"Arrived on site for a washer spinning out of balance every load. On arrival the customer stated it has gotten so bad that they cannot run a load. I tested the suspension on the unit and found it bad. I then put the unit into diagnostics and ran a manual spin to find an abnormally loud noise. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the gearcase, cap, and cam bad. In order to repair the unit it will need new suspension, gearcase, cap, and cam. I went to install the gearcase but could not remove the washplate. I am ordering the washplate removal tool to return and install. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 WASHPLATEREMOVALTOOL (CNOTE)"

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Remove the new compressor from the box and tested the compressor with the start device. Found a new compressor pulling 12.5 A upon start up and shut off within five seconds. Tested the unit again with a new start device and found the same issue. This would indicate that the compressor is dead upon arrival. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Andrew SR# 7734728276. He advised to order another compressor and to have the customer contact customer service if they were unhappy with the diagnosis. Arrived on site for refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and cooking temperature of the freezer section. Found the freezer section sitting at 19?F. Took a resistance shack at the control for the evaporator thermistor and found it reading 15.5 kg ohms registering 19?F. I went to check the refrigerator for Mr. but found the control box on the unit did not have the pin connectors for the refrigerator compartment thermistor. Took an amp draw of the compressor and found the unit pulling .386 A. Found the evaporator showing a partial frost pattern but not complete frost pattern. Ordering sealed system components as well as the control and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to several out of stock and PSP items. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is intermittently not cooling still. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will sometimes stop cooling and will re-freeze the items in her freezer. She advised that her meats seemingly stays frozen but that the water in her unit will re-freeze and unfreeze. Checked pressures and found 25 psi at both sides when the unit was unplugged. Attempted to replace the compressor and found the compressor was pulling 9.5 A when starting to run and completely shut off after five seconds. This would indicate a locked rotor. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rob SR# 7734723608. I advised him that this would be compressor number three on this unit and the customer has been without a working refrigerator for three months. He advised that he would have to advise to order a new compressor but to have the customer reach customer service for further assistance. Ordering the compressor and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item. Arrived onsite to inspect dishwasher not draining properly. Upon arrival CX reported that the dishwasher is etching their dishes and not drying properly. I instructed the CX on proper detergent use and cleaning. I found that the dispenser is not dispensing rinse aid. Dispenser will need to be replaced. I placed the unit into a diagnostic cycle and could hear the drain pump struggling to operate. R/R Drain pump and tested. Drain pump is now operating as designed. Ordering dispenser. Arrived on site for a washing machine making a loud squeal. I test the unit and found as soon as it begins to spin it makes a loud consistent abnormal squeal. I found it to be coming from the gearcase. I replaced the gearcase and slider then ran a diagnostics cycle. I found the unit now running as designed with no abnormal noise. No leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a dryer with no heat. I checked voltage at the wall and terminal block to find it good. I then gained access to the inside of the unit and ohmd out all components. I found the element bad. I went to install the element and found we had the incorrect one. I am ordering the correct one and the office will reschedule to install ; ordrng 1 WP3387747 (Element)

"Arrived on site for a range with the back left burner not igniting at all. On arrival the customer stated a few concerns. First that the back left burner will intermittently not light, will only light half of the burner, but most of the time works. I found the burner as designed and explained to them that if the burner cap ever gets mispositioned then this can happen. They also found a similar issue with the large middle burner. I test the burner and found only a portion of it igniting. Upon further inspection I found significant food build up in the burner head. I cleaned it then test it again several times to find it working as designed. Lastly, the customers main complaint was they cooked cookies and found when they took them out they werent cooked all of the way in comparison to the last time they cooked them. I preheat the unit to 350?F and monitored temps. I found the temp to average at 330?F and the sensor in diagnostics mode reading 360?F. Due to this I am ordering the sensor and control to replace; ordrng 1 W10833885 (Sensor) and 1 W11159621 (Control)"

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found freezer temperature is 2-3 degrees fresh food temperature is 51, Set refrigerator into a test cycle and ran fresh food Separator fan test and fan is not running. Installed new evaporator fan motor and new one is running properly.

"Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the unit off. I powered the unit on and after 10 minuets found no cooling. I gained access to the compressor and found a piercing valve on the low side. I used a bubble solution around the valve and found no bubbles. I hooked my gauges up to it and found the system pulling into a 20 inch vacuum. Indicating a leak. I found the evaporator, condenser, and heat pan are all disconnected.

