I evacuated the system and cleared it with nitrogen. I found oil in the system and using my nitrogen, I blew the system out for approximately 2-3 minutes to clear it of any oil. I removed and replaced the mentioned parts and vacuumed the system down to-30/0psi. Installed 50g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. Plugged the unit in and checked for any leaks in the system and found none. Unit is beginning to cool and has a good frost pattern on the evaporator. I found that the serial information on the unit was incorrect.With what was sent over. I checked with claims to make sure that we could still proceed and was given authorization. The customer advised that they had a service. Done last year that seemed to fix the issue when the drive pulley was replaced. She advised that the wheeling noise does not happen throughout the cycle, but when the unit starts to spin or slows down from a spin. I checked underneath and found the belt fairly loose and the drive pulley stripped. I found no evidence of any oil leaks from the gear case. Arrived onsite for microwave leds going out and cook power not functioning. I found the leds to be dim and some to not show. I thought i had the wrong control but didn't realize it breaks in parts. Arrived onsite for unit with IM issues and beeping. I found the beeping to be the unit consistently power cycling itself. I ran tests and found the icebox fan to be chattering. I also found the UI to have dim leds indicating the Ui is failing. To continue with repair I will be ordering W10852669 UI and W10846539 Ice Box fan. Office will need to RS as the Ui is PSP. "Arrived on site for not making ice. Upon arrival found, ice maker is off on user interface. Ran diagnostics to force harvest. Unit operated correctly and dumped ice in container. "Arrived on site to follow up on sealed system repair for refrigerator. Pierced system and found i had pressure present. Evacuated system and removed compressor and drier. I replaced the drier and pressurized with nitrogen. Found no oil in system. Replaced the compressor and pressurs tested again, and confirmed no leak from condenser. I sanded off the corrosion and found no leaks on the condenser line. I vacuumed down the unit and verified good vacuum for 15 mins. Charged to spec. Tested and verified proper operation and cooling present. Parts used - W11506635, WPW10143759, W11547313."

Arrived on site to diagnose oven with F2E1 error. Replaced console to resolve since power cycle did not resolve. Installed console and verified proper operation. Unit working as designed. Concession provided by Jenn Air. Parts used - W11598133.

"Arrived on site to inpsect washer not dispensing fabric softener. Upon further inspection, I placed the machine into diagnostics and observed error code F5E4. I ran a rinse and spin and measured voltage going through both cold valves simultaneously to fill the fabric dispenser. However, the valves did not produce enough pressure to fully fill softener tray. I called techline to confirm, and techline confirmed that the cold dual valve is the issue. I replaced the valve and retested the machine. The machine is now operatimg as designed. No water leaks were observed during service. W11688995"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not filling with enough water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I found that both the hot and cold valves on the home water supply were not all the way open. I ran a calibration cycle and ran component activation. All components are operating as designed. I ran a test cycle on the consumer, the unit is filling and operating properly. I called techline to document and to get confirmation on load sizes and settings. I informed the customer about different settings and how they will affect the amount of water, such as the extra power option and soil level options. No parts installed. "Arrived on site to inspect range making noise during operation. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and ran component activation, and replicated the noise by running the cooling fan. The cooling fan was causing a lot of noise. I replaced the fan and reassembled and tested the unit. The fan is now operating as designed. The customer asked if I could remove the light bulb covers in the oven as they have been stuck for years. I was able to remove one so the customer could access the bulb. The other was extremely seized. The customer stated they didn't need the other removed as one was enough. "Arrived on site to inspect washer continuously draining unless unplugged. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into service mode and observed error code F3E1. I checked the condition of the pressure hose and found no obstructions or damage. The control has a failed pressure sensor, which is causing it to drain continuously. I replaced the control and calibrated and tested the machine. The machine is now operating as designed. No water leaks were observed during service. W11603810"

Arrived onsite to inspect dishwasher not starting upon further inspection found starting button not responding replaced control W11637583 ran test cycles & diagnostics found no errors unit is working as designed no leaks observed during service

Arrived onsite to inspect oven not igniting & smelling gas upon further inspection found pan on igniting wire shorting the bake igniter removed pan advised customer on findings called safety with findings sr#7751456444 they advised that the bottom draw is a warming draw not for storage unit is working as designed no gas leaks detected during service

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the ice dispenser motor and ice container. When I removed the motor, I found a clumping of ice inside the motor that wasn't allowing the shaft to seat properly and wasn't turning the auger inside the container to dispense ice. I installed the new motor and container and tested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W10822606, W11747578"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the RC section warm and the FC section cool. I found a large amount of frost on the FC evap cover. I was able to remove the cover and gained access to the evaporator and its components. I tested the defrost thermistor while engulfed in ice and found it reading 3.43 kohms which is equivalent to 67 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics andntested the thermistor and found the UI showing the thermistor to be bad. I tested the defrost element and found it not energizing. When I went to test voltage at the molex connectors of the element, I found the brown wire not fully seated in the molex connector and corrected it. I found 120V at the element and once I reconnected the harness, the element began to defrost the ice/frost. Using my steamer, I removed the ice/frost and removed and replaced the defrost thermistor (W10384183) from my van stock. Cleaned up the water from defrosting and reassembled the unit. Recommended the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing food items back inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W10384183-van stock"
