"Arrived on site for continued issues with unit not operating correctly. Upon arrival, customer states when using SANITIZE WITH OXI cycle the unit completes but never spins and leaves clothes soaking wet. Ran an exact cycle that customer is having issues with with laundry. Unit fills and begins agitation. After about :25 minutes from when cycle starts, at 1:06 mark just sits there doing nothing. At 1:01 mark starts slow agitating. At 1:00 begins a medium agitation. At :59 no movement. At :58 begins medium agitation. At :57 stops agitation. At :56 agitates again. This happens every minute until Minute :50, then mid way through :50 mark display switches to spin led. At :49 begins draining. Observed drains correctly. Unit display then darkens. Machine chimes, drains again for a few seconds then turns itself back on to start up cycle position for about a minute,then powers back off by itself. Contact techline for assistance. Spoke to Jeremy. Cannot get into diagnostics. Tech had me disconnect harness from UI to control and retry diagnostics. Am now able to get into diagnostics and get error codes F6-E3 ACU cannot hear UI, and F2-E1 UI stuck button. Tech recommended replacement of UI. Replace UI. SR# 7739941354. Replaced console W11162441I and control W11429620 at same time. Customer will monitor unit. Job complete"

Arrived on site to inspect washer with error code for water supply F8E1. I placed the unit into diagnostics and started component activation testing. I observed very little water flow from the cold valve. The hot valve is operating fine. I checked the incoming water supply form the wall and both hot and cold water supplies are good. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not opening and closing properly. The customer advised that after initial installation, he experienced a leak from the dishwasher overnight and it had damaged his kitchen floor. He advised that he has already submitted a claim for the floor and that another representative from Home Depot came and fixed the leak. Upon further inspection I observed that the door was not smoothly opening closing. I observed that the insulation foam was not installed correctly and was getting caught in the hinge springs causing the noise and door to not close properly. As the unit was out I placed it into diagnostics and ran a diagnostic cycle and made sure all functions are operating without issues. I observed as all steps of the test passed and did not observe any leaks. I noticed that the unit was leaning a bit to the left so raised the left front leg and no the unit is level. I reinstalled the unit and the insulation correctly. Unit is operating as designed"

Arrived onsite for vent air circulating through the house and making small noise. Upon arrival I noticed the slow speed would make a slight noise. I explained to the customer that the installation of the duct was making the noise because when I pushed on it the noise would stop. Customer stated that the air coming from the top trim where the charcoal filter is was letting air flow out. I explained to the customer that the reason why is because there are openings at the top of the microwave where air can escape and that it is operating normally. Unit is operating as designed at time of service. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit giving F8E4 error water on float switch. Found customer had loaded a baking sheet on the bottom rack that was to high making unit leak water in to float. "Arrived on site for dishwasher that is loud during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that there may be nothing wrong with the dishwasher but his previous dishwasher was a lot quieter than this one. He advised that he was told that it was the same decibel rating as his previous dishwasher so he wanted to have it checked. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed with no abnormal sounds present. The customer stated that on his previous dishwasher, he could not hear the water recirculating inside of the dishwasher, which was the cause for his call. I did explain to the customer that a lot of other dishwasher models, you can actually hear the wash motor running when the dishwasher is recirculating the water and that his model is quieter than most models. I did explain that this is normal operation for this dishwasher, but offered to replace the wash motor anyway. The customer stated that that was not necessary and that he would try to see if he can get the dishwasher replaced do a different model that might be quieter. Undies my clear door and observed function with the customer present. We watched all arms actuate and spray hard, showing no mechanical issues. I advised that the water composition here, even with a softener, may be different and affecting the wash. Water temp is a good 140, which is within spec for the unit. Advised to make sure nothing other than light soil is on the dishes and the water is hot before starting. This will give heat wash quality. Inspected unit found thermal fuse reading open. Unit is receiving proper voltage, pulling proper amperage, and vent test shows vent is clear and free of restrictions. Due to the repetitiveness of this issue contacted service thread, per service thread unit must be running at too high of a temperature. Operating thermostat is not reading proper temps and leaving the burner on for too long and causing the thermal fuse to open. Will need to order TOD and thermal fuse. Arrived on site to test unit for unit not starting. Test unit and found wash motor not coming on. Pulled unit out to check connection and voltage and found wash motor disconnected. Secured connection test unit and unit working as designed job complete NO PARTS USED. ; O-emld tckt

"WFW5605MW1 Arrived to inspect door lock issue. Upon initial inspection, I verified the F5E3. Attempted entry into service mode was difficult and after several attempts, I was able to gain access. Notably, when in service mode, the code was not stored and kept flashing at the incorrect time during the service mode entry, denoting some type of software issue. I unplugged the machine for several seconds and the reapplied power, causing it to re-initialize its software. All issues were fully corrected and several service test mode and customer mode cycle operations had no additional errors and operated as expected. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with defrost failure large accumulation of ice but defrost is still working when forced in diagnostics. Rescheduling return service at customer next available. Ordering defrost harness and thermistor and controls. No parts used. ; ordrng 1 W10316760 (Thermistor kit) and 1 W11567938 (Ui)

Arrived onsite for leak and found the customer had used regular dishsoap at the time of leak. Advised customer on use and care best practices. And verified systems operating as designed. All checks good. No parts needed.