"Arrived on sitw to follow up on refrigerator losing cooling. Found compressor running and temps normal, RC was acyally at 33. Corrected the thermostat wire behind the cover per service pointer. Called tech line and spoke wirh Adrian, SR 7734714813. Adrian advised monitoring Temps in the unit and data logging, also recommended checking evaporator for frost pattern. Amp draw on compressor and thermostat within spec. Removed evaporator cover and found condensation dripping off the suction line, and found suction line was folded and pancaked almost completely shut. Cap tube was folded at a 90 degree or sharper angle and was driven into the liner, causing restrictions. Called tech line again. Provided photos of lines.

"Arrived on site to diagnose oven throwing F6E1 error for over temp. Followed tech sheet diagnosis procedure and checked Temps in diagnostic mode. As soon as unit went into diagnose mode the broil element came on and stayed on without any cooking cycles being used. Temp sensor is working as designed and was within resistence range. Recommended replacement of control due to erratic behavior in the broil element. Replaced control and retested. Unit worked properly and broil did not trigger in diagnostics again.

Diaasembled unit and found rhe blowr wheel was fractured and loose on the collar nut of the motor. Provided estimate for new blower wheel + housing assembly. BT arrived on site to inspect freezer. The Compressor was not running but the control lights were on. I cycled power and the compressor kicked on. The control was malfunctioning but I was able to get the unit running and cooling. The CX elected to not pursue further repair and will contact us if issues persist. No water connections to unit

BT arrived on site to inspect ice maker. The ice tray was broken off the mounts requiring replacement. I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested. Operational test was good. No water leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the breaker was tripped upon my arrival. Inspected the breaker and found the red indicator light flashing. I advised the customer maths test the breaker is weak and will need to be replaced. I was able to get the breaker to remain on and tested the unit. I tested the cooktop burners, oven bake and broil and unit is operating as designed. I pulled the unit out and checked all wiring and tested voltage and unit is good. I recommended that the customer have an electrician check/replace the breaker and if the unit continues to trip the breaker to contact our office and schedule service. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has lights out in the refrigerator and freezer sections and has water leaking from the freezer door. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that when the lights do go out, they can open and close the door and they will not come back on. He stated that if they move the refrigerator front and back and lift up the power cord, they can get the lights to come back on and the unit to start working as designed. He also advised that he hears clicking coming from the back and that sometimes the compressor will start and stop Multiple times when this is happening. Open the refrigerator doors and found the lights illuminating as designed in both freezer and fridge sections. Attempted to play with the door switch and found the unit working as designed. Found the deli user interface and main user interface both working properly. The customer advised that he did not want to proceed forward with the water leaking onto the floor as he has already decorated the unit and got it figured out. I asked the customer about whether they are seeing the unit show a PO message or completely reset like when you plug in the unit. He said that that was not what was happening and city just would either have to wait for the lights to come back on eventually, or move the refrigerator around until the lights came back. I spoke to CS regarding the issue with the lights and compressor. Was advised that due to the unit not feeling at this point and not having any real connection with each other, we could not necessarily pinpoint anything out at this time due to no defrost issues in either refrigerator or freezer sections. The customer stated that the unit does cool as designed but he believes the issue is more than just a light issue. Advise the customer to attempt to take a video of what happens and to run through several checks including checking to see if the daily user interface lights up, the regular user interface can be adjusted and changed in the state, or if any fans or compressor is running. Customer will try to get a video and contact service management prior to scheduling further service. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a cooktop with the large burner not going into a low setting. I test the unit and found the large front right burner would not cycle on and off and would only stay on. I gained access to the burner switch and found a large burnout indicating a bad switch.. I installed the new switch and test the unit. I found it now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install a door gasket for a washing machine provided by the customer. I installed the door gasket and then ran a quick cycle. I found no leak at the end of service. Call complete.

