Found temps in RC were good at 38(set to 37). Ice box was 15 and FC was 11(set to -2). Thermistors were in range. Evap motor and ice box fan motor working as designed. Frost pattern on evap was full and ideal. Condenser motor working and compressor pulling .8amps. Ice maker cycles but not filling. "Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator not dispensing ice. The ice shoot was completely clogged with ice blocking ice from dispensing. I found the shutter on the ice bin stuck open from a piece of ice allowing ice to continue to drop into the chute. I cleared the ice and the shutter on the bin started working as designed. I found the ice door on the separator not sealing and leaking warm air causing the chute to sweat and allow ice to stick to the sides of the chute. The separator will need to be replaced. Ms stated the unit would not dispense water correctly. I found very slow water flow out of the dispenser. I found the filter housing door taped closed. I removed the tape and the filter would pop out and not keep the filter installed properly. When the filter was removed there was good water flow. The housing needs to be replaced and possibly the filter. I advised the customer that they could order a filter or I would bring one because it would need to be replaced when the housing is replaced. "Arrived to inspect airflow error code. Both the electronic vent tester and manual card stock method showed a very high to nearly complete restriction of airflow when the vent tube was connected. The unit operated as designed without the venting connected. I advised the CX of my findings and that they will need to have the vent cap and associated venting within the structure inspected for restriction. No gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed and replaced the smart valve assembly and tested. I found no signs of leaks after the replacement. Operation test good.

Gained access dryer and recovered the system and access the compressor and RC evaporator unbraced the joints and replaced them with the new parts and braced. Verified my work and then vacuumed the sealed system and then charged it with R134. Reassembled unit and tested. Also found a rust spot at the back of the refrigerator that can cause all types of issues in the future the CX is aware that refunds cant be issued. Explained to CX unit would start to cool back up within 24hrs. No leaks where observed during service.

"Arrived to inspect repeated failure. F2E1, F9E1 and F8E6 stored in memory. I found the unit had stalled out in the prior load that was set to clean washer. The tub was full of water and appeared at the correct clean washer height. I tested the drain pump and found it an open load from the control. After manually removing water from the unit, I tested the pump directly and it showed the correct ohms. I then retested at the control and the expected resistance was then found. The lower harness assy was suspected to have a break in the wiring and when fully loaded and with the basket at the lowest position, continuity to the pump was broken. I removed and replaced the lower harness and pump and tested. The unit operated as designed and I could not recreate the issue, even when fully loaded. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived to inspect ignition issue. The CX demonstrated that the right rear burner would spark continuously whenever turned on and throughout its in tire range. The valve-mounted switch required reseating and after the adjustment, the issue was resolved. The center burner stem required re-alignment and I tested the unit. "Arrived onsite for dryer not finishing dry cycle. On inspection I checked for error codes and there were none. I but the unit in diagnostics mode and ran the automatic test. Everything went fine, I tested the thermistor on p14-1 p14-2 and it read 16.3k =120? it just came out of test mode. Got a couple of towels in got them damp in ran a regular dry cycle for 30 minutes and could not duplicate the issue. I reset the unit back to factory defaults just in case a setting was set causing the issue,and clean the moisture sensor off. The CX said that there is message on the screen instructed them to take pic of the screen so we can see what it is doing. No leaks detected during time of inspection."

Found this unit sitting in a nursing home and a laundry room that is accessible for all tenants inside the nursing home. Spoke to claims and was advised that this is considered a commercial setting and Whirlpool would not cover the repair due to this washer being for residential use only. I was able to find the belt had slipped off of the motor due to the cam bolt not being secured properly. I did fix the cam and belt positioning. However, I did advise the customer of the situation with their warranty and that if they wanted to contact whirlpool, they would be welcome to do so. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven turning off. Upon further inspection, I found the unit not connected to wifi. Customer advised the lower oven will turn off when using the top oven. I placed the unit in diagnostics and noticed the buttons were making sound when pressed. I checked error codes and found F6E4. Cleared the code and tested the components. Following the tech sheet, I removed and replaced the main control and assisted the customer in connecting the unit to WiFi through the app on their phone. Retested the unit and it is operating as designed. I found foil on the bottom panels of both ovens and provided info in the owners manual where it reads to not place foil on the bottom panels. Arrived on site for washer tripping breaker and not fully spinning cloths out all they way. Upon arrival confirmed issue but found no errors in diagnostics. After further testing I found drain motor as cause of failure and ohming at 22ohms. Ran tests and confirmed drain pump over heating and resistance increasing. Replaced pump and found no leaks and unit functioning as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site for dishwasher showing f8E4 error and allowing no unit functions. Upon arrival confirmed issue but found no other errors. Upon further testing found lots of suds in tub. Found no leaks from any hardware and element was correct style needed and showed no leak failures. Found over sidings leading to overfilling and triggering of error code. Cleared suds issue and instructed customer on findings and steps going forward with proper soap/cleaning usage. Call complete