"MHW8630HC3 Arrived to inspect detergent issue and shaking. I found the cause of the detergent issue and advised the customer. Further inspection of the shaking revealed two issues. The leg jamb nuts were not fully secured and an allowed excessive movement, which was corrected via tightening the jamb nuts. The second issue was the spin basket was not able to balance as normally expected. I could hear the balance ring bearings moving, but the fluid had an excessively loud sound of liquid gurgling and bubbling. The sound showed the balance ring had not been filled to the appropriate level during manufacture and will need to be replaced via tub assembly. No leaks observed during service. Office to arrange return service of two hours and to contact the customer to arrange return service. ; ordrng 1 W11378552 (Tub) and 1 TWOHOURS (Tub repair) and 1 Secondtech (Second tech, if not GC)"

"WDF332PAMS0 Arrived on site to replace previously ordered part. Upon arrival, proceeded to replace W11697180 main wire harness. Ran diagnostics and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time."

"WTW5010LW0 Arrived on site for unit not washing. Upon arrival, customer mentioned the unit will start to sense and soon after go straight to done. Proceeded to check error codes and found F5E1 lid switch failure, F5E3 lid will not lock or unlock, F7E6 motor circuit open, F7E7 motor unable to reach target RPM and F7E1 tachometer error. Previous door lock errors were not cleared after part replacement. Proceeded to check capacitor and found reading 38 MdF. Proceeded to replace W11395618 capacitor. Before entering diagnostics, cleared all error codes. Diagnostics passed with no issues. Customer had few items of laundry and proceeded to test on Normal cycle. Unit cycled correctly and is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time."

"WDT750SAKZ1 Arrived on site for unit displaying F8E4. Upon arrival, customer stated unit will stop about 1 hour and 52 minutes. Entered error code checkup and saw F8E1 inlet water, no water, FAE2 vent wax motor electrical problem and F8E6 flow meter failed. Cleared codes. Ran consumer with dishes and tripped h2o error after initial fill. Proceeded to replace W11434044 valve. Tested unit and still same issue. Ordering W11535094 case brake. No water leaks detected at this time. Customer agreed to reschedule Sept 27th. Customer request to be on cancellation list. ; ordrng 1 W11535094 (Case brake)"

Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed console(W11715959). Unit working as designed. Advised customer to download app and connect unit to WiFi. Also advised customer to contact JennAir to send new m/s tag. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for door falling. Found LH hinge popped of spring. Reattached and unit is now working as designed. Unit has an actual good issue date of 10/17/23 so still within 1yr manufacture warranty. No leaks detected. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for not heating when using microwave portion. Removed racks and bake pan. Tested unit with bag of popcorn and unit is working as designed. Advised customer to remove racks and bake pan when using microwave option and explained how it will interfere with stirrer. No parts replaced. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for unit making noise on startup. Plugged unit in and when compressor turned on the internal valves are rattling severely. Compressor will need to be replaced. Ordering Sealed system 2 hrs.; ordrng 1 W11557671 (Compressor) and 1 W11546605 (Evaporator) and 1 R600a (R600a) and 1 Nitrogen (Nitrogen) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve) and 1 wpw10143759 (Dye drier) and 1 2hr (2hr)

KDTE204KPS0 RG: Arrived on site for a dishwasher with power issues per clients. Further inspection found error code F7E2 after service mode . Further testing found problem to be the pump. Replaced part#w11460946 tested product works as its designed . Reduced rise aid setting to the least amount and instructed client not to use pods . No visible signs of water leaks from water supply.

MVW5430MW1 RG: Arrived to a washer powering on per client. Further inspection found error code F9E1 in service mode ( long drain)Checked ohms on drain pump tested fine inspected wire harness looked fine. Tested main wire harness from control tested fine made sure wires were plugged in firm. Tested again in customer mode product worked as designed tested in service mode product working as it should . Tested one more time on customer mode washer works as it should no leaks visible from water supply.

Arrived on site to test unit for long cook times. Customer stated it works great but when defrosting items it takes a bit longer than he thinks it should. Advised when defrosting items microwave works by cycling the magnetron on and off and power is reduced by 20%-30%. Unit is working as designed. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.