Spun fan blades by hand and it started moving. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the lower oven is getting too hot and their inspector advised it reached 700 degrees when they tested it. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the center of the middle rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. The oven cycle indicator continuously blinked and once my multimeter reached 350 degrees, the oven failed to shut off. I continued to watch my meter and temps got above 520 degrees, at which time, I stopped testing and turned the unit off. Also found that the cooling fan never came on once the unit reached 175 degrees. Due to the unit not shutting off when it reached preheat, I found the thermostat has failed. When I researched the thermostat, I found the part has been NLA. I advised the customer of my findings and advised the unit cannot be repaired.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave damper not functioning properly. Upon further inspection, I tested the venthood fan and found the damper would open but could not hear it closing. Found the venthood filter had been cleaned but still wet. I made recommendations to the tenant on how to clean the filter. I removed the unit form the wall and found the damper had cooking oils/grease around it thats preventing the damper from opening/closing properly. I cleaned the debris from the damper and mount and tested. I placed the unpack in its space and retested and unit is operating as designed. I contacted the property manager and advised of my findings

Arrived for add-on dryer door flip. I removed and flipped the door mounting hinges and other associated parts and tested. Operational test good.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not washing. Test unit and found unit filling with water but not water circulating. Found motor getting power but not spraying water. Replaced sumpAnd motor test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for inner bottom oven cover not sitting correctly. Secured cover correctly test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site for left rear burner not sparking . Found igniter wires had been pinched and grounding to chassis. Fixed igniter wire . Unit is now properly igniting on all burners . No gas leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

Arrived onsite and installed upper manifold and tubes. Unit noise which is occurring as a result of middle wash arm design is still occurring. Called techline to document findings. Spoke with Steve. SR#7734715885No further recommendation for repair. Directed customer to whirlpool customer care with design concerns.

"Arrived onsite for dryer taken long to dry. On inspection there was no air flow in the dryer, confirmed the heating element was working it ohm out to 10ohms. Checked the exhaust vent for lint it was clear. Took the back in check the thermistors and thermal fuse they check good. Checked the thermal cutoff it was out range. Found the fan vent restricted with lint, clean it out and reassembled the unit . Tested unit and the air flow was fine now. Unit is operating as designed."

Arrived onsite for heat dry cycle not working . Upon arrival ran diagnostics and got F7-E1 no heat. Ran diagnostics cycle and heater did not pull any amps. Test heater and is OL. Need to replace heater. Replaced heater and test unit. Unit now heats correctly. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not dispensing rinse agent. On inspection ran the dishwasher in diagnostics mode and left the soap dispenser up to see if it dispenses the rinse agent. Open the unit in found suds at the bottom of the unit after the unit dispensed the rinse agent. Then ran the unit in diagnostics mode with the soap dispenser closed and there was no suds at the bottom of the unit. The unit is working as designed. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven microwave combo unit lights not working. Upon further inspection, I found the microwave light does not come on when opening the door. The oven light is operating as designed. Customer has the app on their phone and unit is connected to WiFi. I cycled power to the unit and pulled it out from the cabinets onto my dolly and inspected the microwave lamp,and found the element was broken. I replaced the bulb and cycled power and checked the light and it is operating as designed now. Reassembled,bled the unit and placed it back in the cabinets and tested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is leaking at the bottom left and right corners of the door and did so after previous service call. I tested the unit and after a few minutes of testing, water began to drip from the right bottom corner of the door then a few minutes after that, the left side was leaking. I found the tub is cracked underneath (photo) where the water was dripping on the right side. The left side leak appeared to be coming from inside the door possibly from the door,gasket area, but it wasnt clear and to exactly where. The customer advised that they will purchase a new unit to replace this one. No charge as this unit was just serviced. Job completed."

Arrived on site to diagnose a range with a gap between controls panel and range top. Found customer seeing oven vent and advised then this is normal. No repairs needed and job is complete.

"Arrived onsite for cooktop flame loosing intensity and long preheat time. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found burners igniting fine, however the more burners that are one the lower the other burner flames get. Also tested bake cycle and did reach target of 350 degrees approximately 20-25 in. Contacted tech line for assistance. Tech recommended having supply pressure checked. Appears to be a limited/restricted supply. Customer will contact gas company to check supply. Customer also having hot water issues in home (is also gas). If symptoms persist recommend replacing Pressure regulator . Provided SR#7734714006. Customer will contact office of supply is found to be good. Job complete"

Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found ice budget nearly empty. After further inspection I found cause of failure had been due to harness connection wiggling three from the inlet valve and not allowing water to enter the unit. Was able to tighten and resecure connection and found unit now fully functioning as designed. Call complete no leaks present
