terminal block and got no voltage between the L1 & L2, but had good voltage from the L1 to N and L2 to N. I checked voltage at the wall outlet and had good voltage. Ohmed the power cord and it was good. I plugged the unit back in and tested at the plug to outlet and had no voltage. Arrived onsite for a free standing freezer that is having some cooling issues. Upon inspection I found the evaporator clogged with ice and the thermistor corroded. I installed the new one and removed the Ive form the evaporator and double check drain tube was not clogged. It was not. job complete

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the wire harness and the switch harness and it made no difference. The unit would not stop sparking. I then switched out the spark module and still no difference. I took my extension cord and plugged the unit into a different outlet and the center burner was working correctly but the other burners were still sparking. Called WP tech line we found that the unit was missed wired from the factory wrong. I reassembled the unit in while it was plugged into my extension cord it was working correctly. I unplugged the unit and plugged into the outlet under the cooktop and it started to do the same thing again. I showed the customer that it woks while connected to my extension cord but not to the outlet under the cabinet. Customer is going to get the outlet looked at.

The units installation allowed for an excessive amount of FR to LR movement and was corrected via leveling leg adjustment. I inspected the unit and found no signs of oil loss and there was a slight amount of flashing on the rotor teeth and was able to clean them up. I removed and replaced the slider and re-calibrated the unit. Automatic and manual testing showed the unit operating as designed. No,rakes observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is making a vibrating noise hen the compressor kicks on. Upon inspection I heard this noise and found that it was coming from the condenser vibrating against the chassis I tightened up the bolts holding the condenser to the chassis and then adjusted and leveled the chassis and found the the noise went away. "KURL114KSB00 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I installed the control that was ordered by prior tech and there was no change. I elected to instal the UI and still no change. I verified all loads and sensors, the unit finally engaged and this unit is one of the type that has a several minute dwell time prior to cooling system engagement. I found the cause of the beeping was loss of cooling and the unit has a failed sealed system. There was no heat on the high side and only a 5-10 degree cooling at the evap for. Gurgling could be heard within the evaporator and I suspected a low side leak. During inspection, I found the rubber protector on the evaporator split and contacted the tech line, tech Butch. I advised of my findings, but the tech said that the compressor will still need to be replaced prior to any further steps. File# 7736146659. Office to order compressor, service port and dye drier. Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found it is not dispensing ice. Found impeller spins freely motor is stripped. Prescreened motor did not arrive in time for service call. It is needed to complete repair; O-emld tckt

"Arrived on site to test unit for freezing food in RC, tested unit found damper open, ran diagnostics and found it trying to close but ceasing up half way causing cold air to constantly flow into RC, need diffuser box to fix issue, ordering part rescheduled ordrng 1 W11645127 (Diffuser)"

Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water. On inspection there was a hole in the water supply line. Replaced water supply line with a stainless steel supply line. Tested the supply line it was good and no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on sure to diagnose dishwasher that was not dissolving pods after cycles. Ran unit and found all functions working properly. Advised customer hot water must be run prior to starting unit, since unit does not produce much heat to heat the water. Verified element and wash motor are working as designed. No repair needed, no failures found with unit. Unit is a very basic plastic tub model. Repair completed."

Arrived on site for burned smell and dishwasher not starting . Found control and wire harness burned up. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is having a issue where the ice in the ice bin would melt and clump together and clog the dispenser at times. Upon arrival I tested for leaks and the ice door and found none i then noticed that the ice maker itself was tilted off to the left and the was a streak of frozen water coming down the back wall where the ice bin sits. I replaced the ice maker and tested it for leaks found none the I monitored the fill tube and found that it didnt drip which caused cause ice to buildup in the funnel and when it good to fill again itll splash over and cause issues. I reinstalled the ice maker making sure that it was straight and then waited for another harvest and found was no longer splashing as much I also noticed some condensation of building up inside of the refrigerator section, then leveled the unit after making sure all of the gaskets were intact to give the unit a better chance of sealing up properly job complete . Arrived onsite for a range that will not heat correctly in the bake cycle. I found the bake element open I replaced the element at tested the range. The element is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site. Per customer fresh food side build up ice,customer defrosted unit,diagnosed a defective thermistor,replaced thermistor secured thermistor to suction line,reinstalled cover,changed defrost setting to basic.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is not running / starting. Examnined unit and found the drum can spin freely, indicating an issue with the belt. Disassembled unit and found the tensioner for the belt had split and caused damage to belt. Provided estimate for new belt and tensioner . Replaced belt and tensioner arm and pulley. Tested unit and verified all working as designed.Repair completed."

Arrived onsite for lights out in the rc. I installed a new light in the fc to make the lights in the rc come back on. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was washer still not working properly since last visit. Entered diagnostics and retrieved error coded F3E1, F8E3, F8E0 & F9E1. Ran a diagnostics cycle and everything seemed to be functioning properly so I advised customer we would had to proceed to replace the control board and water level sensor. I replaced control and level sensor and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed.

"Arrived on site for no cool in fresh food section. Found evaporator incased in ice,ran diagnostics bimetal reading closed heater powered on unit not shutting off while in defrost mode diagnosed a defective main control. Defrosted evaporator replaced main control powered unit on good air flow entering fresh food section.

Arrived on site for continued door chime issues. Tested all door switches and are good. Contacted Techline for assistance. Tech Recommend replacement of UI. control or both. Customer declined at this time and will call back to proceed. Job complete

"WT1501CW Arrived to inspect washer still stalling. I found the unit was triggering off balance and due to prior service and known issues with this failure, I removed and replaced the control. The off balance issue was remedied and further testing showed the unit was also triggering long fill errors. I inspected the valve assembly and found softener resin beads throughout the pre-filters. I advised the customer they will need to have the softener issue addressed and that it is a serious issue that can cause other water problems throughout the residence. I was able to remove all of the debris and the unit then operated fill operations as designed. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave/oven wall combo unit error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the display showing F1E5-inverter error. Cleared the code and found another error code F6E4. Cleared all codes and tested the microwave and oven. I found the oven is operating as designed but the microwave wont heat and it stopped operating and showed the error code again. I pulled the unit out and disassembled the cabinet to find the wave guide damaged on the outside of the guide. When I removed the magnetron, I found the magnetron burnt and the inside of the wave guide damaged.
