"Arrived on site for dryer, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint is that dryer wont turn on. Inspected unit and verified unit was receiving correct 240VAC. Opened dryer to test components and found wire terminals on heating element and thermal cutoff brittle from excessive heat and not making contact. Replaced wire terminals and reinstalled. Dryer would now heat, but not start. Found start button not wired properly. Rewired start button and tested unit. Unit is now working as designed. Tested air flow and found unit has poor air flow. Advised CX to get vents cleaned before using the dryer to prevent any additional damage. Job completed.

Due to the unit not cooling properly and the evaporator not having a good frost pattern, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and UV dye drier and vacuumed the unit. Pressure held good. I installed 4.9oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Once pressures equalized, I plugged the unit in and monitored pressures and the evaporator frost pattern. Both were good.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator constantly running. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that another appliance company had recently replaced the thermostat. I tested temps in the FC=4 degrees and RC=39 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked test 7 for defrost time and it was set at 01 (96 hour). I changed the setting to 2 (8 hour). Pulled the unit out and tested amp draw to the compressor and got .51amps. Tested the thermistors at the control and they were within range. Tested VDC at the control at the P2 pins and it showed 121V. Inspected the FC evaporator and found ice along the top of the evaporator (photo). When disassembling the FC section, I found the wire rack was sticking as I pulled it out which could cause the FC door to not close properly. I placed some grease along the rails to help it glide better. Removed he ice with my steamer and advised the customer that they have a defrost issue possibly due to the freezer door not closing/sealing properly

Upon further inspection, I found the rinse aid dispenser approximately 3/4 full and customer advised that its been at that level for a while. Also found a rusty looking substance in the tub under the float. I inspected the racks and found the bottom rack had a few rust spots on the dividers. I researched the warranty in the entitlement and found the racks are not covered under extended warranty. I changed the rinse aid setting on the dispenser and recommended the customer contact the manufacturer customer service to discuss the racks rusting. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon arrival was able to confirm issue and found following results for thermistors: Fc thermistor 10.7k, rc thermistor 6.1k, ice bin thermistor 7.3k, rc evap thermistor 8.2k. found no failures in the RC compartment but I did find a partial defrost issue in the freezer indicating unit was going to defrost too early and shutting down too quickly causing ice to build around the fan due to a failing by metal thermostat. Was able to replace evaporator fan motor in FC as well as high-voltage control and inform customer to give unit 24 hours to stabilize tips. Call complete"

"Arrived on site for microwave tripping the breaker. I inspected the unit and work area. I plugged the microwave into an outlet in the living room and found it working as designed. I found the outlet for the microwave not on its own dedicated breaker, I found it sharing a break with the kitchen outlets including a GFCI outlet. I plugged my outlet tester into all the outlets wired together and found the GFCI tripping every time I reset it. I plugged my outlet tester into an outlet in the living room and found it working. The microwave should be on its own breaker, and should not be wired into a GFCI outlet. The micr is working as designed. Job complete."

I the reattached the gaskets after checking for another major damage and dining none. I used my heat gun to remove any deformities in the gaskets and made sure that they sealed up properly. Arrived on site to diagnose washer throwing F2E2 error. Found service pointer W11436350 applies. Removed console and found one ribbon cable disconnected from its connector. Tried to reseat and could not get console to power on again. Was going to replace console but found new one also had a disconnected ribbon cable and the fascia trim was broken. Attempted to reseat ribbon cable in original console and was able to get it to power on. Once I did it threw an F6E1 error for not able read control. Replaced control. Retested and verified all functions correct and its now starting cycles. Call complete.

"Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the unit with no cooling ability and the compressor was running. The CX advised me it had operated about 15 days after the last repair. I checked pressures and found at rest, 1 psi within the system. I pressurized the entire system to 140 psi and found no leaks on any accessible joints in the lower unit area, or the evaporator area as well. I isolated the high side to include the compressor, condenser and Yoder and found a pressure drop of 3 psi in 15 min. But only observable when pressurized to above 200 psi and the drop notated occurred at 250 psi. I then isolated the Yoder and retested and found the same results, when the compressor and condenser were included. I contacted the MFG tech line, Chris. Advised of my findings and was given SR# 7734736511. The unit has been submitted for replacement due to a leak within the cabinet that is not repairable. The CX will be contacted by the MFG to arrange replacement. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to clean the ice machine. I found the clean light on. I pulled the unit out of the cabinet and found the boards underneath uneven. I leveled the boards, and reinstalled the unit. I removed all the ice and used the cleaning solution to wipe down the interior of the ice machine. I started a clean cycle. I opened the kick plate and clean the condenser. I advised the customer after the unit is done running a clean cycle to let it run in normal operation for a couple of hours and then to dump out the ice, everything after that will be usable. job complete."