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator filter issues. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when the ice maker calls for water, the filter will blow out of the filter head. I found the customer had a towel under the filter head and was wet. I tested the water dispenser and it operated as designed. I tested the ice maker and it harvested and filled as designed. Due to the amount of water on the underside of the filter head cover and on the top of the filter head, I removed and replaced the filter head and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with frost building up on evap cover. Upon further inspection, I found frost on the evap cover. I placed my flashlight at the bottom the FC section and closed the door and found an air gap. I found the same with the RC section. I placed a straight edge on the mullion at the bottom of the unit and found the mullion bows inward mat the bottom (photos). I contacted techline and advised of my findings and provided a photo. Andrew from techline provided SR#7734566329 and advised someone would be in contact with the customer in approximately 48 hours with a resolution. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for water leaking. Diagnosed a defective filter head replaced filter head tested water dispenser no leaks.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that was not cooling properly. Found top of coil frozen over but fans and defrost system fully functional. Advised customer that door may not have fully closed causing the issue. No further repairs needed and no leaks were found at time of service. If issue reoccurs ui and hv control will be needed.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not getting water. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and could hear the motor making a loud abnormal noise, but not working. This indicates a bad sump and motor. I installed the new sump and test the unit. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the sump with a significant leak on the seal. Due to this I am ordering another sump to install ordrng 1 WPW10605057 (Sump & Motor)"

"Arrived onsite for a ice machine that has no power. Upon inspection I found a solid 120v at the wall. I gained access to the main control and found that there was power there as well the transformer felt a little hot I put everything back together and attempted to put unit into diagnostics mode and found that it would not respond to inputs the ui could be going out. I am ordering 1x ui, transformer, and returning with the control just in case. ordrng 1 WP2310139 (TRANSFORMR) and 1 WPW10282116 (Ui)"

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator that has frost buildup in freezer section and the the light was not working properly,Upon inspection I found that there was no ice buildup on the evaporator, I check that the door switch was working properly and found that it was. I check the freezer doe gasket and found that it was sealed up fine. I check the freezer door sliders and found that the were operating smooth and was pulling the door shut with enough force to crate a good seal. Upon further inspection I found that the refrigerator section had moisture/ condensation in it and also on the Mullion, I found that there was a torn door gasket that was causing this issue Job complete ; ordrng 1 W10830162 (GASKET-FIP)"

"Arrived onsite for ICE BUILD UP BEHIND THE DELI DRAWERS. ALSO MAKING A LOUD GRINDING NOISE . Upon arrival and found lot of ice on Evaporator cover and been housing and evaporator. Spoke with SW and recommended replacement of thermistors, fan scroll housing, UI, control, and thermistors. Tried to pull cover off but there is too much movement with evaporator. Do not want to risk bending or fracturing evaporator.There is too much ice to continue repair at this time, instructed customer to thaw unit 48 hr before we return.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with water not dispensing and no ice production. On arrival the customer stated the water dispenser has been acting up for about a year. They found that sometimes the water will dispense and sometimes t wont. Over time it has gotten worse and worse to where it almost doesnt dispense at all anymore. They have also had extremely slow ice production since they have owned the unit. I test the unit and was able to replicate the issue. I found the water coming out of the dispenser had extremely high pressure. I checked the water pressure and found it at 105-110 psi, and per the SP W11394954A that may cause intermittent no water. I informed the customer that we will need to install the regulator valve and if additional issues persist we may need to adjust valve in the actual unit. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit with the door open and the switch closed and found the element not illuminating at the back left corner. I disassembled the unit and removed the element and found the coils broken. Also found the drive belt badly fraying and the rollers needed to be replaced. I am ordering the element, dryer repair kit, belt and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service for 09/19/22. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and immediately it began to make a loud electrical grinding noise. I disassembled the unit and retested and found the motor windings is whats making the noise. Also found the rollers need to be replaced. I am ordering the motor and blower assembly, CNOTE-LSO and will return with the rollers, belt and idler assembly. Unit will need to be cleaned upon return; ordrng 1 134690800 (Blower assembly) and 1 5304529782 (Motor) and 1 CNOTE (LSO)"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the right RC door switch and tested. Unit is operating as designed. The customer wanted the downdraft venthood filters ordered but the filters ordered were incorrect and the filters needed are out of stock. The customer mentioned that the oven fan was making a loud noise. I turned the unit on and immediately the lower blower began to make a rattling noise. I am ordering the upper and lower blower and office to schedule return service. Arrived on site to caulk unit for excessive gaps between linear and cabinet and possible rail issue. Found FC temp at 22 upon arrival and set to 0. Compressor pulling 2.6 amps and hot. Didnt find gaps to be an issue as they were minor. Sealed with silicone anyway. Had door shut for over 1hr and been taking temps. Cant get FC temp slow 30 degrees(attached photo to pics). Customer stated unit has been plugged in the whole time and what we got is what it is. Recommend replacing compressor(r600a). Office to reschedule. Needing 2 hrs and SS tech. Arrived onsite for dishwasher with water leak .on inspection found water in the water sensor tray. Found the front right leg was bent in made it difficult to remove water sensor. Removed the unit from cabinet in found the insulation was soaked on the right back of unit. Ran the unit in diagnostics mode and the pump was making a grinding noise. Open the unit up found that the spray arm never moved during test. Then saw a stream of water come out of the right back corner about 6 in up. Told CX that the unit is out of service unit we replace the tub.Water was detected during service.
